After a weeks making my first payment on time around Jan 28th. I received fishy letter in the mail describing that my insurance was not shared with the creation of my loan. And to send it to a number and an email I did not recoginze, so decided to wait a week for a phone call or to find out more on the acct portal and make sure it was not a phishing scam to get data. Then on Feb 7th I logged back into my account to find I had a 700+ late payment on my account and past due around 47 days. I was unsure why there was late payment since my web portal give no information as a breakdown of the amounts. So I called the customer service to find out that a CPI insurance Fee of 120 had been added to my account. I was told I needed send my insurance declaration page for the past 2 months to show I had insurance on the vehicle and that it would take a week to process the information charges to be fixed on my account. I also was informed my $180 bi weekly payments had not been going thru. So again I used the web portal to make a payment. And after waiting several days to Feb 13th I found out my payment still had not gone thru again after calling customer service. And at this time my acct read 1027 ish was past due with 75 days. After speaking to 4 different people, managers. Specifically Jessica in Customer Service and Roy in Member Solutions. BTW, There helped me the best they could. Just seems the tools they had at their disposal was lacking. No one could tell me how we were getting to a total of 1027. I was informed my 120 charges would be taken off once docs I sent a week ago were verifgied, but that could take 2 weeks to month said ROY. But i was also told by Jessica it could take a few months. I was also told earlier this 120 was incrue extra interest and extra fees that no one could tell me at this point in time how much that was as of today. So again no one knows how we are getting to 1027 and the the past due of 75 days would mean I started being late on Dec 1 st 2023 12 days before I even bought the car. Jessica did share that her records showe that only 1 120 CPI payment had been put on my acct which again brings up that we still do do not know how we are getting to this total. I want to again state I have my bank of america records to show a 350 payment on Jan 3 and Feb 13 has been processed and sent to your bank. Please take off the CPI fee any extra interest and fee associated with these add on fees.
Claimed loss: there is no accurate number as I have a payment due of 1036 and a 1536 payment due showing up on the website. But no breakdown as to how this is getting there.
Desired outcome: Please show my account to be current and please take off the CPI fees and any interest and fee the occured because of theese fee

I have recently started a used car loan with Resource Once credit union on dec 12th and today is Feb 14 th. And have several problems that keep geting worst after several attempts to fix. fist in the 2 weeks prior to my first pament to the loan during the week of Dec 19th to the 30. While I could start an online account and link my Bank of America account to make payment to the loan. The actual ability to make a payment with the Bank of America funds was not available. At first I was told that this was system outage problem and understanding it was around Christmas time. I gave them a few days to fix the problem. After the 1st of January I tried to again make the payment online but was still having problems with this ability not working. But by the 3rd and two phone calls later I finally had the abilty to see how much was due and make a payment 1 day prior to the due date. Following this action I enabled bi weekly payments to be made with the same banking info that I used to make the payment.
