no product. place order on the 16th of feb and was aware it would be a while...
This place is a scam...placed my order for two shirts and knew it would be a while, but this is ridiculous...called my bank and put a fraud alert on this company. Now way to reach customer service, no one to talk to. I spent well over $130 and nothing yet. Am thoroughly pissed! Hope my bank gets to the bottom of this place, cuz I think they are just a business out to screw you...
dress that I need to return
I purchased a dress from Rotitia and when it arrived a week later than the day that I needed it, I requested a refund. I was given an option to keep the dress and receive a portion of the refund. I didn't need the dress at that point, so I requested a full refund. I never got the refund or instructions to return the item. I paid $40 for this dress. Please assist me in getting a full refund on this item.

One order was placed the first week in February the second was placed February 15th. neither order has arrived. I know there was a week you did not do any shipping, but the first order should have arrived before my vacation. I am already back from vacation and I still haven't received one swim suit. I have tried to reach this company on many occasions to see where the shirt I ordered was and it just keeps saying it is still processing? Can I not reach anyone to find out the status of my order? States it is still processing? The order was placed on 2/13/18 and it is now 3/8/18. The company didn't have any problem taking my money, but no one can contact me about the status of my order?

I inadvertently ordered 2 of the same item and have spent almost 2 days trying to either modify or cancel my order. The prompt says to "Submit Ticket". I did. Then I was prompted to "Continue Submitting Ticket" at the bottom of the page. However I cannot see the bottom of the page because there is a Free World Delivery advertisement that blocks the bottom. It is very frustrating, much less time consuming. Trust me when I say, if I cannot stop this order, and I am left on the hook paying for identical items, this will be the last time I place an order with Rotita. I feel helpless!

Don't order ever from these people unless you want to give away your money. I ordered clothes from their size chart none of which fit at all. I tried to return and after complaining to paypal they "let" me return to China and I had to pay for shipping. When they got it in China they refused the package and refused to refund the money. It says on their website they are in the US but they are not.
If you want to risk buying from them use a credit card that will refund you the full amount when you don't get what your ordered.

Can not return your items, can not call them, can not get your money back, BIG mistake, I never order online, did this one time, should have know better especially the items coming from China, its a trick just to get your money, because there is no refund once you do that. My advice again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for orders, order from the USA!. With all these bad comments, you would think they would not be allowed to scam people. I don't know the exact date of when this event happened, but I do now it was about 1 month ago, and it still probably won't be here for another week or so. return process is a joke
I ordered 3 shirts; all of them way too small and I used their sizing chart. One of the shirts was not at all what picture looked like on line; totally different material and color; just awful! I submitted a ticket to return all 3 for a full refund. The rotita site just spins and spins often times and you have to keep signing in again and again. Finally I get reply to my ticket; that's their process; you have to submit a ticket. The reply said we have deal for you: you keep all the shirts so you don't have to pay to ship back to us and we refund you 50%. The option then is to accept or decline and reply. I hit "decline and reply" button and the site just kept spinning. I guess they wanted me to accept their deal and otherwise i'm screwed. I will never order from them again and I am spreading the word! Absolutely horrible company to deal with! They should be shut down. I wasted $75 on 3 shirts I can never wear! I can't even return them.? This is simply wrong and makes me extremely angry that they can get away with this! Do not order from rotita!
trying to return an item
After ordering a swimsuit, it was delivered but does not fit well in the bust area.
I have tried their process of submitting a ticket . I received a ticket number, but that's as far as their process would allow me. They say that they will send you a return address, but when you try to log on to their website it always comes up that the email address is not recognised even though they email me 'specials'.
They must be held accountable.

The amount of $61.80 was withdrawn from my Credit Card acct. on 1/4/18. I placed the order on 1/3/18. I never received the items until three weeks later. There are no sizes or tags inside of the tops.

Two of the shirts do not look good on me. One shirt ([protected]) is too snug and resembles a maternity shirt since it gathers and then flares out and the other shirt I do not like is not the same as the color on the screen. Finally the ordered arrived over a month later. The material was cheap and the tops and skirt was not what I ordered. All the pieces in the order looked like they were thrown together or hurriedly sewn by an inexperienced person . DO NOT ORDER FROM THE JOKE!

It tells me that my email address doesn't exist however I have reciepts and confirmation sent to my email from Rotita. I am having the same issue. I am being sent emails daily asking for my delivery address to be confirmed by clicking on a link, but the link is not available. The I try to log on to be told my email address does not exist yet they are emailing me to that address.
I am getting very annoyed and frustrated and will be asking for a refund via Paypal.

I ordered in USA size and item came so small that there's no way an adult could fit in. Tried to return it and they offered me 50% refund and I can keep the items. What a ripoff! Continued to try to find a return address so I could see if taking the 50% was a better deal. No luck, I have to use the original bag and hope I can get a shipping cost. I can only assume that the items were made in Chinese sizes, but that doesn't help if they're selling worldwide.

website blocked after return enquiry
It took 6 weeks for the items (swimwear) to be delivered. I recalled easy exchange information on the site when ordering. I needed to exchange item due to incorrect size. After searching the internet for "Rotita return policy" the site was immediately blocked to both my desktop and phone. Now I can't contact them to arrange any sort of exchange or resolution. Very disappointed with the way they treat returning customers as I have ordered from this site previously.

I purchased an item and needed to return it within the 30 day return policy. I was blocked from the site as soon as I clicked on "My Order" as requested in the shipment notification email on how to request a refund. It took over a month from the time of the order until the time of delivery. I ordered the item on 11/03 and received it on 12/13. Now I have no way to request a return order slip. This Company is a fraud do not buy from them ever.
