I felt good from the beginning with my order. They were very professional outfit, friendly, nice and was quick to get my order out. Received my poster 7 days from ordering. Previous seller it took 35 days of nothing but headaches and a nightmare. Ebay helped me get a refund on first poster from first seller! I recommend Rockabilia, not every is perfect in the world of enternet and shipping handlers but Rockabilia is a fair company, ask questions before buying

I found my IDEAL shirt on the band's actual website, but their sizes only went up to a XL. Saddened by this, I SCOURED the internet and found Rockabilia.com. They had the shirt IN THE SIZE I WANTED! I didn't hesitate to place my order. Silly me, I read the reviews on another site, AFTER my purchase about nightmares others had receiving their items. Their website CLEARLY states the time frame of your order if it is in stock. I placed my order yesterday, 11/5 and received an email today, 11/6 stating the order was shipped and in transit! So, I call BS and wonder why I am so special in comparison to others they had a bad transaction!

Canadian Customer
Being from Canada, the selection is for Rock band t-shirts are slim at best. I tried Amazon US and most Sellers won't send to Canada. I tried Amazon Canada but the selection was disappointing. When I found Rockabilia, I was amazed at the selection. I ended up ordering 8 t-shirts, all in stock except 1 which was on back order but I didn't care because I was looking for that shirt for 2 years. The order confirmation said that it would take 2 to 8 week so I wasn't worried but after 2 weeks I checked my account and there was no update.
I started checking reviews and was horrified to read all the negative comments.
After the 3rd week I received my package with the 7 shirts that were in stock.
Considering it usually takes 1 week to clear Customs, the order was on time. The best surprise is there were no Custom charges which is ridiculously high for some items. I was also surprise to received the out of stock item a week later. I didn't expect to get it at all let alone in 8 weeks but I wasn't worried because they do offer an refund or exchange. I haven't even gone through half the site yet so I'm 100% sure I'll be ordering form them again.
Was skeptical from the reviews, BUT I GOT AMAZING PRINTS!
I didn't receive any shipping info until the day before it was supposed to be delivered. I ordered 2/23, and received everything 6 days later with UPS shipping to CA.
I bought 6 regular death metal/ thrash/ tech death metal shirts and also i bought 3 of the grab bag packs.
I also got an exodus christmas sweater (its on sale because its not on season) and the print quality is pretty dang good, like way better than walmart, it's like target quality
In the grab bag (4 x 3) ALL 12 shirts were METAL or metal related (surprised me I was expecting other genres to be mixed in but everything was better than expected!, hooked it up with some Mastadon, maiden, metallica, ghost children of bodom, cradle of filth, opeth, ETC) and didn't seem to be noticeably defective or maybe slightly (I mean i still dont know if they are really damaged) off print but you would never notice.
I also ordered some other thrash/ death bands from relapse records the same night and i would say that the prints from rockabilia are at least x3 better.
I'm very disappointed with the relapse records print quality besides the serpentine path path & obscura shirt i got, the other 4 were medium resolution (they are like OK, slightly blurry or if they would have brought the size down just a notch it would look decent, but definitely NOT licensed merch quality.)
GOOD JOB ROCKABILIA! I bit the bullet despite the reviews and i'm happy with my purchase! Will definite try it out again.

I've ordered quite a few shirts and posters here for Christmas gifts for Christmas 2013. The shirts came back wonderful, and I love wearing the ones that I got. I don't understand the negative reviews, because I've had a very positive experience with these guys. I did not experience the "plastic" prints on my shirts, they were very high in quality and have gone through the washer and dryer several times, haven't faded, and the prints still look brand new. The shirts are really nice and are Fruit of the Loom shirts. Also, I am a big fan of TOOL, and have ordered 3 TOOL merch items on this website, a TOOL poster, and two TOOL shirts. TOOL has tags on their shirts that cannot be counterfeited because of the tag's design, which are placed on the shirts to ensure the buyer that they are authentic TOOL apparel and not illegal prints. Upon receiving my TOOL merch, it all had tags that said, "This is an authentic Tool product" on them, placed where they usually are on the TOOL authentic shirts that I have bought elsewhere. The 10,000 Days poster was great quality and is beautiful, and looked exactly as it did on the website, if not, better. The poster sits on a wall that constantly has the sun beating on it and it has not faded since I have gotten it. I have had nothing but positive experiences from these guys and I will continue to make purchases from them. The only two things about these guys are (1) they take their time with shipping things, so if you're in a hurry, you probably shouldn't order from them, and (2) if an item is on backorder on their website, don't order it because you'll never receive it and you will get an online credit for the price of the backordered shirt to their store. I ordered a Slipknot shirt from these guys, it was on backorder, and I never received it and they gave me a store credit. Besides the backordered items and long shipping, I will definitely continue to buy from rockabilia and recommend them to friends. My clothing is great, I love wearing it, and I love showing off the posters I have gotten from these guys. A+!

I ordered from Rockabilia twice. The first time was nothing special, not bad, not perfect, just ok. The second time was my last one and this experience was horrible.
The problem is that I ordered an item from them in October and it's still not here. I wonder when exactly they are going to ship it. Because yes, it wasn't even shipped. It's still in their warehouse and judging by their representatives' words, it's in stock. So what are you waiting for then? How many times should I call to make you do it? How many complaints should I leave to make you move a little bit?
They don't accept returns!
I wish I had found these reviews before I made my order, I'm stuck with items which are too small and there is no way to get a refund. Everything I have ordered from Rockabilia was way too small and when I contacted Rockabilia customer care service and asked for the replacement they said they don't accept any returns no matter what the reason is. So they literally said they don't give refunds. This was the worst online shopping ever and I'll never buy anything from them again. That's just not fair that they made a mistake and there's no way to fix that!
Bad experience
I've purchased three t-shirts from Rockabilia website. I made my order and they immediately took my money. They said I'll get a notification as soon as my order gets shipped. One week passed and no one contacted me, so I called Rockabilia and asked what was going on. They said they need to check on my order and promised to contact me back later. They finally contacted me back a week later and said that my order was cancelled because they were not able to deliver to my country.
They said I'll get my refund any time soon, but three weeks already passed and it seems like they decided to keep my money. Avoid this company at all costs!

I bought several t-shirts from the company www.rockabilia.com. Better don’t buy from them. Don’t buy or deal with the people from. I paid them money and they cheated on me. They took money and only promised to provide my t-shirts, but nothing. After that all my emails were returned back and when I tried to reach these scammers, no reply. My friend bought mask from the company www.rockabilia.com. It was made from paper, but it cost about $8. WTF? And it wasn’t mentioned on the website that it was simply paper. He decided to return the mask and get money back, but the seller told him to pay the restocking fee and for the shipping as well. It was too much, and he stopped to buy from this website and told that it was the worst place to buy. So please, be careful and better don’t deal with them.
Stay away from these crooks
I ordered 225.00 dollars in shirts for a birthday gift on 11/02/11. As of 11/17/11 only two were sent. I contacted them and they said the rest were on back order and would take 2-8 weeks before they received them BEFORE they even shipped the. When I ordered, they all said IN STOCK or I would not have ordered. They are now telling me I am welcome to pick out something else. I want my credit card credited the remaining (approximately) 175.00 and no more items shipped and they will not do it. It states no where on their website that they will not give a refund on orders that are not shipped or not in stock. No when I try to log on to my account, it states my email address is not in there records so I cannot even log in. MY ORDER # IS: Order #694147. It was for 9 T-Shirts from 23.95 to 29.95. I have received 2 after 2 weeks. This is ridiculous. Why do I have to have them dictate that I need to wait for them to get stock and ship or keep changing items and then what happens if they are out of stock too?Wait another 2-8 weeks for that? This were birthday gifts and now the remaining 7 will not be on time and may not even be here for Christmas! I cannot log onto their site because they removed my email address from it. You will see on the attachment that it states I am "A registered user." Why did they remove me? To keep my remaining $ 175? Please help!
Poor item descriptions, bad to non-existent customer service, returns are hectic
Everything Helen S. said! Not much of a description of the type of print graphics, so you have to rely on the image alone. I had to return the one item that I did receive, because it didn't look the same as pictured, and the size was too big and odd fitting for a Small, yet this was the smallest size. So, their sizing chart doesn't help out much, but I know this all depends on the manufacturer.
There should be an availability status on the item page, because I had wait almost 2 months for a backordered item before I just had to cancel. I was charged for the backordered item too, yet never even got a status update or an estimated time frame. It would've been easier if the backorders were charged at the time of shipment. If you wanna take your chances, best to hit up customer service before about item availability.
Returns are hectic, and you never know when your refund is issued unless you call customer service or follow up with your bank. Their site claims, "There is a $5.00 restocking fee ($10.00 on men's and women's shoes) on all returned merchandise, unless a shipping mistake was made by us. This fee covers all processing, packaging and shipping charges for your return." Why do they even need a restocking fee if their shipping isn't free--cheapest shipping is $8--and the items aren't even sealed--just a folded shirt in a mail bag!? So, you have to pay for return shipping, aren't returned the $8 s/h fee, and lose an additional $5-$10. Now you just paid for the entire item with just these fees, and are left with nothing in hand--might as well have kept the item and sold it on eBay.
BOTTOM LINE--poor item descriptions, bad to non-existent customer service, returns are hectic, and the only online store that claims it's stocked with almost every rare or outdated item, but most are unavailable or even discontinued--but you'll be waiting for those discontinued items an eternity.
Horrible site. They make their site look legit and clean, and more recently, they've changed the look of their site, and now all items have a "In Stock" or "On Order" status. They never used to have that. They also never respond to emails.
I am very disappointed, I placed 2 orders for teeshirts for my daughters birthday. I placed the first order on 2/2 and the second on 2/7. I have not heard anything from you about these orders. I am going to have to find some other gift this weekend because your website does not even give me order status.
