I have received my watan card on 16-10-2010 and used in debited machine on [protected] on that time message received that there is an error in card but later I check it on help line and found that the cash has been drawn on that date i. E [protected],
Please compensate me after checking that date, how cash can be drawn on that date when machine operator reply me that there is an error. Card no. Is ####

I’m belonging to very poor family and living from hand to mouth. There is no any person in my family, who earns. I am a too much poor and jobless .
