This is the worst website ibhave seen in my life ever. I booked a ticket on 14 jan 2023 but because of confirmation they cancelled it and send me a mail that they will refund my amount in 3 working days. I am following up everyday they ask for 24 hours everyday its more then 32 days i am calling them but no result.

I have canceled the booking on 24th December 2022 and they agreed a full refund in 10-15 days . I have sent several emails regarding the refund status they say they will get back in 48hrs but there is no reply .

On dated 28-01-2023 near by 1:00 pm. I booked a airline ticket - Gulf Air - from KHI to Dubai via Bahrain for 1st Feb 2023. I didn’t get my ticket after credit card payment 901.38 AED was done, I called on helpline and they replied I ll get before today 9:00 pm. Approximately 29th jan at 1:54 am I received a mail from Rehlat that because of price hike ticket not confirmed and I have to pay more 420 SAR if I want to book the ticket. I tried to call on helpline they said they said we will refund the amount if I am not ok with this price. While confirming the refund amount they confirmed it is 874. I was shocked and update to them it is 901.38 and I shared payment proof as well. They told me someone manager will contact me ltr on but today 9th feb 2023 after 10 mails and 9 times helpline calls no body called / replied me to confirm refund amount. I tried to contact instagram as well but same response. Because of that reason I bought my ticket after 2 days and paid 200 AED extra payment.

More than two months to refund my money back - terrible customer care
I booked a ticket from Kuwait to Cairo on 13 December 2022, and after paid kd 149.762 they told me that the ticket is not confirmed because its price increased and I should pay again the differences, so I refused to pay the difference and asked to refund my money for almost 2 months now with a lot of emails and a very bad customer service know nothing about client satisfaction. Every time the same response, we will check and make a refund request to you, every time the same response.

Refund for flight ticket booking (BID 2002497)
I booked a ticket for my sister and brother from India to UAE through Rehlat on 16-nov-22 and after that, they send me a mail saying that my booking is not confirmed as there is a fare hike and I had to pay 120 more, and after I paid 120, they again send the same mail to pay 160 more to confirm the booking.
So I ask them to cancel my ticket and they said within 20 working days they will refund the amount to my bank account and now it's more than two months I am following up with them through emails and phone calls but no positive response. They always say we will come back to you soon with the refund status and they never did.
My total ticket amount was Aed 1609.09 and Aed 120 additional for the fare hike.
Total Aed 1,729.09.

I booked a ticket online from REHLAT from Ankara to Kuwait on 30 Dec 2022. But when i went to airport, they told me that Rehlat did not issue me ticket number but they they taken amount on booking. I refer to my previous complaint. What's the point of having a complaints board if complaints are not responded to. I'm still waiting for a FULL refund from a transaction Rehlat fraudulently took my money for,then asked me for more, but still did not provide the booking I requested. Eventually you have paid back the original cost but despite having written confirmation you are issuing a full refund you have failed to do so.

Rehlat are not refunding my money since last 2 months.
I have been a victim of Rehlat SCAMMERS. I booked a ticket on 20th November 2022 and i got success email but then 2 days before im due to fly, they sent me an email that the ticket price has changed and I need to pay more for confirmation of booking from their side or I can request for a full refund. Then i asked them to refund my money. I got an email back that my refund will be processed in 24hrs from their side and will take upto 2 weeks to reach my account. This email was sent on the 24th of November. 61 days have passed and still I have not received any refund. I have called them multiple times and each time they say it will be done within 48 hrs. As I write this today still nothing has happened. I have escalated my ticket and they said a manager will get back to me with 24hrs, and still nothing. No response. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever booked with. They have no respect for their customers and as I can see from the multiple complaints raised here, majority of the complaints are from unhappy customers not getting their refunds. Do not use this company they are scamming people.

I received a mail from Rehalat stating that my refund will be within 20 working days; however, it has been more than 100 days since I contacted Rehalat. Every time I call customer service to ask for a refund, they always say that my refund will be issued within 48 hours, but they do not provide a proper TAT or refund schedule. Since I have a job and am unable to sit all day waiting for my refund, I respectfully ask you to assist me in getting my refund accompanied by compensation (for spending money to call every day and my time). Hotel room booking cancelled-no refund issued
I made one booking for two hotel rooms last week for travel this Friday, 20 minutes later they called asking for more money. I asked for a refund but told it would take 13-15 days so I had no choice to pay the extra as we are travelling within the week.
On Monday I received an email saying the Hotel had cancelled due to a technical error. Ive now tried 6 emails, contacting them by phone and raising tickets. The tickets get closed without any response. I'm now travelling in 48 hours, I have no Hotel room, Rhelat have my money and they aren't responding to any requests for help.

I booked two hotel rooms on Rehalt on 6th January for travel on 13th January. Paid on line and got a booking confirmation. 20 minutes later I had call from them to tell me the price had increased by 45USD. I asked them to refund me and they said it would take 13-15 days to process
Given that I was travelling within the week I had no choice but to pay the extra. They sent through a receipt for the original amount, not the total. The app also shows the original amount.
3 days later on Monday 9th January, I received a short email saying the booking had been cancelled by the Hotel due to a technical error and to send them details of another hotel to stay at.
I tried to email over two days 6 times. I raised 3 tickets that were closed and not responded to and no-one answered any of my calls.
I contacted the Hotel directly and they confirmed there was NO technical issue, there simply wasn't availability to accommodate both rooms.
I wrote two messages on their twitter account and eventually someone responded stating refund will be issued.
Its now less than 24 hours until I travel. A refund has still not been issued and again Rehlat are unresponsive. They should be closed down for fraudulently taking money from people then lying about what has happened and failing to refund.
I now have to book another two rooms at my own cost having already paid for them. I will pursue this in any way I can until i get my money back !
I booked a ticket with rehlat on 23rd of November 2022. Dubai to London via istanbul. 2 days before the flight they send me an email saying the price has changed and I need to pay more or get a refund. Today is 23rd of January 2023 and it has been exactly 61 days and still no refund has been processed. Airline booking
I had booked a flight ticket with rehlat BID 3756117 SA between PAT to DEL and DEL to DMM. Later on this ticket has been canceled due to cancellation of a connecting flight. The ticket was canceled by Rehlat but they have not refunded the ticket amount until now. The ticket has been cancelled on 25th April 2022. It's been more than 8 months but the refund of SAR 1,196.64 has not yet been processed by rehlat. I had called and emailed a number of times but there was no response from them. How can I get this refund. can someone help on this issue?

I have booked my ticket for Air Arabia from Shj to Bom and return on 29 Oct 2022 through Rehlat website. The money got deducted from my credit card but I didnt receive the ticket when I mailed them they replied saying that you have to pay 200 AED more over the displayed price for which I book the ticket which I did not agreed as this is cheating so I informed them to refund my amount which they said will be refunded in 20 working days. Now it is almost 60 days finish still I did not receive the refund whenever I call them they said it will be refunded in 2 days which never came till now. I am planing to file a complaint against them in Dubai Consumer Rights. No idea if they have a Physical office there in UAE. They have the worst service I have ever seen

Air ticket pending refund
I just book the air ticket through rehlat plat form booking ID 1999332 and paid full amount of 1799dhs through bank after they received the payment they email me booking confirmation is pending. Then they asking for 298 dhs extra on the same time I search again through google I found no price hike in any other online plat form so I disagree and ask for refund . They said proceed for refund and I will get 100% refund .
Later they email me that I should wait 20 working days for refund from their side and 7 days my bank.
Asper them they are unable to book the ticket on their platform offered price , this should not be the customer fault .when I complained on the customer service they never notice me that it should took more than a month to refund

The worst travel agency I ever seen.
I booked a ticket from DXB to SYDNEY and due to a mistake in my name I have to cancel the ticket, story not yet started!
I canceled the ticket with big charges, not the problem yet..
7 months passed and till now the refund is not processed yet!
I have called them more than 30 times and every time same answer “ wait for 24 hours and you will get an email from us” never happened!
I have requested to speak to some one in charge and the answer was the manager will contact you within 48 hours! And never happend!
I also went to the address mentioned in google and everyone I asked there they said the company doesn’t exist in the area and many people coming to the same address asking about them, so they believe it is a fraud company!
