Planet Caravan Music and Comics still havent received product

I order 3 shirts from this company on May 20. At first I was pretty happy, they sent me my first two shirts. But unfortunately one of my shirts was backed ordered and I emailed him a couple times, at first he was pretty nice guy he told me multiple times if I would rather change for a different shirt but I really wanted the shirt I purchases originally, so I told him that I'm fine with waiting. Well its almost been two months, he told me it takes about 2-6 weeks to reprint so I don't know what his problem. Now he doesn't reply at all and I emailed him about 3 times about my shirt status and nothing yet. I really just want my shirt

I received a confirmation email that my order was received that same day. My credit card was charged. Subsequently I have heard nothing since from the proprietor. I have sent several emails inquiring the status of my order...

Planet Caravan Music and Comics Did not ship my order. Did not return emails or phone calls

I placed an order on October 13th for a t-shirt. I received an order confirmation that said I would be notified when my item shipped. It is now October 31st and I never heard anything else from them. I have sent two emails with no reply, and left two voicemails with no call back. Their voicemail box has recently been full. I am going to have to do a charge-back on my credit card for the item, which is disappointing because I purchased it for a November birthday present.

UPDATED: I finally reached Brad at Planet Caravan by calling repeatedly (twice in a row usually worked with him). He was not sure when the shirt would become available and he refunded my order. After the refund went through, I realized that I couldn't get the shirt from anywhere else and called him back. He went into the warehouse and found that he had one in stock. I was re-billed and he sent the shirt to me that day.

Even though when I spoke with him he was very helpful, I still would not shop at Planet Caravan again due to the weeks of no communication or responsiveness from them.

I ordered a t-shirt 26 days ago. Sent 3 emails. No response. Who knows if I'll get my shirt, guess I'll have to call my credit card company...

Took money, sent nothing. No reply to e-mails, no return phone calls, no updates, nothing! Scam site! Have to resort to Visa dispute to recover funds. How do these sites stay running? Maybe they just stay open based on the fact that many people are just too busy or embaraessed to go through steps to get their money back. Well, definately a positive step for brick and mortar stores. Don't buy from this site!

Can anyone help me? I live in NZ and placed my order on 23 Nov 2011 and received half of it on Dec 9 2011. its now 26 Jan 2012 and am still waiting. The emails from Brad stopped on Dec 20 2011 saying that they had my order in stock. This company has completely ruined my trust for buying anything from an online store overseas ever again. Did anyone get anywhere with this company?

Ordered poster 2 weeks ago today. Have emailed and called for order status. Still no response. I will never deal with these people again. I will be filing a complaint with the necessary authorities to get my money back.

We have sent this customer a message to resolve. We were out of stock with 1 comic book that he ordered, but please note that we DID NOT charge this customer. We only charge once we ship.

looks like i am not the only one here. i have been waiting more than a month after numerous attempts from my wife and now myself to get in contact with planet caravan in regards to an incorrect order of two tshirts.(long sleeve shirt sent in place of tshirt and other tshirt out of stock).
A little customer service goes a long way, even if you are swamped an automated message would be better than nothing. I sent another message today, won't hold my breathe.

Yes, we emailed and waited for a reply. KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU ORDERED OCT 9 AND WE STATE THAT WE SHIP WITHIN 10 DAYS. HOW CAN YOU BE DEFRAUDED IF YOU DO NOT GIVE US A CHANCE TO SHIP WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THAT WE STATE.? WE HAVE YOUR ORDER READY TO SHIP TODAY (IT'S OCT 16) BUT WE HAVE ISSUED A FULL REFUND.

I see I'm not the only one that Bradley Owen has defrauded, I also see I'm not the only one to report them to the authorities. But how many other victims have reported him and his company, Planet Caravan Music and Comics, to the following authorities?

Wow I'm not the only one that Brad screwed then, I ordered a week ago and got hte confirmation and they got my money. I told them I was in hurry to get the t-shirts shipped and didn't care what it cost as long as they were shipped. He emailed me back saying he would ship them via USPS Priority as it was quicker than UPS.
I haven't heard a word back since, even after repeated email and phone calls which went to answering machine.

Last messeage to Brad via phone I told him he's defrauded the wrong person, after finishing my message I call the Gwinnett County, Ga. Police Department [protected]) and reported him for Online Fraud. Now I'm getting ready to call the Georgia Bureau of Investigation [protected] phone [protected] fax) andfile the same complaint then I'm going to call the FBI's Atlanta field office [protected]) and file the same report plus a wire fraud complaint along with interstate internet fraud.

I'm a former police officer so I'm well educated on how this sort of crime is handled.
