I thought what a great idea (turned out to be in theory only). I ordered online at the Pincourt, Quebec store and expected curbside pickup as described. I did get an email that my order was ready and as per instructions, drove to the store and looked for the pick-up zone. It did not exist. Turned out I had to wait in the line, go into the store, wait in line for the cashier, show them my order confirmation and then haul my heavy order to my car by myself. I could not believe it! When I try to phone customer service, the line is ALWAYS busy. When I email, I do not get a response. Wow. So very, very unacceptable.
