I already have a lawyer and have for a over a decade. I sent an email to Rocket Lawyer and they responded that I signed up for a trial membership.

I did no such thing - this has to be some kind of SCAM. They've already debited my account (I have no idea how that could happen) but I was a victim of identity theft last September so I suspect there is a tie-in that my personal info stolen and published on the dark web?

Claimed loss: Approx $60/month

Desired outcome: Please refund all charges. My information should be deleted from their records and any payment schedule should be deleted since it was not legally authorized by me.
