ordered product not received even after 15 days of payment
I would like to bring to your notice the poor service that i have received from Romwe.I ordered 2 products with order id number RWXYA38108 on 12-08-2018.
I ordered the product believing the website where it stated that the product will be delivered within 7 working days but here i am waiting and mailing the service team where i have not received the product even after 15days post the payment of the same.Eevery mail i receive the same comment asking me to wait for 1-3 working days and they have been asking their shipping company to deliver it as soon as possible.Although i have been provided with 200 points as a compensation for the poor service but that is only useful if i buy any products from them again and if it is going to take this long then i would prefer not shopping from Romwe ever again.

Received part of my order which was a two piece lingerie set. It was covered in hair and white discharge in the pubic region. I want to throw up and cannot believe this company still exists with these kinds of standards. I have tried reaching out to their customer service, however, someone has yet to respond. I am disgusted and would warn against purchasing anything from this company.

i have placed an order with rowme having order number RWBYX36687 .It was delivered to me last week.But when i opened it, it was empty.I raised complain immediately.I used my friends number for this order as it is easy to collect.They told me they will do investigation and will get back to me.I waited with patience and provided all information what they want . Oneday they sent a message that they will refund my money .After 1 day they sent one more mail that they are not refunding money back .When i asked about it they told me that i have placed multiple orders and gave my friends missing order details to me.

I ordered a Slogan Print Cropped Hoodie and Rose Patch Stripped Hoodie almost a month ago (8/5/18).
The Rose Patched Hoodie arrived like a week after i ordered them but i haven't gotten the Cropped Hoodie yet and i'm kinda ticked off that it didn't come with the other Hoodie. I've seen/heard other people having troubles with this website saying the same thing, and their clothing and accessories fray alot bc they're not sewed properly and i wanted to see if it'd be different, but i guess i would like to expect a free gift for waiting this long.

I recently ordered 3 times for yourselves for the first time. For me it was a very risky thing to do but I did like your products therefore I wanted to buy a few things. I ordered 2 tops and a bikini, however with my order I did not receive the bottoms to my bikini which I ordered a medium and I did not receive an invoice explaining what I bought and how much for etc. I am very disappointed because I am going on holiday in two weeks time, hence why I ordered quite early. I ordered a small backpack and I was sent this but with out the straps. I ordered this on 5-3-18 and received it today (5-18-18). It had everything else that I ordered but the package contained no straps to the bag in which it was supposed to have. This bag that I am speaking of is called a "Metal detail front zipper PU backpack" on your website. The pictures and description on the official Romwe website portrays two straps, which I did not receive. I wish you would fix your mistake and I shall not make such a fuss.

On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, I emailed Romwe - an online clothing retailer based in China - and requested that the points allotted from 3 previous orders be issued on my points page. (Ive made 4 very large orders altogether this year.) Romwe states on their website that they give a percentage of points towards the next orders - 75%

However, the 3 consultants I've emailed asking about my missing points don't seem to understand how their own system works and keep writing with more questions. Everyone seems puzzled by my request to be issued the points from my last 3 orders. One even replied with questions about the order numbers, etc, and asking which order was which, when I'd typed the order numbers and the sequence number of these orders beside each order - and linked to them - in capital letters. I keep wondering if these are just delaying tactics are you're only allowed a certain amount of time to redeem your points. They do give points for several other things, as well, such as writing reviews, as the first two consultants pointed out - adding that they're not aware of receiving points from the orders, themselves.
Earlier this year I'd written to Romwe asking when my order points would come through, and I was told they wouldn't be given out until my orders had been delivered. They've all been delivered months ago now, and yet these points still haven't been put into my points page which shows a total of 0 points - as you can see from the link I wrote you, above.
As it takes 24 hours for a consultant from Romwe to reply to an email, I can see this process taking a very long time when they only reply asking more questions. I asked to be put in touch with a manager or team leader and then got a response from someone called Bright. But he or she seemed just as clueless as the other two consultants making me wonder if Bright really was a manager or team leader.
I don't know what else to do at this stage.

As you can see, their pretty self-explanatory. However, today, back came these questions from the supposed manager or team leader:
'Please tell me your 1st order number to check, and how many points do you have originally?
Do you mean you could get points after you placed orders? please confirm it.'
This 'manager' didn't seem to understand the order sequence I'd clearly outlined or their company policies of allotting points based on the order total spent.
This makes me feel reluctant to do business with Chinese business people. As I am a retailer, myself, in Australia, and buy huge amounts of clothing, my trust in the process is important for any future negotiations with Chinese business. Can you please help me?

I've never even heard of this company and suddenly I have a charge on my card for almost $50. I provide them my address, zip code and card number to find out that SOMEHOW they charged my card without having the address or zip code correct and I've never placed an order with them. I have spent 6 days emailing back and forth with them every day refusing to credit my card and I've clearly never made a purchase or received any merchandise from these garbage people. I'll be filing many complaints and calling the police.

I have ordered from romwe on 18 March, 2018 and on the same day i have found poor quality of stuff and un fitted stuff as well and i have decided to return and the company delivery exective said it will no cost for return but when I ask to the company on ticket number 1480073 that please return the order then they advise for the money and ask me to return the order itself as no service till now and that was my first fake promise got from Romwe.
Now the time has come to pay off my amount then I request to pay my total amount 1150.00 but company denied and provided me the different cost 843 something which was totally unfair so please help me to expose this fake site of shopping online store romwe.

I ordered from Romwe in late January around the 27th. My order and everything went through. I checked up on my order the next day and it said it could not track it. I assumed it was normal since i have seen reviews and many people said the same.
I had not received any information on my shipping and it had been a few days. I went back to check the update and had seen that my order had been cancelled. It said i hadn't paid, which i did. I do not know if this is some kind of scam but i know it is not. i do not know whats going on with my order. I did not cancel it and i paid for it.

I ordered this product by itself and after days of constantly checking if it had been delievered yet or not. I figured it would take longer than usual considering the holidays. So after work yesterday i come home and check again. And not only did it say my package had already been delivered, its says its been delivered two days earlier and when checking there was still no package delivered to me or my resistance. I have asked neighbors and other family that stays here. Overall i just found the process unsuccessful. I did not receive a package, no delivery confirmation, no delivery date, nothing. Im hoping the problem will be resolved. As of this order, i wouldn't recommend romwe.
