NO customer service
Upon receiving my order which states all the times I ordered we included on the email notification, there were only 2 items in it. I sent and email to them and even included a photo. The next day another box arrived and 3 more items arrived. So. I wait another day thinking the last item will arrive… 3 days later nothing. So I emailed again, no response, I send a IG message, no response, I submit a note on their contact page, no response, FB, no response.
Recommendation: Do not purchase from them unless you are ok with not receiving your full oreser
No Product Received and No Response from Resid3ncy
I placed an online order with them on Oct 14. My credit card was charged on Oct 15. On Oct 16 I received a notification that my order was received and tracking info was provided. A week goes by, the status of the tracking info states the item still hasn't been received by USPS. After 2 weeks, still no change. I message Resid3ncy on the online chat. No response. Last week I sent 2 emails. One of them advised I would get a response in 24-48 hours. When no response came, I sent a follow-up email. I haven't received any responses. I messaged them on Instagram and X/Twitter. No responses. We've bought hats from them from their pop-up stores. It's clear they're not sufficiently running things for their online store. I'm surprised so many guys from the Niners have been wearing their products and promoting them. If they only knew their fans were getting scammed.
Recommendation: If you see them at a pop up store, get what you can. Don't order from them online. It will get you nowhere.

I made a large purchase on residency day, their anniversary of starting their hat business where items were 50% off. I received a partial order, so naturally I contact the customer service to resolve the issue. Weeks go by, no response, and no hats! The hats were long gone by now (sold out), so I don’t expect them to be replaced. I had to take the issue to my bank for a charge back. The hats are outstanding quality but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I can’t imagine how frustrated I would be if I paid full price for these hats only to not receive them. Buyer BEWARE!
