The FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION (FTC) and FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (FCC) needs to look into Roku's predatory business practies.
Roku is purposefully DECEIVING CUSTOMERS by not notifying the customer when a renewal subscription is charged monthly!
This is basic business practice to give customers an INVOICE / RECEIPT of each transaction made to their credit card. The power company sends me a MONTHLY BILL and gives me a confirmation / invoice each month. What a SCAM by ROKU to not notify they have charged your account! This is what CREDIT CARD SCAMMERS do. Same exact practice.
Roku HIDES the monthly charges from their customers ON PURPOSE --- Roku is committing FRAUD! Predatory business practices.
If i pay for anything in America, i get a receipt. Why am i not getting any receipt / invoice monthly to my email from Roku? Because Roku and its executives do not want you to see the monthly charges so you forget they are there - they can pad their revenue & then YOU the customer has to take it up with your credit card company. This is shady business practices by Roku.
ROKU IS DEFRAUDING hard working Americans by their free trial/monthly subscription model.
