One of the best plumbers in town! We've been using Reid & Pederson Drainage for decades now and we would highly recommend this company to everybody. Service Pro John K was extremely knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot the situation at hand. Did an excellent job in explaining the problem as well as what was needed to resolve the problem. It's always nice to have a "Go To" plumber that you can call. Reid & Pederson Drainage is ours. Thanks for always being there to rescue us.

Communications was outstanding. I was able to set up a time for the service and the confirmation was quickly executed. I was notified when the serviceman was coming, and the serviceman also called me to say he was on his way. Ryan accomplished the job quickly. His assessment of the amount of material in the pipeline was thorough. He has been at my house before, and consistently performs his job efficiently and courteously. The Lady I spoke to in confirming my service date was personable, and helpful.

Service technician John was pleasant and professional. He performed the job directly (rodded the kitchen sink), took care to keep the work area clean, and arrived well within the quoted appointment window. This was my first time using this company, and I am content. I also appreciate that the company emails/texts the name and a photo of the tech prior to their arrival so that a customer can verify who to allow into the home. The office called too - for good measure. That communication flow is much appreciated.

The experience was great! The app alerted me when the tech was on the way and even included a photo of the tech. They were very familiar with the situation and explained everything. They were also very professional with wearing additional face mask when entering my home. After identifying that they couldn't perform their rodding services due to a pipe malfunction they only charged a service fee and didn't try to take advantage. They provide a local plumber to fix the pipe. I am extremely satisfied with their level of professionalism and service.

Jose Andino at Reid & Pederson provided EXCELLENT customer service; he was thorough, professional and pleasant! While analyzing the problem, he probed us for details, then via camera, showed us the blockage in our main sewer line. After removing the blockage, he showed us the cleared line and made suggestions to prevent a recurrence. I was grateful the problem was promptly resolved and confident knowing the sewer line was clean. In addition to my written compliment, I called Reid & Pederson to let them know once again, I am a satisfied customer! SPECIAL THANKS TO JOSE!

Everything about my experience with Reid and Pederson was stellar and top notch - from their customer service representative helping us get a technician out on the same day, to the technicians named John and Mike providing excellent, quality service and dependable expertise. They were competent and efficient and put me at ease from the moment they walked in the door. I initially had another company provide a quote and called Reid & Pederson for a second opinion. I am so glad it did since it saved me so much time and money and they were able to resolve the issue the same day. You guys will always be my trusted go-to for all of our plumbing and drainage needs!

I Just had Reid & Pederson Drainage out for the first time, recommended by my daughter who has used them for many years. John was the technician who came out, very polite, appreciate the indoor boot coverings. Rodded the outside Clean Out drain, which he patiently found buried in the dirt, after not being rodded for many years, and rodded the kitchen sink drain. He cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely use them again, and my daughter got a referral discount reward! Also, they called within the 4 hour window to notify he was on his way in a few minutes. I had no trouble getting an appointment.

Excellent, top-notch service! Annette was very pleasant and helpful in setting up the appointment on short notice. Then, Kevin and John (the two owner/managers) both came out to my house. They performed what I considered to be a "miracle" by retrieving a drain snake which was stuck in my sewer line by a previous plumber. Kevin and John then proceeded to clean out all the roots, show me the entire line via camera, and patiently explain everything. They were extremely professional, personable, capable, and clearly very experienced. And, by the way, the cost was very reasonable as well. I couldn't have been more pleased!

Amazing! Professional, friendly, well experienced these guys came prepared! You see the previous owners tried to clean out the drain themselves and ended up losing a 20ft link in our sewer line causing us blockage and water backing up into the basement. I was worried they were going to have to dig up the yard to get to it costing us thousands of dollars! Thankfully these gentlemen had many years of experience and were able to extract the link in the matter of an hour! So it only cost me a few hundred dollars rather than thousands! Completely satisfied and over the moon with joy knowing that I can count on these people with the right tools and experience to do a job well done. THANK YOU! ?

I've been a customer of Reid Pedersen since 1994, when as a new homeowner, I had a tree root grow to the size of Godzilla's leg in my underground clay pipe. They fixed that problem for me, and since that time, I have used them yearly to do an annual rodding. I've had no problems in all that time. It's nice to get a reminder call every year. The service technicians are polite, thorough, clean up after their work, happy to answer questions. It's refreshing to deal with a company who does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it and at a fair, competitive price. Dan usually comes each year (love him), but this year Hayden came. Hayden was a very nice young man, and he did a good job!

Jose A. was very Courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and explained the problems well. He and his partner did an EXCELLENT Job, I was a bit concerned that my mom who is over 70 years old would be overcharge because my mother has had another Plumbing Companies take advantage of her because no one was there to oversee their work, Reid & Pederson offer a good Senior discount for my mother. I thought their job was going to be an easy task, my mother had a kitchen sink that had a slow drain. and upstairs sink & bathtub that also had a slow drain, but to Jose A. & his partner SURPRISE they ran into unseen problem's. like replacing a Sump Pump in her basement. These guys came back twice to complete the job, I would highly recommend Reid & Peterson to anyone that need plumbing work. Thanks Reid & Peterson for hiring smart & professional people. Thanks Jose A for taking your time and being patient with my mother. We truly appreciate all your help!

No matter the job--slow draining kitchen sink, sump pump, etc.--Reid & Pederson continually provide expert service, thoughtful advice and options, and seem reasonable (though I'm not likely to fish around for bargains; don't tell Reid & Co., though). In 2019, sump pump died mid-storm in an unfinished basement and Reid & Pederson came so quickly that the effects were minimal. They advised a couple other needs since we'd just moved in. In 2020, the kitchen sink's disposal was errant fed a pile of leeks greens (idiot!) and backed up. Same day they came out and pushed through ~40 feet of drainage to clear it. Recently, some issues with a sump pump arose and again within 24 hours ... on the scene ... repaired. And, upgraded another component in the system. Always, always timely, professional, careful and caring as guests in our home (booties, masks if requested, super friendly). Plus, when something goes beyond their expertise--e.g., escalates to a plumbing issue--they've referred equally qualified talent to help with those. Top Shelf all around!"
