They had the camera I was looking for a much cheaper price than other sites I had checked out. I was a bit skeptical at first because I had never heard of them before, but I took a chance and ordered it anyways. To my surprise, the camera arrived in just a few days.

The packaging was good and the camera was in perfect condition. I took it out for a spin and was blown away by the quality of the pictures. It was everything I wanted and more. I have since recommended Roberts Camera to my friends and family who are in the market for a new camera.

Got myself a camera and all, looking all spiffy on the outside but when I tried to turn it on, it wouldn't work with the battery it came with. So, I went to robertscamera.com because my old Canon A-1 camera got broken by a student and I needed a new one. I found one that I could afford on their website. When I received the camera, I was pretty disappointed. The body had a lot of dirt on it, which was not what I expected. And when I started using it, it made weird noises. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong or that it was just acting up at first, but it continued to squeak when I advanced the lever.

So, I decided to take my camera to a repair shop in Portland. The guys who worked there told me that the mirror was squeaky and that the light seals had to be replaced. And I was like "What the heck?" because I didn't think I would have to pay for something like that when I had just got the camera.

Anyway, the repair shop guys were kind enough to offer me a deal and said the work would cost me $143. I thought that was quite a lot, especially because I had already paid for the camera from robertscamera.com. So, I decided to not get it repaired and to buy a new camera from a different company instead.

In conclusion, I'll not be buying from robertscamera.com again based on my recent experience with them. The camera I received was not in good condition and the repair cost was too expensive. So, from personal observation, I cannot recommend this company.
