The device stopped working correctly after only a few uses. Roku initially promised to replace it under warranty but subsequently reneged. Periodically, they send a message vaguely promising to take some unspecified action but nothing happens. Frustrating and insulting.
Roku's customer service is abysmal. Its agents rely on a written script and lack the ability to understand or resolve any technical issues. Corporate policy seems to be focused exclusively on maximizing sales and once they get your money they ignore you completely.
It's only a matter of time before Roku is faced with class action litigation. I look forward to joining the lawsuit.
