Hauser Heating and air is the best around Cincinnati. Called 9:30 AM and a tech was at my door at 10:30 am. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy. He did a diagnostic, said I needed a part, put it in and was gone by 11:30. What great service

Have used Hauser Heating &Air from 2011 to present (2021), Have service contract for furnace and AC. Also, purchased new furnace from them during February . Without exception, service has been excellent and service technicians are quite professional and polite. Technicians seem to remain with company, which is suggestive that employer is most worthy and respectable. My experiences with Hauser are most favorable.

Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday. We called Monday morning and they were here by early afternoon. Michael was very pleasant and knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. We ended up needing a new motor, so he went to Carrier to pick it up and then he installed it within the hour. We have always used Hauser for our HVAC needs and they are always so professional and personable. I highly recommend them!
