DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. EVER. TAKE MY ADVICE. FRAUD AND DECEPTION AND HUMANITY AT ITS WORST. This company should be illegal. I purchased an item and used them to pay it off in installments. I am within $54.00 of paying it off -a $3,387.93 item-and one year and on month after payments and within paying it off- I get an alert on my credit report that they opened up another account under my name with an additional $2054.00 loan I owe them WITHOUT my permission. I reached out and they produce TWO contract- for a lease AND a loan-with my TYPED signature (not my handwritten signature) and say I agreed to two different types of payment for this item. I even received an email at the onset stating my loan was for $3,387.93 total. Now they are saying the total cost is over $5,000 and I have one year to pay off the additional 2054 I owe. Is that so? Well, I kept all of my emails. Not only have they committed FRAUD-this is deception and theft. I have sought legal counsel and as I type this. I have an appointment this evening. I have contacted my attorney general and I will not stop until a company like this stops stealing money.
Recommendation: Do Not Use
In October of 2022, I purchased a storage from Storage Sheds Outlet. I was offered two financing options: Pay Tomorrow and Affirm. I chose Pay Tomorrow due to their lower monthly payment and longer pay off time frame. I was not sent a contract or information so between 10/13 and 10/24 I emailed the storage shed company for updates. Since I had not received a contract from pay tomorrow, I reached out to PayTomorrow to specifically ask if someone can go over my payment plan with me. On 10/25/2022 at 2:19pm, I emailed the following email I found based on information from their website asking if someone can go over my payment plan with me. I emailed it to customerservice@paytomorrow.com. I immediately received a confirmation of message received and that someone would get back to me. At 2:46pm on
October 25th, Cindy Gonzalez from customerservice@paytomorrow.com, sent me an email and stated that I financed with them for the amount of the $3,387.93. She stated I signed the contracts for 24 months. The 1st 12 months goes towards my lease and the last 12 months goes towards my loan. In my lease portion your payments are $123.13 twice-monthly and after I fulfill that I will automatically transition towards my loan at $96.23 twice-monthly. I have paid a total of $2955.12 (123.13 x2 x12 months). I emailed them again intermittently asking for a date to be adjusted. Otherwise, I allowed the deductions per my account. I noticed the email domain changed in May of 2023 to jira@paytomorrow.atlassian.net. On November 1, 2023 I emailed customer service again and asked when the deduction of $96.23 would begin as I have paid my 123.13 for one year. Stephanie Mendoza told me that my payments should start by December or Jan because my first payment was made Dec 1st 2022. I have made 4 payments of $96.23 totaling $384.92. This, combined with the $2955.12 totals $3,340. 04 to date. On Jan 20, 2024, I received an alert from an agency I pay to watch for fraud. They showed that a company called PayTomorrow opened a new account under my name and I have another loan out for $2053.00. Therefore, my credit score dropped 70 points. I immediately emailed PayTomorrow asking for this to be rectified. After several emails back and forth they sent me TWO contracts with my “typed” name outlining a loan agreement and a lease agreement totaling over
$5,000 to be paid for the $3,387.93 storage shed. I let them know I have never received two contracts let alone signed two contracts because I would not purchase an item costing $3,387.93 with over $2,000 added on to the cost-it defeats the purpose of the financing. I also explained that those are not my LEGAL signatures and are typed versions of my name. The agent told me my typed name is like a “wet” signature and I agreed to the added cost via the loan/lease split that totals $5,440.91. I explained they can produce whatever they like with a TYPED signature but the bottom line is they misled another
customer, added hidden charges, and produced documents with hidden costs that contain my typed name that I did NOT agree to nor received and are basically stealing my money. I also stated that I had researched and saw many customers like me who were victims of the same fraud by the same
company –they added hidden costs, produced additional documentation for these hidden costs unbeknownst to the customer and double charged many customers and ruined their credit scores-so I am not the first. PayTomorrow is a fraudulent company. They are now stealing my money, have dropped my credit score, have opened a NEW account in my name without my permission and sent two documents that I did not sign with my personal signature. This is fraud, theft and deception and as I am writing this, I have sought legal counsel and have an appointment later this afternoon.
I used pay tomorrow to finance tires from bb wheels
I used pay tomorrow to finance tires from bb wheels. The tires were stated as delivered by FedEx but due to carelessness by the delivery driver, the tires were left outside without ringing my bell. Once I went to check for the tires they were not there. I notified pay tomorrow of this and then I was called a liar and treated like a criminal. This is unacceptable and now I'm receiving threatening emails and text messages.

Criminals/illegal and liars! I chose these for a payment option and quickly canceled the purchase due to finding it locally instead of buying merchandise online. Within an hour of purchasing, canceling, calling customer service to confirm cancelation, I even wrote an email to paytomorrow informing them of the cancelation even though that was not the buyer's responsibility. Several months later they began drafting money out of my bank account. I contacted them as well as the original merchant and they admitted that they were both mistaken, apologized and I was refunded. The next month they proceeded to withdraw money again. I contacted them again, this time slightly frustrated, repeated the entire history with them and was left with another apology and a promise to refund the following business day. I waited and was not refunded, I was contacted and told I had merchandise in my possession that I never had. I had made several purchases at that time for vehicle parts and at one point thought maybe something was from the company they claimed but confirmed it was not. I later after several harassing emails from paytomorrow, as well as car agent, sent both emails restating I did not have any merchandise due to the quick cancel. They sent contracts asking me to sign multiple times that were false, made up several, then canceled them, finally have one now that states I made a purchase recently, all fraudulently made up and signed with new account numbers, etc and payments to start next month. None of this was done by myself. In fact I have directed them multiple times to stop harassing me, taken pictures of "no contract" under my account from before and have proof of everything and they plan on continuing to draft money from my account from a contract they recently created that I had nothing to do with at all and is completely fake and untrue, I dont even know the merchandisethey are referring to. If I could give 0 stars, I would in a heart beat. Looks like I have the same problem as everyone else when it comes to the payment/borrowing options with this company. I bought a computer from *** (who are a fantastic company) and I financed through PayTomorrow. BIG MISTAKE! I was told I would have an 18 month LOAN to pay this laptop off that I got because I needed it for school, work and just to enjoy my gaming on. $80.66 every 2 weeks for 18 months. Cool. Well, thats not the case. I am paying that and once those 18 payments are done, I will have to pay another $67 every 2 weeks for another 18 months and end up paying twice the computer is worth. But when I go to my account it says that my term is 18 months and that it is 9 months Lease and 9 months Loan. So now they are lying even more directly on my account. This company scams people out of their money and DO NOT CARE about their customers. I will be meeting with my lawyer at the end of this week as I spoke with him about this and said I have a case and will win 100%. DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY!
Absolutely the worst to deal with stay far away point blank *** enjoy being robbed.. you have been warned this company needs to be shut down and everyone whos deals with this scam of a company should be fully refunded im reaching out to my lawyer to get help on receiving my money back and this scam company to be permanently removed from my credit report..
Absolutely awful. Very unclear whether your payments are monthly or biweekly. And they charge astronomical amounts of interest. $3600 for $1500 rims and tires. Never again will I even look their way
Live and learn
Live and learn. This company is a rip off. I should have read a little more closely so this is my fault but never again and buyer beware. This is in the contract that first you pay a lease and then you pay to own it. So you are paying way over what you should. Companies like affirm and what not are much better to use they aren't ridiculous with their agreements. Never again I learned my lesson. I hope more people realize this and put them out of business because they suck

Pay tomorrow and there affiliates UOWN don't deserve any stars. The company double charges you and say its leasing and finance fees. They have taken money out of bank account twice a week and then wont reimburse it. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. They speak to you rudely and basically tell you that you are screwed.
So I used there services to pay for some coilovers for my car. I was offered there 90 day same as cash thing. So on the last day I called them up to get the pay off amount and pay that which I did or so I thought. The next week I seen they were trying to take more money out of my account so I asked why and they told me I still had a balance of about 300 dollars. So I looked back at my monthly statement and the payment I made. It looks like the person I was on the phone with lied to me about what the actual pay off was and left exactly enough for one payment about 36 dollars. Obviously so they could collect intrest on the money I borrowed from them. I suppose I should of double checked after I made that "last payment". Also as alot of people seem to complain about whether its there or not they don't make it clear that its a lease to own thing. I didn't think it would possible be who leases car suspension? If your considering using them to pay for something. I'd highly recommend not to do it under any circumstances find another way.
After applying online to purchase an item, Paytomorrow declined my application because my drivers license address is associated with a rental property that I own and not the same as where I wanted my item shipped. After asking if I could submit a copy of my passport to confirm my identity they refused to take my passport. Which is considered a higher level of identification over a simple license. My billing information for my debit card is the same as my shipping address. So I contacted my renter and told them that I would be sending an item to that address and to put it in the garage when it arrives. I went back to the site, reapplied using the address on my license and my application was completely refused again for whatever reason. My credit score is decent and shouldnt be an issue whatsoever, but I was completely declined. I began to wonder why, and began to question what the issue was about simply having a different address on my ID. So after coming to the ComplaintsBoard.com website I see why. This company was giving me all types of red flags, and I see that my assumptions were spot on. When I was on the phone with them, I asked where I could find information about their financing fees, and the agent refused to disclose what they were. Which is also a big read flag for me. Most shady companies dont post their financing charges if theyre shady to begin with. Id warn anyone out their thats interested in using this company. Im sure the issue with my address is probably the main reason as to why they completely declined my application, because my credit score isnt low at all and Ive already been approved with another company for $1,900. I just wanted to compare both companies and decide what I wanted to do from their. But it looks like Ill be using Snap Finance, which is the company that actually approved me. They seem less shady than Paytomorrow. I recommend looking into them and avoiding this shady company at all costs.
Pay tomorrow is the worst to finance Anything with stay away and be warn I return a purchase I made from a jewelry store and was sent an Email saying I will be refunded my money, its been 3 months and pay tomorrow is still taking monies from my account I call 4 times a to resolve this issue and was told the person handling my account was not in the office. I was able to speak to someone who told me I needed to sign the documents and return it its a week now and still waiting for my money to be refunded *** I finally had to call my bank and ask to put a stop on the payment which is a fee from my bank this company is not right to lease please be aware
Paytomorrow is a scam
Paytomorrow is a scam. They fail to state that it is a lease to own loan. I NEVER received a contract stating that I would have to pay an additional $485, which is 65% the cost of wheels that were bought. I spoke to customer service and he states that they sent an email out the same day. I didn't receive this email and I saved all emails from this purchase, and I never received a phone call either. I would send wheels back and tell them to GTH, but they also want a 20% restocking fee. They should be closed down for fraud.
I have used Paytomorrow now for 3 separate loans in the last 2 years. The first two I used to make purchases for product's to help my business during the pandemic. I chose a 12 month and 18 month payment plan but was able to pay off each with the 90 day buy out option they offer. I just made my 3rd purchase with them and had a little trouble with the application process(I think I was just lacking a solid internet connection.) I called in to *** and spoke to April. She was polite and helped me with the application and a few moments later I was approved again! 5 stars all around for this company as they have continued to help with both Need and Want purchases of mine the last couple of years!
Total scam, absolutely terrible. They double the price and hide behind the fine print. Extremely shady company.
They ***, stay clear of these scammers. You been warned..don't use them.
DO NOT USE!
DO NOT USE!Its a complete rip off. I see their responses here which look like copy and paste replies smh. I have an account and did not realize there were 2 separate parts when I signed via my phone. Dont mention the welcome phone call because I didnt receive one. When I was finally able to access the portal after getting assistance, I called when I saw both terms and was told that I was too late to cancel. After my lease. I requested to cancel and was told to contact the merchant which I did and Pay Tomorrow said they emailed them as well. Nothing and now Im disputing the continued charges but thankfully I have a paper trail. DO NOT USE!

if I could give 0 stars I would. They do not explain this lease to loan option until AFTER you agreed and then get a contract the following day that you now have to fight to get cancelled. Thought it was 18 month financing, only to find out that my $2500 purchase would cost me $4000 after 18 months and that I was technically leasing my

Tried to get a computer and these guys were the lender that was used to give me a loan through the financing company
Tried to get a computer and these guys were the lender that was used to give me a loan through the financing company. After the 1st time getting "approved" and already paying my 1st months payment, they cancelled my loan and my PC order because I had "failed" to give them information that they had requested via email, which I never got (and yes, I check ALL of my mail, including spam, trash, and my social/promotional email folders). I then tried again after they told me to reapply and everything went through and I paid another first months payments AGAIN, then the next day they cancelled the loan saying that I was declined even though I already paid my first month. They also said they are "not obligated to tell me the reason I was declined". Do not use this company. Ever.

This company markets itself to customers as a finance option which "approves any credit types" but this statement has proven to be misleading
This company markets itself to customers as a finance option which "approves any credit types" but this statement has proven to be misleading since they denied my finance situation--and my credit is fair! Definitely not a "bad" or "no credit" situation, although this is precisely the kind of credit this company, Pay Tomorrow, claims to accept. Misleading the consuming public is a federal crime and companies like Pay Tomorrow should not be allowed to conduct business under false pretenses making claims they do not intend to honor. Senators who monitor this sordid business practice should start taking actions against these companies to prevent confusion and protect consumers. This is also part of a larger issue of credit in America for person's of color, and those directly affected by shady polices aimed at excluding certain credit profiles not associated with true credit-worthiness.

PayTomorow is definetly a scam
PayTomorow is definetly a scam. I bought a Golf Cart from 360 Power Sports. The total amount was $7,898. I paid $2,898. up front which left me at a $5,000. balance. They suggested I finance the remaining $5,000. with PayTomorrow. Now I find out that PayTomorrow mislead me on the loan I was receiving. I have paid $1,817.25 up to now and they are saying the terms of my agreement are as follow: 12 months of payments are under a lease agreement which will cost me $4,319.30. I was not leasing anything, I was purchasing. The next 12 months is the loan and I have to pay an additional $3,300.00 to keep the golf cart I was purchasing in the first place. According to my calculations, by the time they finish royally screwing me with no lube, I would have paid $12,224.55. That is $4,436.55 over the asking price of 360 Power Sports. CAUTION, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY PURPOSELY MISLEAD THEIR CLIENTS.

Got a quote from Paytomorrow for some coil-overs I wanted to purchase
Got a quote from Paytomorrow for some coil-overs I wanted to purchase. The ones I wanted specifically are meant for track purposes and can be rather expensive. I figured financing would be a great option. My credit score is decent, I have a 100% payment history, and I have a couple of minor collections. With other internet financing companies I get relatively low APRs, and great payment options to fit my schedule. To prove my point, I just financed a low mileage 2016 HD Road Glide Ultra with an 8.99% APR. The Coil-Overs I wanted were $2,150. With shipping, $2,225. These SCAM ARTISTS, came back with an insulting 156.71%. Weekly payments of around $63/week for 24 months. I would have ended up paying almost $7000 for a product that would have only cost me around $3000 if financed through other internet purchase financing companies. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRAP. Their contracts are riddled with secret clauses that prevent you from even returning the item at no cost to you. This is also not to mention the harassing emails I've gotten to finish my purchase agreement after backing out of ordering these coil-overs.

Loan
I bought a scooter in December 2022 was told I had to use Pay tomorrow for finance while in the office of the scooter store. I filled out some paperwork through my phone and the terms were agreed-upon. I had no idea I was leasing a scooter for one year and then had the option to buy it on the second year of the loan, and had to follow specific rules and warranty guidelines, which I was never explain to all known about an answer talking to the owner of the store. He didn’t know either. He had no idea this was going on.
Desired outcome: I pay original price for scooter. Who would agree to lease a scooter for a year, then agree to pay an additional $1500 to buy it

Slander/Defamation of Character my nephew's transmission went out on his vehicle and didn't have the funds to buy a new one due to having to pay extensive hospital bills for his wife's dialysis due to her end stage renal failure. So myself and my brothers and sisters decided we would help. He was dead set on monster transmission due to numerous of his friends recommending them. So we all took a look and saw that transmissions were pretty expensive. So we were deciding on how to help him and saw that they offered financing through paytommorow. So we all applied for financing just to see who would be able to get approved for it and pretty much all of us got approved for the amount we needed for the transmission. Now after getting approved the transaction finalizes and then you wait for paytommorow to finalize the financing then they send you a link to pay $59 to set the financing in stone. Well I go ahead and pay the $59 thinking "great my nephew really deserves the transmission for all that he goes through". So I go ahead and tell my brothers and sisters and we ask we're going to pitch in on each monthly payment and pay it off within 3 months. So I give monster transmissions a call to check the status of my order and out if nowhere my order is on hold. Now mind you by this time paytomorrow has already released the funds for the order to monster transmissions. So why my order was on hold beyond me. So I then get told that me and my brothers and sisters are married as fraud due to the fact that we were all ordering a transmission to get sent to the same address using the same wifi, since we were all at my sister's house, so therefore the ip addresses matched. So they took it upon themselves to say that my whole family are frauds just because we were all trying to get my nephew a transmission. Before that though they said that paytommorow marked me as fraud. So they then tell me to call paytomorrow and have them verify that they are funding me and that is OK to go ahead with the order. Paytomorrow verified that they did not mark me as fraud and that monster transmissions were already paid and there was nothing to worry about and not to listen to monster transmissions any any fraud matter. They had been paid. I have proof of that also in form of email. So I contact monster transmissions again letting them know that paytomorrow want going to can then that all they had to do was login to there portal and see that they have been funded. Monster transmissions still wouldn't release the order to be shipped even after supplying them with the proof about what paytommorow emailed me. So I call paytomorrow and they said that they were going to talk there supervisor about this and then contact monster transmission and get this so settled and fixed. Well I call paytomorrow this morning and they said that they will not be going forward when after I paid and they funded the purchase because I had fraud in my credit report. There is absolutely no fraud on my credit report I check it constantly. Now they have my money and canceled my order due to my family so trying to help out our nephew in a time of need.
Financed tires and wheels sign contract for one amount. After 5 months of paying found in My statement that is Loan/Lease agreement. Price is up. They give you the choice to Lease or loan but don't tell you that you have to do both. Bought wheels and tires from an online store for $1696.07 all Of a sudden I get sent monthly statement for about $2,719.85. At the beginning they ask you to lease or loan but really you have to do both. They claim when you signed their contract the deal is done. Nothing they can do about. It's sounds like it fraudulent system they use. Looks like they lie to the hard working customers and their families.. They also claim that they will send you email with explaining how the contract/lease term works but I got nothing in my emails.

I purchased a laptop and then two days later I canceled my order but Paytomorrow refused to give me a refund but instead kept the money as a fee. After canceling my order due to the delivery date being pushed out over a month, Pay-tomorrow refused to issue a refund for my initial payment. It has been a month now since I cancelled my order and they finally responded to my millionth email stating that my account was closed and my money would not be refunded to me but instead would be kept as an application fee. My inital payment was $60 and I was never told that this money would not be refundable. This is all a huge theft and apparently has happened to others in different ways.

They give you the choice to Lease or loan but don't tell you that you have to do both. Claim the call you to confirm but don't, Bought wheels and tires from an online store for $1,600, all Of a Swidden I get sent in invoice for about $2,500. At the beginning they ask you to lease or loan but really you have to do both. They claim they call you, email, and send you stuff in the mail at the beginning. They only time that happens is when you bring to their attention that they're charging you more. As soon as I made a complaint to them they sent me the unsigned contract that they claim I signed with the interest rate and how much I'd have to pay altogether. Essentially I would call it theft by deception.

I was still charged after terminating my agreement
I was still charged after terminating my agreement. After a while, I decided to cancel my pc order on origin that was being financed by pay tomorrow after reading the MANY complaints about its business. After I cancelled my pc order, I then called the company to make sure that not only my agreement is null but also I would be getting my 172$ refund that I provided as a down payment. I wake up this morning to the charge no longer processing and has been taken from my account. I was told by customer service that my agreement was cancelled and that I would be getting a refund in 3-5 business days. Which is okay if my account said the charge was still processing, but it doesn't. I called the bank before making this complaint to verify that yes pay tomorrow does not have plans on giving my refund. Please use *** or *** if you want to finance things. Pay tomorrow is a scam.

I was under a contract with this company
I was under a contract with this company. They overcharged my by 72.40 I signed a contract with paytomorrow. I used their services to purchase automobile rims and tires. I was on a payment plan with them beginning 10/31. The first portion was a lease contract. The second portion was a loan contract. I paid the lease contract off in full and then began the loan portion. I made each payment early and on 4/30 I paid the loan contract off in full, via telephone. The agent overcharged me by 72.40. I brought this to her attention and made 2 subsequent phone calls to the company after that to try and get this rectified. Both agents I spoke 2, it was the same agent on calls 2 and 3, said that they aren't sure what the extra 72.40 i was charged was for. They said management would contact me. As of now management has not contacted me and no refund has been made. On the phone it sounded like this was not a legitimate company because barely any info could be provided to me about my account with them. I paid via my checking account for each payment and can provide receipts if necessary and well as copies of the purchase contract. I included a screenshot of the final 7 payments portion of our contract. I made the final 4 payments over the phone and was charged 669.16. The amount i should have been charged was 594.96. It clearly states that there is no prepayment penalty on my contract.

Lease/loan agreement not clear and overpriced
Lease/loan agreement not clear and overpriced. I purchased a computer worth about $5,800, applied for financing and was offered only a lease/loan agreement through this company. I did not have the entire amount up front so I entered the agreement for 12 month, but with the intention of paying off the entire computer within a couple of months. I have now paid off the $3,200 lease in less than one month. When I called to ask what was left, I was told over $3,700 was left if I wanted to lay off the entire loan today, meaning that I would be paying an additional almost $1,200, or a 20% upcharge for the original price. This is an unfair business practice. Any other financing I have done does not upcharge so much, but they reward those who can make their payments early, not punish them. Sure now that I went through the contract with a fine-toothed comb I see that the lease cannot be avoided even if I pay it off early, and hardly any of it goes toward the actual item I purchased. When I asked for an explanation to the customer service rep, Keith, he laughed at me and said I would never see the $3,200 I paid on the lease again, even if I decided to return the computer today. He also asked me if I had ever looked up the word "lease" in the dictionary. I firmly believe this is an honest mistake due to a confusing contract, and upon reading other complaints on ComplaintsBoard.com it looks like this is also a common mistake. It is unfair that I should be forced to remain in a lease agreement that I have paid off 4 months early. And no real benefit affecting the loan portion. I am now out of cash that I really could use for my family during the covid-19 pandemic, due to this unfair practice.

Misleading information regarding their financing program for XoticPc I recently thought I "purchased" a new gaming computer system from XoticPc
Misleading information regarding their financing program for XoticPc I recently thought I "purchased" a new gaming computer system from XoticPc with financing through PayTomorrow. Prior to submitting my order, but after submitting minimal information I was prequalified by PayTomorrow for up to $5000. Upon "building" my computer and choosing PayTomorrow as my finance option I had to pay a $59.00 application fee and provide more detailed information about myself. I also chose the 24 month term. Once done I submitted the order and thought everything was all set and the process was set in motion. The cost of the computer was $2899.00. Here is where the issue arises. I received an email from PayTomorrow with 2 contracts. The first contract is a 12 month lease with my payments being $210.73 for 12 months ($2,528.76). The second contract is a 12 month loan with payments of $164.67 ($1,976.04). The total of the payments $4505.80. The total of payments is $1606.80, approximately 55% more than the actual cost of the computer, is a ridiculously high amount for a "24 month" term, especially with the loan percentage rate only being 6%. According to the contracts both payments begin today 11/30. I am providing the contracts for your information to assist with this. You will notice on the Lease Contract the $59.00 fee is listed as the Lease Preparation Fee, whereas it was termed "Application Fee" during the financing process of the purchase. How can this be possible if the total term is 24 months? I would also like to add at no time during the credit application process was there ever a mention of this being a lease to own situation. Had it been mentioned I would have never agreed to proceed. I do not want to lease anything, especially this computer. You will also see my name clearly listed as the lessee and buyer on both contracts, however there is no date. I can guarantee I never electronically signed anything. Had I done so I would have dated the document, as is common practice with any valid purchase contract. *** I stated above I will be providing both contracts, but it appears I am only able to attach one of them. You will find the "Lease Contract" attached. Please let me know how to send the "Loan Contract" so you have all the documents.

The dreaded lease then purchase. Remember the contract you signed? There online login simply states your next payment. Nothing about: total charges, how much you have paid so far. Balance , lease and purchase costs or contract end date. They are not so transparent now are they? Something to hide? Maybe all the charges?
