Good morning, I’m contacting you in relation to my property, 14 Barnes Avenue SW13 9AB. I’m not an RHP tenant but live next door to one of your property properties occupied by Carmen Leon number 16 Barnes Avenue my electricity supply that comes into my property and then is looped into number 16. My neighbour.. since I had a load of work done on my property, new LED spotlights, car charger, there seems to be a problem my lights are flickering in my house all the time and I can’t use my car charger. i’ve spoken to electrical engineer and he confirms the main reason why this is happening is due to the electricity supply. and my neighbour being looped off my supply. I had a site survey carried out on the sixth of December 2022 by GE disconnections and smart metering services I have emailed you numerous times in relation this matter and so have GE disconnections as well. In relation to this matter. I have no had no reply whatsoever. I ended up speaking to gentleman called Roberts who apparently is a compliance manager and his boss is Jitesh Jivran I have called RHP for over a year chasing up this matter, requesting an update callback nothing the service from RHP is absolutely terrible i’m going to be seeking legal advice. If this matter is not addressed you’ve had a quote from GE disconnections and metering services. I don’t understand what the delay is it’s causing me distress. Please can this matter be looked into immediately you have all my details and have had them for over a year .
Desired outcome: to have my neighbour, unlooped from my electricity supply.
