price fixing
Stood at the auction and watched veh after veh be offered at a fixed price. When no bids, it was rool it out. The low end junk is sold. But any veh of any quality is priced at book or higher in hope of a bid. If I wanted to pay dealer price, I would buy from the dealer. Reserve prices are far too high and the auction is a waste unles you want some junk. I watched a Jeep be offered for 14K. and no bid, We just looked at KBB value and it was near 12 thousand. Tires were shot and damage to the front bumper.

My last trip there, hope there is a auction with out fixed full retail prices ot buy a veh.
It looks like the auction is helping junk car dealers sell to the migrant workers and others who speak little english. Woman paid 6K for a Nissan with almost 180, 000 miles on it. She wanted a claen car and got took.
