Rosencakes Unreliable service and subpar quality: My experience with Rosencakes

My experience with Rosencakes was quite frustrating. I had placed an order for a customized cake for a special event at home, sharing an image of the type of cake I wanted. The team had initially agreed that it was possible, but on the day of delivery, I received a message saying that it was not possible. I was hoping to receive the cake on time, but unfortunately, it was delivered three hours late.

What was more disappointing was the fact that when I had tried to call Rosencakes to know what was happening with the delivery, they purposely did not answer the phone. Despite compromising on the delivery time, I was not entirely pleased with the service. The icing on the cake was that the actual cake was really bad. It was full of a horrible and bad cream. The taste of the cake was also not up to the mark.

Overall, I believe that Rosencakes charges a high amount for their poor quality cakes. If you are looking for an eventful evening, I would not recommend going with Rosencakes. The pictures attached below also showcase the difference between what I was expecting (photo 1) and what was delivered (photo 2).

Rosencakes Warning: Terrible Experience with Rosencakes - Stay Far Away!

I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with Rosencakes. I had placed an order with them, but from the moment I made the payment, their attitude towards me changed. They constantly followed up for payment, but once I had paid, they provided no updates whatsoever. Their unprofessional approach towards customer service was evident from the fact that they did not even answer my calls. When I tried to contact them through the website chat, the response I received was arrogant and unhelpful.

To make matters worse, on the day of the occasion, they failed to deliver the cake despite promising to do so. I had to wait until 4.00 pm before they finally told me that they could not deliver it. They did not even send me a picture of the cake, which was extremely disappointing. Adding insult to injury, I later received an email from them informing me that I had cancelled my order, even though they had cancelled it themselves without my consent.

To make matters worse, even though it was their mistake, they were unwilling to offer a refund. This level of irresponsibility and fraud is simply unacceptable. I feel that everyone should be warned about the terrible experiences that customers are having with Rosencakes. All those who have had similar experiences should raise a complaint against them so that this website can be closed down. I would advise anyone who values having a good experience and creating cherished memories on their special occasions to stay far away from this website and not order anything from them.

Rosencakes Terrible Experience with Rosencakes: Unsuccessful Delivery, Payment Issues, and No Refunds

When it comes to sending gifts to our loved ones, we all want it to be seamless and special. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Rosencakes was anything but that. As an avid lover of roses and cakes, I thought that ordering from this website would be a great idea to surprise my special someone on a special day. However, my expectations were not met, and I was left disappointed and frustrated.

It all started with a conversation with a customer service representative asking if they would be able to deliver the product on time. I was told that they could, so I went ahead with the order. But then later on, I received a mail stating that the delivery was unsuccessful, which was a major let-down.

Adding to the frustration, the payment transaction failed, but the team did not respond to the delivery failure as they did with the payment issue. Furthermore, when I tried to replace the product, I was requested to order an extra cake and pay extra money. This unwillingness to replace the product or refund my money left me feeling quite cheated.

Moreover, the unprofessional and impolite way in which the team spoke only added fuel to the fire and made the entire ordeal extremely unpleasant. I am sure that I will never recommend Rosencakes to any of my friends or colleagues. They even required me to write an email requesting a refund instead of offering a straight forward refund, which was a huge hassle.

Overall my experience with Rosencakes was terrible, and if it were possible, I would give them a rating of '0' stars.

Rosencakes Disappointing Experience with Rosencakes Delivery & Customer Service - Not Recommended!

I recently had an experience with Rosencakes where I ordered cupcakes to be delivered outside of the city. Before placing my order, I contacted their customer service team to confirm if the location was possible for delivery. They confirmed that it was indeed possible, so I went ahead and placed my order. However, on the day of delivery, I received a message stating that cupcakes were not possible and that they could only deliver a cake instead. Initially, I was disappointed, but I placed an order for the cake regardless.

An hour later, I received yet another message stating that they could not deliver to the location as no delivery boy was available and that I should provide an alternative address. At this point, I was quite frustrated as I had specifically requested delivery to this particular location, and it was not my responsibility to provide another address just because they did not have a delivery boy. I cancelled my order and requested a refund.

Unfortunately, instead of refunding me, they provided a voucher that could only be used once. This voucher did not make any sense to me, as I had no intention of ordering from them again after such a terrible experience. When I tried to get in touch with their customer service, I found that their online chat girl was extremely rude. They never replied to my emails or calls, and it was only after threatening to file a complaint that they finally responded.

Overall, I would not recommend Rosencakes based on my experience. Their customer service is not professional, and their delivery system is unreliable. Save yourself the trouble and spend your time and money elsewhere!

I had a recent experience with Rosencakes, where I ordered two cakes for a special birthday celebration. Initially, I spent a considerable amount of time browsing through the website and selecting the most suitable cakes. However, placing the order was quite cumbersome and took longer than expected.

After confirming the order, I eagerly awaited the delivery of the cakes, only to be sorely disappointed. The cakes that were delivered looked nothing like the ones that I had chosen, and to make matters worse, the balloons that were supposed to be part of the combo were missing.

Rosencakes Unfortunate Experience with Rosencakes: Poor Delivery and Customer Service

I had a very unfortunate experience with Rosencakes that I would like to share with everyone. I was looking for a delivery service during the first week of February, and stumbled upon Rosencakes' website. With the promise of delivering cakes to my parents in Kerala while I was out of the country, I decided to place an order. Before finalizing my order, I even had a chat with their customer service team, who assured me that delivery was possible to my pin code.

However, after paying an additional 500 INR for delivery charges, a total of 1000 INR including the cake charges, I was left extremely disappointed as neither delivery nor refund was made. Whenever I tried to call their customer service line, I was answered by an extremely rude and unhelpful woman who never listened to my complaints. My husband made several attempts to reach them as well, but was never answered, and only heard threatening replies once in a while.

The appalling customer service I received was shocking and unlike anything I have experienced before. When I threatened to file a case against them, the lady on the other end simply replied with a 'no problem' and was completely indifferent to my complaints.

It's been 14 days since my ordeal with Rosencakes began and I have yet to receive a refund for my order. It's unfortunate that I have to warn others, but please take heed of my experience and avoid the services of this company. Their only motive seem to be cheating people out of their money.

Rosencakes Do Not Order From Rosencakes: Disappointing Experience & Poor Customer Service

If you are looking for a cake, I strongly advise you not to order from Rosencakes. My personal experience with this bakery left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I had placed an order for a marzipan cake and paid Rs. 2000 for it. However, Rosencakes contacted me afterwards to inform me that the cake was not in stock and that they would be canceling my order. As a customer, I was understandably upset because they should not have accepted my order if they didn't have the cake available. Although they agreed to provide me with a voucher for the amount I paid, they refused to refund it back to my bank account.

Despite this first negative experience, I decided to give Rosencakes another chance. This time, I placed an order for a cake and some cookies for an event, making sure to order everything nine days in advance. However, I received no confirmation about my order, and on the day of my event, I learned that my address was outside of their delivery area. Rosencakes had not bothered to inform me and had been avoiding my calls. Eventually, they promised to deliver the cake, but the cake turned out to be from a local bakery and looked nothing like the one I had ordered. The cookies were also missing.

Overall, my experience with Rosencakes was highly unacceptable, and their customer service was extremely impolite. I would not recommend this bakery to anyone who wants a reliable and satisfactory cake-buying experience.

Rosencakes Unprofessional & Unethical Conduct by Rosencakes - My Order Cancelled & Refund Partially Given

I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering a cake from Rosencakes (rosencakes.com) for my beloved niece's birthday. The occasion was of great importance to me and I wanted to make sure that everything went smoothly. I called their customer care executive to confirm the delivery date before placing the order and was assured that it would reach on 16th Jan 2022. I was satisfied and made the payment.

On the morning of 16th Jan, I received an email from Rosencakes stating that the order could not be delivered due to the vendor's inability to do so. The email mentioned that they have applied for the cancellation of the order to the vendor due to delayed delivery. Needless to say, I was disappointed as the entire purpose of placing the order was defeated.

What was even more concerning was the fact that Rosencakes took a week to refund the amount, even after numerous follow-ups. I had paid Rs 4549/- while placing the order, but they refunded only Rs 3450/-. Besides, despite reaching out to them through emails and WhatsApp, there was no proper response. After a few messages, they blocked me on WhatsApp, which was extremely unprofessional.

Upon calling them, I was told that the remaining Rs 1099/- were international order processing charges. I found it both outrageous and unacceptable. In hindsight, it was evident that the cancellation of the order was done by Rosencakes themselves and yet the refund was not made in full. It was like being punished for something that wasn't even my fault.

The entire experience was beyond frustrating, especially since I felt robbed of my hard-earned money. I would not recommend Rosencakes to anyone and urge them to improve their customer service and business practices. In conclusion, I demand that they return my remaining Rs 1099/- and be held accountable for their unprofessional and unethical conduct.

I wanted to share my experience with Rosencakes.com, an online cake and gift store based in Delhi, India. I placed an order for a cake and a red teddy bear for my daughter's birthday on April 1, 2020, which was during the peak of the pandemic. The website assured me that they would deliver the order on time, so I went ahead with the transaction.

However, on April 3, I received an email from Rosencakes.com stating that the delivery was not possible to my location and they were cancelling my order. They offered me a coupon worth Rs 1648 ($22) instead, which I could use in my future purchases. I was disappointed but understood that the circumstances were beyond their control.

Months later, I decided to use the coupon and buy a cake and a teddy bear for my daughter. However, when I contacted their customer support regarding the color of the teddy bear, they were rude and unhelpful. They informed me that they could only deliver a cream-colored teddy bear, whereas I had requested a red one.

I received my order, which consisted of a half-kg cake and a cream-colored teddy bear, after paying Rs 1649 ($22). I was shocked to see the difference in color, and I realized that I had been duped. The worst part was the lack of empathy from their customer support team, who were unprofessional and unresponsive.

In my opinion, Rosencakes.com is a fraudulent website that preys on innocent customers. Their lack of honesty and transparency is appalling, and I would advise others not to trust them with their money or personal information. This incident has taught me a valuable lesson about the risks of shopping online, especially with websites based in India.

I had reached out to their customer service team to confirm delivery dates, and they assured me that my order would be delivered on time. I had the most unfortunate experience with Rosencakes (rosencakes.com). I had placed an order for a cake and some other items worth 1529 RS for a surprise event. Before placing the order, I spoke to their customer service representative who confirmed the order delivery at my specified location. However, on the day of the event, they refused to deliver my order and ruined my surprise event.

Despite being disappointed, I kept my cool and calmly requested a full refund since it was not my fault that the order was not delivered as promised. However, to my dismay, they refused to credit the full amount. This was extremely disheartening and left me feeling cheated.

Rosencakes Disappointing experience with Rosencakes - Not recommended for online cake shopping

If you're looking for a reliable online cake shop, Rosencakes might not be the best choice for you. We recently had a quite disappointing experience with their services for a birthday party we were preparing. Unfortunately, we have to say that this online store fell short of our expectations in several ways.

First and foremost, the cake we received did not match the beautiful pictures they showcase on their website. We even compared the photos before ordering and got excited about the design and look of the cake we were going to receive. However, the actual outcome was entirely different, and it was a huge letdown for us.

But, that wasn't all. We also paid quite a hefty price for this cake, thinking the quality would match the premium price we paid. But, alas, we were wrong. During our party, we noticed that the candy sticks that adorned the cake were soft, and the sponge base had a strange smell. As if that wasn't enough, the cream frosting was of poor quality, and the overall cake was almost watery.

To make things worse, when we tried to reach the team to raise our concerns, we were put on hold with no response. We even went ahead and shared pictures with them to show the disappointment, but still, we never received any follow-up calls or messages from them. The lack of customer support was indeed frustrating and added to our dissatisfaction.

Rosencakes Disappointing Experience with Rosencakes Customer Support: Beware of Hidden Fees and Useless Vouchers

When it comes to online shopping, it's always important to do your due diligence before making a purchase. So, when I heard about Rosencakes, I was immediately curious to see what they had to offer. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer support left a lot to be desired.

Firstly, it's worth noting that there is only one person in charge of customer support, named Sameera. This in itself is not necessarily a bad thing, but it does mean that if you run into any issues, you'll only have one point of contact.

In my case, things started off pretty smoothly. I was interested in a particular product and reached out to Sameera to ask some questions. However, I quickly became suspicious when she refused to give me any information until I had placed an order and paid online.

When I did eventually bite the bullet and order the product, that's when the real trouble began. Sameera informed me that there was an additional delivery charge that I would need to pay. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website, and I felt like I was being misled.

To add insult to injury, when I asked for a refund, I was given a voucher that was basically useless. I couldn't use it towards any other purchases, and it seemed like a cheap way to get out of giving me my money back.

Rosencakes Disappointing Experience with Rosencakes - A Review

Where do I start with my experience with Rosencakes? Firstly, I must say that my initial impression of the website was good. It was easy to navigate and I found what I wanted quickly. I ordered a cake with the order ID 15544 for delivery to Mayiladuthurai on 22nd August 2020. Before I placed the order, I double-checked with the customer support team via chat to ensure that the delivery would be made. They confirmed my order and even informed me that there would be an extra charge of 250 rs for tier 2-3 city delivery.

Unfortunately, things started to go downhill after that. The same customer support person who had confirmed my order started to shout at me when I enquired about the delivery status of my cake. I had not received it until 3.45 PM of 23rd August 2020, despite them reassuring me that it would be delivered by 6 PM. When I asked about the delay, they blamed it on the lockdown and said that they were not able to deliver.

As you can imagine, I was deeply disappointed with this experience. I had trusted Rosencakes to deliver a cake for my child's anniversary, and in the end, they failed to do so. It was a mistake to choose this company, and I regret it deeply. I would not recommend Rosencakes to anyone based on my experience.

I had the absolute worst experience with Rosencakes and cannot recommend them to anyone. In fact, I would go so far as to say that they are a complete fraud, deceiving customers and earning their money through dishonest means. What's worse, I tried to reach out to their customer service team repeatedly through phone calls and messages, but to no avail. They were completely unresponsive and seemed to have no intention of resolving my issue.

To make matters even worse, I had placed an order with Rosencakes for a special occasion- my parent's day. I had confirmed with them through an online chat that they would be able to deliver the order, and they even took my payment information. However, when the day arrived, they failed to deliver the order and did not even have the decency to provide me with any kind of explanation or apology. Needless to say, this completely ruined the moment for me and left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed.

I implore anyone considering making a purchase through Rosencakes to avoid doing so at all costs. Their fraudulent behavior is unacceptable, and it's simply not worth the risk of losing your hard-earned money or dealing with the headache of trying to get in touch with their customer service team. Rosencakes Rose n cakes: A Disappointing Scam - My Experience with their Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Rose n cakes that I simply must share. I was excited to order a product from their website, and was drawn in by their promises of timely delivery. Specifically, they assured me that my order would be delivered by 9 to 12 AM on February 14th- a perfect Valentine's Day gift to surprise my partner with! However, as the day wore on, I became increasingly disheartened- my product did not show up. I waited all through the day, hoping that it would eventually arrive, but to my dismay, it never did.

In my attempts to reach out to the company, I have been met with nothing but radio silence. They are neither picking up my calls nor responding to my emails- despite the fact that I have made every effort to contact them and explain the situation. This level of customer service is unacceptable, to say the least. When I first reached out to the customer care team to place my order, they had been so reassuring and seemed willing to help. They promised that my product would be delivered on-time, and I had trusted them. Now, however, it seems that they had simply been blowing hot air.

Frankly, I am incensed by the way that Rose n cakes is operating their supposed business. It is no exaggeration to say that they are cheating their customers- and in doing so, they are operating a scam rather than a legitimate business. The fact that they are happy to take people's money and then ignore them altogether when things go astray speaks volumes about their poor levels of service.

To anyone considering ordering from Rose n cakes, I would urge you to think twice. While their website may seem trustworthy at first glance, my experience has shown otherwise. Rosencakes Disappointing Experience with Rosencakes: Overpriced and Poor Quality Cakes

My experience with Rosencakes (rosencakes.com) was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend their services to anyone. Firstly, I placed an order for cakes and chocolates for a total amount of Rs 5099 in April 2020 and received the order three months later, on 10th July. It was frustrating to have to constantly follow up with them, which even involved getting my lawyer involved in the matter to ensure delivery.

Moreover, once they have your money, they have no interest in helping you. I found that they refused to refund my payment, despite the delay in delivery and poor quality of the cake. Speaking of which, the cake itself was extremely overpriced at Rs 1899 and had a terrible taste. In comparison, I've had a much better experience with Monginies cake, which is almost half the price.

In short, my experience with Rosencakes was absolutely terrible. Not only did they refuse to deliver my order for months, but when they did, it was of terrible quality and not at all worth the price. I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid Rosencakes at all costs.

Rosencakes Disappointing experience with Rosencakes: Poor customer service and possible fraudulent activity

I recently had a disappointing experience with Rosencakes (rosencakes.com) and feel it's important to share my thoughts with others. While browsing their website, I was excited to find a unique gift for a loved one but unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one.

Firstly, the customer service I received was poor. The representative I spoke with, Neha Kapoor, was unhelpful and, frankly, quite rude. She seemed to lack basic communication skills and I struggled to understand her. Additionally, the company has a habit of not delivering the items, and I suspect that they may be profiting from fraudulent behavior.

I was particularly frustrated when I attempted to escalate the issue and was told that the head of the company was always in a meeting. Moreover, the company seems to hide behind confusing terms and conditions and doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I'm planning to report them to the Customer Fraud forum. I encourage everyone to be cautious and not to trust them.

Rosencakes Unfortunate Experience with Rosencakes: Lack of Communication and Poor Customer Service

My personal experience with Rosencakes was quite an unfortunate one. I had planned to surprise my dear friend with a cake, and after going through their website, I was happy to receive a positive response from one of their executives, confirming that they could deliver to my friend's location. I placed the order without any hesitance, and everything seemed to be going fine. However, things took a frustrating turn when I received an email stating that the delivery could not happen due to the ongoing lockdown. I was disappointed on not getting the cake delivered, but I was irritated by the lack of proper communication.

After a while, I tried to understand their cancellation policy, but the information was not readily available over their website. I reached out to their customer service executive to inquire about the refund process, and more specifically, if I would receive a full refund. However, their team chose not to respond, and I was left waiting for more than a full day. I had grown quite restless by this point, and the silence from their end only served to infuriate me more.

Needless to say, I was thoroughly disappointed by the entire experience with Rosencakes, and I hope they pay heed to the feedback they receive from customers like me and take appropriate actions to improve. Good customer service is the backbone of any enterprise, and it is one area that they need to focus on and improve.
