I hired Roofing Marketing Pros from Miami to get more construction leads. They said they'd give me 30 leads a month and only target the areas and keywords I picked. But they ran ads outside my turf and for stuff I don't do. When I saw the messages they sent to clients, I was mad. They signed my name like I wrote them and fibbed to clients about storms hitting their homes when they didn't. I ended the contract, but they kept charging my card.

They said they were giving away a free product, but it turned out that the people who signed up thought the whole job was free. We don't do free work, so this made us look bad. We paid $9000 for this service, but we only got two real leads. We have proof of all our conversations with them, and we even had to dispute charges on our credit card because they charged us without our permission. They said they had a 90-day guarantee, but that was a lie. This company is a scam and they need to be held accountable. We have text messages and emails to prove it.
