Grants360.com fraudulant withdrawl

I was only suppose to be charged 2.97 but was charged that plus an additional charge of 57.61 which litterly took food out of my sons mouth as that was all I had left in my account and was for me to go to the store and buy food. I was not aware that I would be charged the extra 57.61 or I would never had signed up. I need that money back so I can feed my son. If I have to I will call the BBB and anyone elses I have to in order to get this money. Do Not make my son starve. I wasn't even able to access the website.

I have been charged during 7 months about 400 dollars and today I changed my VISA because of scam from AW-GRANTPROS.
They put an advertisement of an access to the information about grants just for 3 dollars on FACEBOOK.
I'm going to put this information on all social media to stop this ugly business.

I have cancelled my account on 10/29/10, everytime I call they tell me I can't get a refund until I email grancs.refunds@gmail.com, and everytime I do email this account it bounces back to me. If I'm not refunded my money by 5pm tomorrow 11/8/10 I will report this site to the BBB, and every local and national news station I can. This is a fraud, a scam, and I want everyone to know this. I shouldn't have to fight to get my money back when I cancelled within the 32 hour period.

Grants360.com Never received kit

i was looking for a way to come up with money for my company and found the websiye for grants360.com. They took out the $1.95 that they said they would and then they also took another $60.00 out, which they never said anything about. What can be done about this? It's pretty bad when this happens to big companies, but when it's a small company just starting out in business, that is nothing but a flatout theft. The small ones can't afford to loss money like this and something needs to be done about it.

Grants360.com Rip off

I was supposed to be charged $1.95 for grant information. The ad did not mention any other fees or that it was a trial membership for one day only that, if you did not cancel, would charge your account over $57.00 plus 38.21 & $1.15 for a taxrefundguide.com. . Then another charge of $1.73 from grants360.com. Altogether, it cost me over $200.00 with overdraft fees. I called to talk to an operator who would not give me a mailing address or let me talk to her supervisor, and said she could noit find my account even after I gave her myname and my e-mail address for my account. She hung up on me. I went to a chat session with a company representative and they told me to click on a link, which clearly stated the terms and fees, but when I gave them the link to the page that I had signed up on, they stopped responding . I tried chat again and cancelled my grants360 account. I wiil go to my bank on monday ( this all transpired on saturday afternoon of course ) and change my account. I really hope other people don't get screwed like I did!

Of course, I copied the statement that stated to cancel, simply call [protected] within 24 hours. I called, it was confirmed it was canceled, but not only was the 1.95 charged, (which was okay) but, so was the 38.21. This is not O.K! I have to call my bank, the BBB, and they(she said her name was Angela Thomas and her manager Vienne was too busy to talk to me) had the nerve to tell me, for a refund of your money, go to [protected]@grants360.com
You just can't trust people anymore, where are their ethics?

Grants360.com unauthorized charges to my account

I read on line that I could receive free grant information from various companies for a one time charge of $1.95. I checked my account the next day and was charged an additional $38.21, $57.61, .06, $1.15 and $1.74 by grants360.com. My account went into overdraft with bank charges totalling $105. after this company continued to charge my account without my authorization or knowledge. After filing a claim with my bank I was informed by the representative that this has been an on-going problem for more than a year with other customers by the same company. My claim is now pending and I am awaiting an investigation by my bank to remove the unauthorized charges and overdraft fees once this information is founded.

I had the same problem. They gave my information to Websavers. When i called to find out this mysterious charge and called the company i was hung up on when asked what company this was. I called three times. Finally i spoke with a guy named "David" and asked him for a copy of my enrollment form. He said they cannot do that but gave me a number to "corporate" I have never heard back from them. My bank has been kind enough to investigate it for me. Be careful.

Grants360.com unauthorizied money withdrawal

On 3.04.09 I was on the internet. Filed application with Grants360.com/kit. The advertisment read $1.89 for information on all to obtain governments grants. NO WHERE DID I AUTHORIZED Grants 360 to withdrawl $38.41 from my Bank Of America account. I would not have gone through with the online payment had I SEEN THE $38.41 PRICE TAG! So a total amount withdrawn from my Bank Of America cheking account is: $40.30!
I am very upset with this company and any and all compaines who scam hard working American's out of their hard earned money. I want FULL MONEY RESTITUTION if at all possible.
Thank You.

They require $1.95 for access to their website and they require 24 hour cancellation but yet when I checked my
bank on 7/25 which was the same day I ordered their program, they had already charged my account and the amount showed "pending". Grants360 charged me an additional $57.61 plus the amount of 1.95. They do not give you the
24 hours they claim and I want my $57.61 credited back to me. I called them back to request a refund and one of their
representatives in their call center hung up on me. I certainly do not want to do business with these type of people and
Grants360 certainly does not give out the 24hours to make cancellations as they say.

PLEASE READ ABOUT **Grants360.com** Internet Scam Charge money for no product
I paid $1.95 processing fee for 24 hour access to free website Grants.gov. The sign up page said that I would be getting a conformation e-mail and if is isn't in my inbox then check my spam folder. After the 24 hours without cancellation they would charge me $57.61 for a grants kit. I decided that I didn't want to be charged $57.61 for what they offered so not getting their conformation e-mail I thought I was on one of there sites and responded to customer service via e-mail to cancel my order. I called the bank and they said they just removed the money out of my account so I got the number [protected] and requested my money back. I had to go to another web site and fill out a refund request form. They sent me back an e-mail stating that the web owner will only give me back partial of the money $41.61. I asked why I didn't receive any conformation via e-mail with no response back and I now know why. If you google the web site then there are nothing but complaints about this company. My bank said once the money is out of pending status then call back and file a claim for fraud. I also will file a complaint with [redacted].com. I would like everyone that has been scammed by this web site to join me in filing a complaint with Complaints Board, [redacted].com, BBB, FTC, and The Attorney Generals Office. Also please join the class action law suit with Abingtonlaw.com. Lets shut this site down.

Well like many other people I got taken for $95.82 more than the $1.95 that they said I would be charged. I was looking for a grant to help me get started with the small business I have opened, and I came to this site called grants 360.com I read through the web page it seemed like just what I needed to get started with filing for a grant. I never buy online but again this seemed to be a good start for me, they say they will send you out a grant kit all you have to pay is the s&h 1.95 I checked my bank account and they took out the 1.95 + 38.21 so I called and they said they would cancel the order and refund the money, now two days later I checked my account again and they took out another 57.61 I call grants 360 again and got hung up on by 2 different people, but before I was hung up on they said I will get my money back in 3 - 5 days. I doubt that will happen because I goggled grants 360 and found hundreds of people that have wrote complaints and said they never got there money back. I guess lesson learned and I will never do something like that again before doing a little research first. I ended up going to bank and had to cancel my debit account. I don't understand how they can keep doing this..

I should have read this site before giving my 1.95 to grant360 as I just went through exactly the same thing. I got charged the 57.61 and when I filled out the refund request they only will offer me a partial refund of 41.71!
Anyone knows who I would go to to get my full refund?

The same thing happened to me, Leilani! I was lead to believe the $57.61 was a one-time fee and not a revolving charge. I was also hit with a $1.72 "foregin transaction fee". I just called them personally at [protected] and cancelled it. I am also going to refute the charge on my credit card. This site is a hoax!

Good grief Charlie Brown! Are these crooks still ripping people off with this scam! Any of you who are still being duped need to put your claims into the hands of the authorities. Try contacting your local police department and ask them where you can file a legal complaint regarding internet fraud. For that is what this is - in spades.
The new FTC rules will brand these people as out and out criminals, and I strongly urge anyone who is still fighting with these thieves to get a complaint filed with the FTC immediately. They have a lot more pull than any of us.
Hopefully, these thugs will get caught and be sent to jail, sooner rather than later.
And how did any of you pay? If you paid by Visa you can get help from them. Plus, some of the other payment processors have help available.
Don't let them get away with this highway robbery!

Grants360.com Unauthorized charges

I saw the add for this site. I figured okay, what do I have to lose for less than 2 bucks. After reading the terms and service I found out I would be charged almost 60 bucks a month for this. Still, i figured I'd give it a look to see what it had to offer. What this site offered was outdated links to sites, misinformation, and its main link to personal grants leads you to grants.gov, a site that is FREE for ANYONE to access. Lesson learned, two bucks lost. Save your money, just go to grants.gov.

My husband committed to a $1.95 charge for a packet on free home grants. After checking his visa account, he was also charged $57.61. This charge was completely unauthorized and unstated! After reviewing the terms and conditions, it states that the charge is $1.95 for the first day trial, then $57.61 every 30 days thereafter. I cancelled the membership by calling [protected], but was told I would have to email refunds@grants360.com to get a refund. So far, I'm having trouble accessing the website.

When I okayed the original $1.95, which was for the information
package. The next day my account was assessed an additional $57.61.
This I never authorized, nor was I shown any "terms and condition".
After calling to cancel and request a refund, I received an email

Here is the number that you need to call to get a hold of this companies customer service: [protected]! I called this company and they emailed me a cancellation request form. I filled it out and submitted it. This entire problem forced me to call my bank, file a complaint against this company, order a new debit card, and I had to wait a week for my new credit card. This company is truly a rip off! They agree to send you a business kit for $1.98 and then charge you almost $60.00 for a monthly charge that you know nothing about! Help yourself out- Get rid of this scam!

I ordered the Grant Kit offered by Grant360.com which was offered for $1.95 on my credit c ard. When reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered an additional $57.61 charge had been made on my credit card that I did not authorize. I ordered the grants360.com software believing I would only be charged the $1.95 and had the additional $57.61 charged to my account without prior knowledge. Nowhere in the advertisement did I see anything about an additional charge, or a one day trial. I regret the decision to purchase the kit and the scam allows these people to continue with their scam! This website should be shut down or banned because it is so misleading! I am an unemployed mother who was hoping find a grant that would help me further my education and this experience has only been detrimental.

As cautious as I am usually, I was scammed like many others. If I knew who to contact, I would insist on a full refund!

As hard as times are now, I am very wary of any offer!

I too fell into this trap. I knew immediately after entering the card info and on the next page they told me they were not going to be shipping anything to better serve their customers the kit would be avail online. I could not back up, did not agree to any other charges. On monday the supposed shipping came out and then today another 57.61 came out. I clld my credit union and they gave me a number to cll [protected]. I saw this number on my statement but thought it was a transaction number? anyway I clld the number and was talking to someone in India, or maybe manila. She explained me how I activated an acct and to avoid further charges I needed to cancel the acct and I would need to reqst a refund for what was already deducted. The email came as promised, even early. The agent told me 24-48 hrs. So I filled it out not sure if it was submitted as it appeared to around and around and I never got confrm that it was submitted. I cancelled my debit card with the credit union and filled out paperwork for unauthd charges.

Grants360.com Unauthorized charge

BEWARE!
I was lead to this website from www.roberts.com/grants.

I was suppose to only be charged $1.95 for information on free grants available. Right after I signed up I checked my account and they also charged me $38.21 for some tax refund guide. I immediately called customer service they said that it stated on one of the pages on the website that by signing up for the information it automatically commited you to purchase a tax refund guide. There was no terms and conditions to agree to. Their information is a joke too they do not tell you how to really get free grants for student loan debt etc.

Lesson learned I suppose no one is out to help anyone; only out to screw people over. Will definitely monitor my account, and as soon as the transaction clears I will dispute the charges.

ing my online checking account balance, i discovered an additional $57.61 charge had been made on my visa card. i did not authorize

i am one of the many who ordered the grants360.com software believing i would only be charged the $1.95 and had the additional $57.61 charged to my account without prior knowledge. nowhere did i see anything about an additional charge, or a one day trial. i was online for hours trying to get my money back, and like others, was offered a $40.00 partial refund. frustrated and at my wits end after 3 phone calls and 6 "live chats" because the e-mail address i was given didn't exist, i agreed to the $40.00 partial refund. i now regret that decision because it allows these people to continue with their scam! this website needs to be banned because it is so misleading! i am a senior on social security and hoped to find a grant that would help me better myself. this experience has only been detrimental. as cautious as i am online, i was scammed like many others. if i could get through to a valid contact, i would insist on a full refund but they make it impossible to do so. please, beef up warnings against this website and if possible, get them off of the internet!

I purchased a Grant kit on Sept.3, 2010 for the cost of $2.97. A few days later my account was charged $57.61, which put my account in overdraft. I had not idea of this amount coming out of my account or I would
not have authorized it. As of now, my account is in overdraft for $259.00 because of this unauthorized charge.
I probable would not have a problem if it was fully explained that this amount would be charged to my account.
The situation can be resolved with an immediate refund to my account. I may be interested when I can afford it,
but right now, I need to have that money refunded back into my account ASAP!

1/1/10 I authorized $1.89 for information to apply for grants for a small business or crafts company. I was also to receive 3 books from a craft company. Since this time I've been charged $57.61 monthly for a subscription to apply for grants which was not authorized. I have it cancelled but want someone to look into getting refunds for 4 months of charges. I didn't complain for 2 months as I was waiting for the books which have never been received either.

I accepted a charge of $1.49 and was debited in my account of $1.95. Then the next day came a charge of $57.61. I called the company and they said it was for a subscription which I did not authorize. They told me to go to www.refunds@grants360.com. I cannot get through to that email, so I called the company back and they told me to keep trying. I insisted on talking to someone in management and the person would not put me through. I am filing a dispute with my bank and charging them with fraud and false advertisement.

Unfortunatly there are scams everywhere. I knew better but was frustrated with trying to find "free" information regarding government grants. I too thought that for only $1.95 it was worth a try to get some kind of organized information. ALAS I WAS WRONG! $57.10 later I am no better off than working on my own. It is very sad that the internet has become nothing but a plethora of scams. BEWARE anytime it says free but first give us your credit card info. Has anyone had any success in stoping the charges short of changing thier credit card/debit card number?

I canceled my account with them WELL before my "24 hour Trial Period" was over. I asked for a refund of the 57.61 they STOLE from my account and only offered me a refund of $40.00! This is the biggest scam I have EVER encountered. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

The add was for a $1.95 processing fee for free grants access. The next day they charged $57.61 to my card without authorization. I called them a number of times and cancelled and they provided me with an E-mail address for the refund.
No refund as of this date and not sure if I will ever see it.

This Grants 360 system is flawed. It did not help me find anything. i was getting the run-around, sent to other sites that only try to sale more grant kits.i don't see how this Grants360 is helping anyone.I asked for a refund that i have not recieved of 57.61. They only give you a 1 day trail period that is stupid. CNN or some pulic figure needs to do their own investigation on this to let these people know this is a SCAM.
