Triple Bad
I expected that a company charging this much for a product ESPECIALLY as a charity would offer high quality ingredients. All they had to do to make a spicy cheese popcorn was add cheese powders and solids, salt, cayenne pepper, maybe some butter. This stuff has msg among other chemical garbage and the sodium in ONE bag was enough to spike blood pressure through the roof! 1 SMALL bag is 60% of the RDA of sodium! I can't even eat this trash and want to return it for a refund. I plan to refund my coworkers because I am so ashamed that I introduced them to something this bad, and that through my church fundraiser! If you value your health, don't buy this stuff. Shame on you DoubleGood. Change your name!

Horrible service. I ordered my popcorn in April and have called, emailed several times No one has contacted me yet, or gotten back to me. I am disappointed and will never use or buy from this company again. This is ridiculous and I hope no one ever use this company again.

I've read thru the complaints below and genuinely feel bad for those who have had difficulty. However, the company is not a scam. I ordered product on Sept 12 for a friend's grandaughter's fundraiser and received it on Sept 22, well in advance of the latest date in the shipping estimated date range. I was also involved in a service organization that did the company's fundraiser and we were very pleased. In four days we were able to make approx $2,000. The orders were shipped timely and our proceeds were received timely as well. As for taste, that's an individual preference, of course, but I LOVE it! The price might be on the higher side, but all the work is being done for both the organization and the customer. Payment is easy on the website and includes shipping. And a 50% split is great for the organization. On the side of the organization, if you use the online option there is no more money collection, travelling to friends to sell, or delivering product. Super easy!I would recommend this to anyone!

Avoid this company. I ordered two bags of popcorn. They said it would be delivered three months later. When I said I would like to cancel the order and get a refund, they said that was not possible. Well, double good surely can. And on top of that no email of order and ships 3 months later. Provide quality products for the amount of money it is for the popcorn.

I believe this place is a scam. They take payment and then dont deliver the goods for more than 3 months after. By then I have no idea if they even donate the money or not. A true bait and switch operation.

Well its 6/13 and I still dont have tracking information which means will not arrive as communicated. *** requested a refund and was denied, stating funds have already gone to the donated organization. This is unacceptable and if they cant keep up with demand then disable this feature on their website and/or inform consumers at time of purchase that it might take two months.

The worst part was I called and called and tried to get in touch with someone there and it was impossible and then the phone is up hanging up on you and this was through their fundraiser program I was trying to support! So I want to warn people because they don't ship their popcorn to people like they're supposed to and after you spend a lot of money for their way too overpriced popcorn anyway! It would be much easier just to go to *** or something in the future

It has now been 2 months and no popcorn and not definite answers as to why the long wait, only production behind..I have sent several emails but they hey wont give me much information because I am the third party saying that the troop leader needs to contact, he says the same thing. I do understand the times we are facing, however, I dont believe it should take this length of time for popcorn and the company is out of ***. I am all for buying school fundraising products
I am all for buying school fundraising products. I know I will pay more because it is a fundraiser. But buyer be aware. I had no problem spending $32. What bothers me immensely is that when I looked at the $16 jars of popcorn I received, one contains 2.25 oz of popcorn and the other contains 5 oz of popcorn. On the jars there is a message indicating that 50% of the cost goes to the school. So that means this company makes a profit of $8 for 2.25 ounces of popcorn for one jar and $8 profit for 5 ounces of popcorn. This is highway robbery. If 75% of the money was going to the school, I would be fine, but I feel like I have been scammed. This company is making a huge profit on the sympathies and good intentions of people who want to help the school. How many stars do they get from me, one only because I have to leave a star rating to submit the review. Otherwise, I would give none.

This company is a scam I placed an order March 9 to support a friend. As of today May 1 I have not received my order. I reached out them and was a told it would be shipped out soon. Not knowing I did another purchase March 19th and havent heard anything regarding that order but about my March 9 order I received an email stating my order shipped with a *** tracking number I tracked my package it said it was delivered April 14 and left at my door. I tried to do a complaint with *** and was told I couldnt because it was delivered by ***. I then tracked the *** number and received a message saying *** Currently Awaiting Package A status update is not yet available for your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to ***. Check back soon SO *** NEVER MAILED MY PACKAGE. They are bogus and I want my money back. I dont even want their popcorn. So Im definitely not done with this.

Double Good Popcorn needs to be *** DOWN! I ordered popcorn in April through a charity's fundraiser. To date, June 7, 21,I still don't have my order. I've called, but they always have "longer wait times then normal." That means, no one will answer the phone. I've email. I've gotten responses like, "Due to high volume while maintaining Covid-19 safety measures to keep our employees healthy, delivery times are longer than usual." Of course they didn't tell customers that before they ordered. I received this response:"Thanks for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience.I've taken a look at *** #: and upon checking with our internal team I have been informed that your order is one of the scheduled orders to be shipped June 1 to 11.Due to our production schedule, we produce certain flavors on different days. Because we pop right before shipment, we are experiencing higher than normal order volumes and it is resulting in longer production times." What? I don't believe this! It's no way to do business, especially when customers are buying their product for a charity. This business needs to be shut down!

I am very disappointed in Double Good right now. We did this fundraiser for our daycare last year and received our order two-three weeks after. Placed an order this past February for a friend and got an email stating there would be a delay in shipping of the order another two-three weeks. No problem got the order in that period. THIS TIME...Place order for the same type of fundraiser for our daycare as we did last year on March 22. My order is still in popping status. Reached out to DD on May 3 after the 4-6 weeks est. delivery time given to me in my order. They responded should ship that week or early next week. Contacted again on May 10 still no update status on when my order will ship out. Stated again will be shipped out either this week or next week. Have not received *** email update like I did back in February. Since May 10th no updates at all unlike last time. On top of that, I was the main fundraiser for my daughter's popup store and several of the supporters who order from the store also still have not received their order. I would like Double Good to *** provide an update shipping status to include the date of when my order will be shipped out or my next step will be to put in a claim for fraud on my debit card and use that money as a donation for my kids fundraiser. "

I was very pleased with this fundraiser. It is short and fun. The popcorn arrived promptly to all who supported me. They were happy with the taste of the popcorn. I would do this fundraiser again. We received our money for this fundraiser promptly.

My team did a fundraiser through double good. They raised over $3800.00. Funds were suppose to be deposited 11/17-11/18. My team has not received the money the raised as of today 11/26//2023. They do not call you back, there is no way to get into contact with their finance department and they send you generic email responses in an untimely matter. All I know is there is an error in their system. An error for over a week that has not been resolved. I have requested several times for a check to be sent out and received no response.

I placed an order with Double Good on Friday. They never sent an order number nor does it show up in orders. I can not reach a rep on the phone. I have reached out numerous times by email and phone and there has been no resolution to the 500 dollar order I placed.
On 3/21, I placed a fundraiser order for 3 bags of family size cheesy peasy popcorn. My credit card was charged 97.95 accordingly the same day. It is now 6/2 and I have not received any popcorn nor correspondence with a tracking number as to when my order was shipped. A fundraiser order that was to take 4-6 weeks has now turned into almost 10 weeks of waiting. This is poor customer service; when you call you get a recording to send an email and the phone hangs up. At this point, the popcorn order can be cancelled and the money can be refunded as I was doing this as a favor to a relative. Someone from double good needs to call me to explain what happened as I have no product; only a credit card bill showing I paid for it.
May 5, at 1:30p.m. I contacted Double Good in an email regarding an order I received Friday, April 30 via US Postal Service Mail. Apparently, the item, which was in a plastic container, was placed in a shipping box and without bubble wrap and when it was delivered it was open, the container had been cracked and popcorn was spilled throughout the box. I asked for a refund or to send me the item properly shipped because I had to trash what had been delivered. My order number is DF2104012202170-6065. As of May 30, I had emailed this company three times without a resolve, June 18 I resolved an email from Tim Heitman apologizing for teh dealyed response but nothing more than that. No mention of how ther were going to resolve my issue. I am asking for my popcorn to be replaced or a refund. Although this was for one order of popcorn which I have purchased many from other fundraiser, it is the principle.

I placed an order for $802 on APRIL 30th, the deadline to receive the seasonal flavors AS STATED BY THE COMPANY. It is now May 26, the order has still not been shipped or even produced. and now I cannot have the seasonal flavors because it is too hot to manufacture at this point. I placed an order with Double Good for a fundraiser on March 26. I spent approximately $170.95 on the order. I received an email stating that my order would arrive in 10-14 days, with an estimated delivery date of April 9-14. It is now April 22 and I have not received the order. I have a relative who placed an order with me and reminded me about it since they are leaving this weekend to go back home. Apparently my order was delivered sooner, April 4th, but I was not aware of this. I reached out to Double Good to advise and it was confirmed that my order was left at the front door. I asked if they could verify if it was left at the correct location. Anyway, they agreed to send out the package to me but now I would like to make a change and I was told that I could place a new order. I am not sure why i am not able to change my order or get a refund for the items that i do not want. I do not have the order and not sure what the issue is.
