I signed up and order the "free" box and got a confirmation email stating when it would be shipped, the tax and shipping which was fine. Included in that email was a charge for the medium box which I never ordered and there was a charge of $158.00. That would have been fine had I been given the opportunity of selecting the meats. I called customer service and got Mary who should be fired because she would not listen to anything I said. I offered to forward to her the email I received which clearly stated that I was receiving the three-cut trial box for 14.99 and then there was a charge for the medium box. She basically called me a liar because she claimed that was NOT what she was seeing on her side. She was rude and nasty. All I wanted was an explanation. I got nothing but a rude, nasty woman who said, "I'll just cancel your order." At this point that was fine with us. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and she disconnected the call.
Recommendation: NEVER ORDER FROM COMPANIES WITH UNTRAINED AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL.
