RosesandGifts.com roseandgifts

I ordered sweatshirts for my boyfriend and i from the love and zoe shop for our anniversary and they are still not here even after 2 months of ordering them. I ordered it january 3rd expecting only a few weeks delivery and I spent quite a bit of money

Desired outcome: Please refund me

RosesandGifts.com order not delivered, need full refund

I ordered a cake of 580 INR on 13.05.18 from their site https://www.rosesandgifts.com/. Order no is RAG/130518/234022. I paid the amount of 530 INR (after applying discount code QVWZE4C) using my net banking. It was supposed to be delivered today 14.05.18. When I called at the given phone no [protected] first time, a lady said that it will be delivered by 4 pm. After 4 pm when I was calling multiple times, no one answered. Then I contacted with chat support, she said at 7:30 pm that it's on the way. After one hour it's still not delivered and I again tried to contact with them by phone many times, still no answers. I again then contacted via live chat and now she said it was delivered. But it was not delivered to the recipient. Then I told her so over chat, I didn't get any reply after. I need full refund asap. All screenshots for payment proofs & chat conversations are attached.

This is with regards to your complaint, as per the records as the recipient did not pick the call at the time of delivery, the gifts were handed over to the security person and acknowledgement that was collected was shared to you through mail as well, however as you refused saying order delivery was not made, we had to cancel this order and we had initiated complete refund of your order.

RosesandGifts.com birthday cake - cheating

My 4 years old daughter was very exicted about her birthday but sorry to say, this firm Rosesandgifts cheated us and dissopointed my daughter by not delevering the birthday cake. The customer service did not bother to take up my concern and they were rude.
Tried calling - [protected] many times and she made sure to bluff me everytime.
Delivery window was between 9AM to 10AM for which they took 200 rupees extra. In total it was a order for 2048/-
The payment was already made through paytm to number - [protected]

I have been cheated, can someone help

RosesandGifts.com Delivery

I've ordered flowers from www.rosesandgifts.com website and asked them to deliver those on the specific date and time. They said they'll do that. It was a birthday surprise for my mother.
On the estimated date flowers did not arrive. And when I contacted customer service they replied very rudely and said that if I'm not satisfied with their service they can cancel my order. So I cancelled my order and later received a refund. But that means nothing at all. These guys ruined my plans, they are extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I don't want to deal with them in the future and will never order again!

RosesandGifts.com Worst ever!

I have ordered some items from RosesAndGifts and they gave me a tracking number which was not working. I contacted the company and said that I need a valid tracking number and received a reply that I need to call them. They gave me a phone number and when I called no one picked up. Called many times but it got me nowhere. Then I emailed again and they gave me another email address and said that I need to contact them via that email! What? Anyways, I tried and got no response. Still haven't received my stuff!

RosesandGifts.com Online flower delivery - fraud, no refund

This company is a fraud company with no business ethics. I ordered (on Jan 7) roses to be delivered on Jan 8 . When I called them up in the morning to know the status of delivery they said they did not receive the full information about the consignment, they did not call and ask themself. Secondly, they said they will have to check and get back whether or not delivery is possible. Thirdly, they called up and said their the delivery people asking for high delivery charges so they cannot deliver (Not a customer's headache who paid you in advance what ever you asked online) . They refused to deliver to the place they took prior order for. I have all the call recordings and support emails and screenshots. Now they are saying they will refund money after 5-10 business days. As per what ever comments I have seen against them in consumer forum I have no hope that they will refund my money back. THERE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS. They still have option of delivering to the same place and have not removed it from there website.They are fooling people this way.They first lure them to pay for their service then cancel the service and as per their refund history they never give money back. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

RosesandGifts.com They changed the delivery time and it was inconvenient for me

I bought the flowers and ordered the cake from the company www.rosesandgifts.com. I also asked the seller to deliver the cake around 3 p.m. I got the confirmation about the order and delivery. But one day before the delivery, I received the message, where the seller changed the whole plan and promised to deliver the cake between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. They ruined the whole plan and I needed to find a person, who would pick the cake. It was horrible to deal with them, therefore I wouldn’t advise this company to other people.

As I stay in abroad, wanted to send a gift to my friend to congratulate him, as someone had said me the online shopping websites will be an easy method, so browsed into many websites and sent a flower bunch with chocolates to my friend from rosesandgifts.com, hemy friend said it was good..thank you Rosesandgifts.com

RosesandGifts.com Personally had a very rough experience with this portal

No doubt the portal has great range of products at reasonable price. The quality of the items are also gud but a very big concern is its service. Its was my first experience with this portal, though I have sent online flowers couple of times from other portals.

Firstly, the cake was suppose to be delivered mid night with a Birthday msg along with it mentioning the name of the person on it. Cake had someone else name written on it. What a big embarassment for me wasa that.

Secondly, next morning same portal was suppose to deliver the flowers. After confirming twice on call with customer care and confirming again through e-mail about the time of delivery, which was suppose to be early morning were not delivered till evening. Later when enquiring about the flowers from customer care, didn't get any proper response.

I ordered cake and flowers for my mom on Mother's Day. They say they can't deliver it giving no reason. And now nobody's picking up the call.
I regret ordering from this site.

Though we endeavor to deliver the products at customer’s desired time, we are constrained to commit delivery at specific time for normal hour delivery. There was an unexpected delay in order delivery due to some logistics issues and your order was delivered on the requested date itself, 3rd of December around 8 PM. Yesterday [09/12/15] i ordered cake [REAG/091215/84386] Almond Sugar free cake but they delivery simple vanilla cake even it was not sugar free .We find raisins in the cake.they just do cheat with customer. i will suggest please don't order cake through their site.I was embarrassed in front of my friend due to their cake. So Guys i will suggest please don't order cake .

Strongly Agree! The worst site to order with if you want to gift something to someone and if u don't want to get embarrassed.

Worst customer care as and when called got a very rough feedback as if we are asking for a favour.

Ordered for flowers and cake to send my mother in India because it was her birthday, Rosesandgifts.com had Midnight delivery so opted for this website and mom said cake and flowers were fresh and delivery was a surprise.

It was simply superb to share that we had ordered for Chocolates, Cake and Dry Fruits to send Bangalore for my lovely niece from Rosesandgifts.com, the feedback i got from my niece was that the gift was excellent.
