Turned me into collection less than a week after I told them I needed to temporarily stop making payments
Turned me into collection less than a week after I told them I needed to temporarily stop making payments. State ordered me closed for corona virus and 3 days later 70 percent of my seasonal purchase orders were cancelled. Having the ability to cancel or alter payment plans was one of the reasons I had chosen reliant in the first place Predators, typical financial loan sharks

Was going to accept the letter I received in the mail but all of the reviews for this company is horrible. No thanks
I have completed my application and waiting for your response and I hope I can get $70,000 dollars to get back on track Thank you
I borrowed $25k and you can't pay it early to avoid the interest, so with the interest I had to pay back around $42k. It is insane and I'm sorry I ever went down this path, I won't do it again."
Great and reliable that can help with your business and other things you need to take care of.
Do not use for funding- their customer service is horrendous
Do not use for funding- their customer service is horrendous. Victoria the client retention manager is awful, talking to me in a very light non concerned tone about very serious matters for my company. I was lied to and told i could get more funds when paid up at 50% and then they told me something else. They charge a fee and you cannot get funds anywhere else but they refuse to give you funds at the same time when you are accepted everywhere.

I got harassed by one of their employees Mike Fortson. I told him I would get back to him in regards to funding. He then proceeded to text me saying he wouldn't believe I was going with someone else until he got a screen shot, how rude and unprofessional. I'm still thinking about seeking legal advice in regards to this matter! Very disturbing and unacceptable!
I received the same letter described in the other reviews
I received the same letter described in the other reviews. Was offered over 40K in a fake account acting as if I had applied for it. Reliant Funding should be ashamed of themselves, taking advantage of struggling and stressed out business owners in this time of mass layoffs and people dying of COVID19. They are dying. And you seriously want to run this scam on the businesses who are the foundation of the country?! Wish i could put a negative rating on them

I was contacted by a representative in responce to a an inquiry I made to obtain more information on an offer that was mailed to my business. The representative would not answer specific questions such as the type of offer being extended, terms of the offer or rates. His only answers were vauge and / or misleading generalizations after which he repeatedly asked me if I wanted to "get started". Well, no. I don't want to get started with a company that intentionally withholds important, key information about what they do. Companies that do that, generally speaking, are not honest and are attemptnig to take advantage of people's lack of information. They are collocquially know as preditory lenders.
They sent me a card and told me how much I was pre-qualified for, but did not disclose the terms such as interest rate, annual fee, etc. I thought this was legally required on unsolicited credit cards? I am not going to apply for any "funding" without knowing the terms up front!
Reliant QUIT sending these letters to charities and change the wording
Reliant QUIT sending these letters to charities and change the wording. "A prequalified reliant business cash card and activation request were issued for the company... According to our records at the time of this printing, the account has not yet been activated" This makes it seem like someone hacked our information and requested a credit card on our behalf. Very unethical. Please do not send me the boiler plate response stating, "Since 2008..." you have sent to others. Change the wording!

I see a lot of bad reviews but I have to say that we have been very impressed with the people we have dealt with, especially Melissa!
I see a lot of bad reviews but I have to say that we have been very impressed with the people we have dealt with, especially Melissa! We were hit hard by covid related issues and they were amazing to deal with, even took our payments down to $2.00 until we were able to get back to normal payments. Sometimes the different people sending emails wasn't my favorite thing, I like building business relationships because it's more comfortable. All in all we have had a surprisingly great experience and even just reapplied for another loan! So thank you Reliant for all your help.

****, I guess me and my small business wont be looking into this funding offer letter received in the mail today
I guess me and my small business wont be looking into this funding offer letter received in the mail today. Its a good thing I came to check out the reviews before inquiring further with this company. Small businesses add much needed value to this country. There's no need to go scamming ppl for more money and outrageous fees when most of us are out here trying to make a honest living for ourselves and children. You have to be one heartless *** of ppl to be damaging people's financials they way you are described in most of these reviews. Thanks but no thanks for your predatory offer. I'll pass..."

Received the same mailing
Received the same mailing. Disgusting practice of resorting to fear tactics topromt calls and lure business: "a prequalified reliant business cash card and activation request were issued for the company... According to our records at the time of this printing, the account has not yet been activated" This ABSOLUTELY implies someone requested and potentially received a line of credit or credit card using your business (Identity theft/wire fraud). My biggest concern is how did you determine any dollar amount without any expressed permission or consent by me to obtain ANY credit information? You're violating the laws of the United States

I have a small balance left on my loan
I have a small balance left on my loan. I asked what kind of program they have for business who are in the disaster zone for the virus pandemic. There answer was to give them my bank statements to see what they can offer me! I explained I am shut down by the state! I have no receivables coming in due to the fact 98% of my business is *** Schools, governments entities and they are all shut down as well. They will not do anything for your business during the crisis. What a predatory company! I have another loan out there and that company contacted me to say they were automatically removing payment withdrawls for the next 30 days. That is the company I will go back to not Reliant!

I'm not sure if this Reliant Funding is a scam but after reading the comments left in the reviews I find it safer to just not respond to this
I'm not sure if this Reliant Funding is a scam but after reading the comments left in the reviews I find it safer to just not respond to this companies advances to offer me a loan at this time. I was Just sent a letter with a card offering my company a large loan, but it doesn't seem that this company has good business practices because the loan information such as APR%, qualifications as well as any other important information were not provided. I may be a struggling small business owner at this time but, i wasn't born yesterday, I would rather wait covid-19 out and risk losing my business (close it forever) than to allow my company to be ran into the ground by unwanted debt. No Thank you, and before you respond asking would I like to be taken off your mailing list my answer is "Yes".

I am a current small business owner using Reliant Funding for capital
I am a current small business owner using Reliant Funding for capital. I have been trying diligently to reach them by phone and email, all go unanswered. My balance due shows $500 more than what I owe them. They charged me $2500 penalty for getting capital with another company while I was in repayment to them although I have never missed a payment through the 2 offers I accepted from them. All I ask in this time of worldwide catastrophe of COVID-19 is that they update my balance due to show correctly and to reverse the $2500 penalty 100%. The fees charged for getting capital through this company is outrageous and they pray on people that cannot afford their fees, keeping you locked in to continue to renew with high fees over & over again because their fees ensure you will forever be behind the 8 ball.
In the beginning explained to Max our situation, He said no problem and to proceed with loan
In the beginning explained to Max our situation, He said no problem and to proceed with loan. Took 3 days to get a decision on a loan for a small business. It is supposed to be 24 hours. In the loan process, was asked By Max- Loan officer what my terms are for prior loan. No Lender has ever asked me this before. Was told I was approved for $38,000, even though I needed $40,000. And I had to show a letter of payoff from prior lender-They closed the process without even calling me. Like I have a money tree out in the back yard to pay off prior loan. Trying to refinance debit to make it easier to pay bills and to stay open-I was also told by max that they are not a consolidation loan company-which I already knew. We are a small business and this company is one of the many many lenders who refuse to help a small business during the covid 19. They based their decision off of our current yearly revenue. Not prior years revenue. Government shut us all down and stalled the economy-62% Revenue loss due to the covid- no fault of ours and this is how we get treated-No Thanks-BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Let me start by saying my business is accredited with an A rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com
Let me start by saying my business is accredited with an A rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com. Recently I received an invitation for business funding from Reliant. I needed funding for additional equipment and the hiring of 2 new employees. While I was satisfied at first, they couldn't meet my total needs for funding. I did borrow money, however I still was in need of additional $. During the document signing portion of the process, I was never informed that if I borrowed any $ from ANY other source, there would be a healthy FINE for doing so. This disclaimer is so small and minute, that my attorney didn't even catch it. Yesterday, after a few weeks of making payments, which are daily, I received an email stating that: Dear ***, This is a notice to inform you that the additional funding you received after you received funding from Reliant is in direct breach of your contract. As per your contract, the fee of $10,318 has been added to your outstanding balance. Your daily payments will continue until your balance and fees have been paid off. If you have any questions or concerns, please email and our team will be happy to assist. Thank you, The Reliant Funding Team RUN, don't walk, away from this predatory loan company as fast as you can, I can't believe I got bamboozled by them. *** Owner *** LLC

This company keeps calling me every two weeks for the past several months
This company keeps calling me every two weeks for the past several months. I keep telling them to stop calling, but they keep calling and asking for a loan. I warned them several times that if they keep calling, I will file a complaint. *** STOP CALLING ME.
I wish I had seen the complaints before I went for Reliant Funding
I wish I had seen the complaints before I went for Reliant Funding. They told me I could get a business loan and asked for three months of bank statements. It's been ten days and I keep getting emails asking about it. I'm worried they're going to scam me with my information. I don't trust them anymore and want them to delete everything. I need to talk to someone who can actually do what they say they will.
I got a loan from Reliant Funding and after a week, I asked for the payoff amount
I got a loan from Reliant Funding and after a week, I asked for the payoff amount. I sent a bank check and they cashed it, but now they want more money. They can go jump in a lake. I have a receipt from the post office. It's not my fault they took so long to cash it. If they mess with my credit, I'll fight them. I left a bad review and saw that they don't have any good ones. They should be closed down.
