Toco Warranty Ripped off on claim

I wish that I had checked this forum before purchasing a warrantee. My 2004 Avalanche transmission had burned out. Two days after the inspector went to the dealership to inspect it, I received a call from TOCO saying that they will cover the cost of replacing the transmission. I get a call today from The Chevrolet dealership reporting that TOCO had called them today and said that they would NOT honor the claim because it was caused by a leaking transmission line that was NOT covered. This is BS. Can anyone please point me in the right direction for legal recourse?
