Quality Assurance Auctions Inc Obtaining by money by fraud.

I received an unsolicited email about the website of the company above on my Facebook page and I visited the site and I saw cars they displayed for sale. I called the number on their website and started chatting with a guy who claimed he's Eric on [protected] and I told him the car I wanted (Rebuilt Titled 2016 Toyota Highlander XLE) and we agreed at a price of $14,000 including inland shipping to the port and Freight to Lagos Port, Nigeria.
I got my nephew in New York to transfer money from his TD Bank account to QA Auctions Bank Account with Amerant Bank {Account# :[protected]} and they acknowledge receipt through Jennifer{Phone# [protected]} whom he claimed is an associate of his who works with him, she actually sent me the Invoice and receipt.
Shortly after that I told him I am searching for a 2020 Toyota Camry XSE V6 and he referred me to Jennifer to search for the car and she contacted me later that she has something for me.
We agreed on a price of $29,000.00 including Inland Shipping and Freight to Cotonou Port, Benin Republic and I wired the funds to their Account at Amerant Bank.
She issued me a receipt for $29,000.00 and also sent me the Dock Receipt for the 2016 Toyota Highlander which I later discovered to be a Forged document when I called the Shipping Company {Sallaum Lines}
They have since refused further communication with me on emails and whatsapp.

Desired outcome: I need a refund of my money

Quality Assurance Auctions Inc Customer service / car purchase

A friend recommended QA auctions to me, I spoke to a lady called Jennifer who sent me details of a Toyota Highlander and we agreed on a price. I wired the funds to her by bank transfer on receipt of an invoice by email. And she sent me a dock receipt by email that the vehicle had been dropped off at the port in Baltimore and was awaiting customs clearance on the 14 Apr 2021. I have not heard anything since then. I have called her and QA Auctions numerous times by phone and WhatsApp calls and sent several messages not one response.
I called Ghanem forwarding the freight forwarders today and a lady in vehicle bookings told me the vehicle was not with them and had only been booked in but never delivered to the port contrary to what QA Auctions told me in their last email. In fact the booking had been cancelled at the end of April by QA Auctions. So my $14, 000 is being held by QA Auctions illegally and without and communications.

Desired outcome: I want my money refunded in full or the vehicle shipped as I paid for in the first place.

Hello, some research company is out deceiving people that when we fill a Toyota survey, we will get rewarded. But they trick us into spread the survey to many people on WhatsApp but we never get any reward.

They will say send the survey to five WhatsApp groups and get the reward. After you have done that, they now trick you into sending it to many more people until a bar is full. The bar never gets full because at some point they keep telling you "message not delivered" until you get tired and quit.

This is a deliberate trick to deceive people into filling the survey form and also spreading it to other.

We shall expose you guys.

Quality Assurance Auctions Inc Customer service issues

Absolutely horrible customer service, but really nice cars. Found the car, paid for the car and paid for shipping. Two days later (Saturday Morning) I try to log in to check the status of the car I had paid for and my account was suspended. I tried to call but no one could help until Monday morning. Because of this the car cannot ship until it is resolved. The card I had opened the account with the year before had expired and a new card was sent to me etc.. All of the above items were paid for with the new card, I now had over $7k charged to my card and which they had no problem charging me but were cautious because a new card had been used. They informed me the Accounting department had flagged my account and placed an additional fee because of this ($200) yet I could not talk directly with them. Over the next four days I called 6 different times, sent multiple emails with pics of the card and ID and talked to a different person each time all saying slightly different stories on what was going on. I was basically told it was being done to protect me? Holding my money and the car and adding additional fees does not protect me in anyway. If they had said they did not charge the card it would have been at least somewhat reasonable. After one week of them having the $7k and not allowing the car to ship I ask for either my money back or preferably ship the car (which is paid in full). They said they could not refund my money. About an hour later I received an email that the car was being relisted. I call again and find out they could refund the card but I would need to pay again by bank wire transfer. Over one week later I was able get the wire cleared from my bank. The process cost me several hundred dollars and hours of my valuable time on the phone. I would be very cautious of this companies policies and realize they do what they want and will not allow you to talk to the people making the decisions.
In the end the car that I received was even better than I had expected... and the shipping time was quicker than with other companies I have purchased cars from... so while I am very reluctant to do business with them again, if I find the right car I will do all of my due diligence before hand.
