Ritz pkg 0 [protected] 4. Opened a package of crackers and they were "stuck" together with a substance. Not sure what it was so going to throw whole box away. Pack was opened on 02/01/25 at approximately 2:00 PM. I have enclosed pictures of substance on the crackers! I threw the whole box away! I really don't know what more needs to be said. I did take pictures!

Claimed loss: 1 13.7 oz Ritz crackers. Opened package on 2/1/25. Looks like peanut butter on them but not sure what it is. Throwing whole box away!!!!

Desired outcome: Would like 13.7 oz box replaced!
