Waited 3 weeks for them to contact me after I received severe sleep apnea diagnosis... Noone called so I reached out to rotec, spoke with ruby in customer service who had no answer for me... She told me my referring doctor did not sign the order for my medical equipment... After 3 weeks of waiting for I respose I reached out to rotec myself, no response, no answer... I reached out to my pulmary doctor, dr. Mattheny in kingman, no answer, minimal concern from the office staff.//turns out ruby from rotec failed to scroll down to bottom of document for electronic signature from doctor, therefore, order was incomplete and I was not eligble for cpac machine.. Ruby failed to scrool down to bottom of document, therefore my treatment was delayed for a severe case of sleep apnea... When issue was finally resoldved I was not given an apology or concern for delay of my treatment... Ruby was rude and told me to calm down... Calm down... Really ruby? Rotec should be looked into and fined for professional inadequacy and unlawful treatment to innocent elderly patients...
Desired outcome: PREVENT ROTEC FROM OPERATING AS AGENTS TO SUFFERING PATIENTS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO PROFESSIONAL ADEQUATE CARE
