refund request
I am complaining of the lack of response from Rotita in sending my refund check for order returned by USPS around June 11th on order # W 1805211922066368. Basis for return was not package was not delivered timely for an event. Package was never opened and was taken to USPS per Rotita's instructions. USPS wrote on the package "rejected" since package was not tampered in anyway.

I ordered a shirt from Rotita and although my purchase was acknowledged via an on-line receipt and a percent off coupon for a future purchase, the item was never delivered.
The item was a "Button up printed turn down collar long sleeve shirt" in a coffee color with a musical design in black. I do not have the order number but it was placed about 6 weeks ago.

Reviewing my bank statement, you pulled the total amount off my bank card and they submitted a 2nd charge of 1.02 this looks like the company is fraudulent. Why would you pull total then a second charge, even as minimal as it is does not leave me with very much faith this is a good company to order on line from especially since it is out of the US.

This company sucks. Stay away. I ordered clothes 3 weeks ago and received an email saying that I should be receiving some of my orders 1.5 weeks ago, and I haven't received anything. The tracking number doesn't work. Never again. I will stick with rosewe (received my order within a week). Rotita sucks. If I could give you a negative star, I would. I just received one order and have not received or heard from Rotita or anyone representing this company. I have continued to call and call to no avail.
The money was removed from my account. I should have received both packages. I have read the reviews and I am in the same boat as the other complaints. This was intended as a Mothers Day gift. As we see, Mothers day is long passed and still no packages.

I placed an order for three items I returned two of them Rotita acknowledged they received the items back and they wanted to give me a credit coupon I express that I wanted the refund to my form of payment which was my PayPal account rotita then reply they would refund my PayPal account after 2 weeks of not getting the refund I contacted PayPal, PayPal did investigation which was denied because rotita.com told PayPal that I had not returned the items and when I went into my Rotita.com account it did not show the back & forth conversation we had regarding the refund at all. The last one show the information that the representative gave me on how to make my return and the address to send it. I gave PayPal my tracking number they verified that rotita had received the items back and gave me my refund; my question is where did the correspondence back and forth from rotita disappear to when they told me they had received the items and then when I log back in those replies were deleted Rotita.com cannot be trusted !

I ordered 2 bathing suits in 2 sizes, neither one fit and the color of the bottoms did not match the top. Trying to return these is a nightmare. First my account address keeps saying is invalid and to find any other means of returns is unavailable. I wouldn't care if I had to pay them several $$ to actually speak with a representative but seems impossible too! I wish I had read all the complaints first before ordering.

I can't remember my password to log in. I have sent a request three times for a password reset, and I haven't heard back. I have tried to find a phone number on their website and it doesn't list one. My order is late and I paid extra for speedy delivery.
My payment was taken out of my bank account. I received a reply from PayPal, but I haven't received anything from Rotita as far as a tracking number, or that my order has been shipped. Did I just give this company $63.00? and will never hear back about anything?

Rotita is a scam! beware rotita sells defective merchandise
I do a lot of my clothes shopping online but this was the first time I dealt with rotita. I had gotten a catalog from rotita and a few items looks decent and so I ordered 2 just to try it out. a few minutes after I had placed the order I got an email saying that my order should arrive in about 3 to 5 weeks. curious about why it would take so long, I then saw that the merchandise was coming from china. no where on rotita's website does it say that they located in china. had I known that I never would have made this purchase. and why? because if either item didn't fit and I wanted to return them, I knew that the shipping cost to china would be prohibitive. anyway after 8 weeks I received the items and both items were damaged. one had two huge holes in it and the other was a top that was pieced together and where the pieces were sewn together the fabric was all bunched up. also, both tops had unfinished hems - bottoms and sleeves - as if no one bothered to hem them. I communicated all this to rotita (through their website) and had to take pictures to prove the damages. rotita's initial response was that they would give me $14.95 and I could keep the items. I didn't want to keep these tops. I would never wear them! the 2 items cost me $59.00, and so basically what rotita was doing was reducing my loss by 25%. I didn't think it was right that I should pay anything for damaged merchandise. when I communicated this with rotita they came back with another offer. I could keep the tops and they would refund me $47.20. now they were offering me 80% off. and that would have been great if only I was able to wear these tops. when I rejected their second offer and told them that I wanted a full refund along with a free shipping label, they then came and wrote that they would issue a full refund after I returned the merchandise to them and they gave me an address in shanghai, china. they refused to give me a free shipping label. I then got a quote from ups that the shipping would be $125. fed ex was more. frustrated, I contacted paypal and in the end all paypal did was communicate with the seller. paypal sent me similar emails - first an offer of $30 off, then when I rejected that offer, paypal wrote to me that I could return both items to shanghai and then they will refund the $59.00. when I finally told rotita that I would accept the $47.20, (without having to return the items) they said fine and that they would credit my account. that was 3 months ago. now they don't even bother responding to my messages. so the moral of the story - don"t buy anything from rotita, - rotita.com

I ordered two swimsuits on 02/16/2018. I paid using paypal the same day. It is now 04/08/2018, my vacation to the florida keys has been over for three weeks now and I have yet to receive the swimsuits that I ordered. I have not received an explanation. It is impossible to contact customer service. I have tried many times. Do not order from this company.
I am trying to get a return label for an item I want to return. How long before I get this return label? You've made me an offer to keep the item without refunding my full payment, but I want a FULL refund and It does me no good to keep something that does not fit. Bad for business
