Fraud
I purchased a Motorola H15 bluetooth headset on 5/20/11 for $38 in cash from Mobile 4U located at 89-25 Queens Blvd, Elmhurst, NY 11373, Tel [protected] . The product was advertised as brand new, in retail packaging, complete with all paper work and accessories. When I went home and opened up the packaging, I found the following items missing: 1) the full user manual, 2) warranty and registration card, 3) no serial number, 4) desktop charger (the package only includes a wall charger, NOT the desktop charger that comes standard with this particular Bluetooth headset, I checked this with Motorola). At this point, I suspect the product I was sold is definitely NOT a legitimate Motorola brand retail product. I went back to the store one hour later (on the same day) asking for a refund. The clerks in the store rudely stated that the missing items are “part of a premium upgrade that I had to purchase separately.” I informed them that I checked with Motorola and per Motorola these missing items come standard with any Motorola H15 bluetooth headset. The clerks in the store refused my request for refund.
Mobile 4U in selling me this product committed fraud. I seek the help of the internet community in recovering my hard earned money, $38 in cash, my original form of payment, from this company.
