Your company makes it very difficult to cancel your service. Unless I jump through the proper hoops, you continue to ship no matter what communication you get.
I get an email prior to shipping and say “no”, don’t ship. I get a box two weeks later. I call your number and get disconnected. I call again and am told “too bad, so sad”. Evidently, I had not followed your “proper” procedure.
I am so sorry your company does not understand the word “No”.
I will never recommend your company to anyone!

I cancelled my subscribtion the same day I signed up. The options are very limited. They got my credit card number in order for me to register, but then they used my card to make a purchase and sent me something I didn't order. I got an email saying that I had cancelled my subscribtion right away and they said no to my request to return it and get a refund. I wouldn't advise anyone to try and register. They ship stuff to you without asking first, it's almost like they're robbing you.

There’s no way to reach these people. They have no phone number they do not return any phone calls they do not have an email. They do not reply to any emails. They have a message chat, but no one replies in the message chat they stole my money and I’m trying to retrieve it back. They have a whole bunch of food going to address that I have no idea if I don’t even live in a state, please do not deliver the food. Please return my money back.

I received my Good Chop purchase this afternoon. It was left at my front door and the carrier knocked once and left. I immediately brought the package in and opened it to find very warm meat packages. They had probably been in a hot truck for at least 8 hours. I’m not complaining about the product, just the carrier that delivered it. Please make sure your product is handled appropriately.

Good Chop ain't good at all! They ain't trustworthy, I'm telling ya. First of all, they make ya give 'em your card info before even lettin' ya pick any meat. That's just plain sneaky, if ya ask me. And then, when ya finally get to choose, they mess up the prices and only let ya order a certain amount. It's like they don't want ya to have a good experience! So, I canceled my account right away. But guess what? They still charged me $99.00 for meat I ain't never wanted. That's downright dirty. I need my money back, and I need it now. Don't go orderin' from these folks. They're nothin' but trouble.

I bought some meats from Good Chop on 7/31/22 at 9:16 PM. The cost was $99.00 and I got an email confirmation (Good Shop Subscription). However, I cancelled the order at 10:37 PM, 7/31/22, and received confirmation via email (good chop cancellation). But on 8/9/2022, my credit card was charged $99. So I called ***) (***), and they tell me that my cancellation only cancelled my account, not the order itself. They say that you have to call to cancel the order, and this is in the Terms and Conditions (which I didn't know). The terms and conditions are long and on their website (***). They weren't clear when I made the purchase. Also, the person I spoke with said that I couldn't return the order, even though I didn't request it (see attachment Good Chop Invoice). It seems like Good Chop is tricking people. Usually, you can cancel an order within a certain time, and cancelling one hour later is still prompt. And hiding behind unclear terms and conditions is fraud.

They missed the packaging on the lifetime offer and then customer service says they will double ship the offer. Then another customer service they will credit the account. What they don't tell you is any change to the account the lifetime offer is over. They couldn't simply continue the lifetime offer for free on there promotion.
