I been tryin' to cancel with this company for like a whole month now
I been tryin' to cancel with this company for like a whole month now. I call 'em every day and every operator tells me a supervisor gonna call me back. So, I found this mistake in my billin' where they been chargin' me an extra $80 a month for like 2 years. I been tryin' for weeks to fix it, but they only gave me a refund for 6 months. I ain't doin' business with 'em no more, but they won't cancel my account. I bet I'm still gettin' charged fees though.
My employer is using this middleman company to distribute payments to employees
My employer is using this middleman company to distribute payments to employees. I have tried to meet the requirements to have this company release my payment that my employer has already issued, but Repay keeps adding new requirements. They have wrongly withheld my payment that was already agreed upon by my employer. This is against the law, and unfortunately, I will have to take Repay to small claims court for holding my money that rightfully belongs to me. I have used several other agencies without any problems until I started using this one.
I got this electric Smart Car, right?
I got this electric Smart Car, right? And to get it, I had to sign up for this battery assurance plan thingy. So, every month, I gotta cough up $84.80. About two or three years back, I decided to set up automatic payments from my checking account. But here's the thing, they wanted the full amount upfront, and I'm pretty sure I paid it, but I can't find the exact date in my checking account records. Now they're saying I owe them $169.60. I ain't buying it, man. I wanna fight this. But every time I call or leave a message, they're always closed. And guess what? They never call me back, even after two whole months of trying.

Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While Repay has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 0% of 10 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- Repay protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
We changed our credit card processor in September , and our previous agent acknowledged that we ended our service
We changed our credit card processor in September , and our previous agent acknowledged that we ended our service. We thought that October would be our final bill, but it seems that their company sold their accounts (including ours) to REPAY. Now, REPAY has been charging us a monthly fee for an account that we don't even use. Even though we had already canceled our service with the original provider, we filled out REPAY's termination forms in April. However, we never received any response from them, but we were still charged in May and June. After making several calls and sending emails, they have now informed us that they will only refund one month, even though they wrongly charged us for eight months ($1,471.73) after we canceled our service.
I signed up with this Company to process Credit Card payments
I signed up with this Company to process Credit Card payments. They're holding $8000+ dollars of my money and won't give it back. I've been in touch with them every other day and I'm really disgusted. They're a bunch of thieves. I got scammed on a CC deal and lost money, but they didn't lose a single penny. Yet, they've been holding onto my money since April . They kept taking a little bit every week without even telling me what they were doing. I've spoken to many of them, including Aaron ***, and he knows they're ripping me off. I want the rest of my money and I want that Account Closed. I never want to do business with these crooks ever again! They're holding over $8000 of my money.
Repay ain't keepin' up with their deal to pay back Standard Insurance Agency for the credit card payments they processed
Repay ain't keepin' up with their deal to pay back Standard Insurance Agency for the credit card payments they processed. Repay is this service that Standard uses to handle their customers' credit card payments. According to their agreement, Repay is supposed to pay back Standard for all the payments they processed the day before. But guess what? Repay ain't paid Standard a dime since Monday, March 8. So as of today, Repay hasn't paid back Standard for the payments made on March 8, 9, 10, and 11, 2021. These payments are estimated to be somewhere between $300,000 to $500,000. Repay can't even explain why they ain't payin' up, or if they ever will.
I've been trying for months to cancel my business relationship with Repay as our merchant credit card processor
I've been trying for months to cancel my business relationship with Repay as our merchant credit card processor. In January , I contacted Repay to cancel my account and they told me it was being done. I contacted them again in February and they said sorry but it hadn't been done yet, so they sent me a form by email this time. I sent the form back on the same day and got a confirmation for it. In March, I called Repay and they said they mistakenly forgot to file the form, but this time they were taking care of it and promised a refund of service fees in my checking account within 7 to 10 business days. Now, 15 days later, not only have I not received a refund, but they also charged me a $350 early termination fee even though I've been their customer for many years. I can't talk to anyone higher than a customer service rep when I call the company. I've reported a fraudulent charge to my bank.
I got a couple of concerns 'bout Repay
I got a couple of concerns 'bout Repay. Their business practices seem kinda shady, ya know? So, I was chattin' with this guy named Thomas Coppola (he's my rep), and I asked him multiple times if there were any extra fees 'part from the ones they charge per transaction and the account set up fee. And he straight up told me, like, no, man, there ain't nothin' else 'cept the fees for each credit card transaction. But guess what? That was a big fat lie! Turns out, they got this monthly fee you gotta pay if you don't do any CC transactions. Now, I mostly do cash deals, so this service ain't doin' me no good, especially not enough to shell out $50 a month, which I think they bumped up to $75 now.
And here's the other issue, right? Outta the two transactions I made in over a year, one of 'em got disputed the whole dang process. This account manager named Lauren Dzielak told me I couldn't use credit cards for down payments from friends, family, or anyone I know, even if they gave me permission. Like, seriously? That's just plain ridiculous! 'Cause half of my clients are people I know, man. I got all the emails to prove it, too.
$4,386 was charged to my account without my permission or any explanation
$4,386 was charged to my account without my permission or any explanation. They didn't clarify any clauses or penalties. This is about the well-known company Pay Max Pro / Repay Credit card processing Services. In January , I asked them to cancel my processing account because our business was struggling. A man named John *** called me and told me to sign a form and send it back. Now, on February 14th, they charged my account $4,386.80 for canceling the contract for the credit card processing fee. This is fraud...they're just taking money from their customers. No one explained or informed me that if I canceled, they would charge me $4,386. If they had told me, I would have never canceled the contract or would have kept it and continued paying fees to them. They are a big company and this is a fraudulent practice to trap customers in their contracts. They will charge you any fees they want based on their calculations since you signed the contract for credit card processing. They have our bank account number and routing number, so they can withdraw any amount at any time. Please help me...there is no transparency...Everybody says we trust in God...very few practice it...Stealing hard-earned money from small businesses with their contract scams and calling themselves a big reputable business. If I did something wrong, I deserve to be treated that way...but I didn't...I didn't make any mistakes. Please help.
Imagine your customers payin $307.00 for their service, and then gettin charged 3 more times over the next 3 days
Imagine your customers payin $307.00 for their service, and then gettin charged 3 more times over the next 3 days. That's a total of $1228.00 taken from their account. Then imagine it gets reversed over the next 48 hours, but they don't get their money back for over 2 weeks and they gotta contact their bank to explain what's goin on. Now imagine it happens 3 times in the last 5 months to 'bout 20 of your customers. That's what I'm dealin with regardin REPAY merchant services. I been talkin to REPAY employees *** L and ***, both of 'em started out helpin to fix this. The charges eventually got reversed, I was promised a new terminal 'cause they thought it was a faulty one, and I got overcharged 'bout $500 in fees for processin these duplicate charges. I left a message for *** and tried to contact customer service. I sent multiple emails but got no response, and they still ain't explainin why this keeps happenin. We been with this company for 15 years. 14 of those years I didn't need to contact 'em for anythin. Now that there's a serious problem, they're refusin to communicate what they gonna do to fix it or what happened in the first place. Two reps told me "I've never seen this before," but it happened to us 3 times. That tells me they know 'bout the issue but they tryin to hide it at the expense of our business reputation and our customers. I attached one sample transaction, and I got more documents if you want 'em.
