I got a car from RPM Automotive Group in November, but I still haven't got my title yet
I got a car from RPM Automotive Group in November, but I still haven't got my title yet. They also send some random guy to take my car back, which is not cool. The loan company took back the loan from the car lot, and the same thing happened with my mom's car too.

Bad customer service, check out the charges on this company
Bad customer service, check out the charges on this company. The owners are from Perryville and Fredericktown. Do your research before giving them your hard-earned money. Look up the company and people in casenet. Don't get tricked!
I gotta say, RPM Automotive Group really came through for me when I bought my used car
I gotta say, RPM Automotive Group really came through for me when I bought my used car. They were all super nice, helpful, and knew what they were doing. My credit is pretty bad, but they still hooked me up with the car I wanted. Big thanks to everyone who helped me out, I really appreciate it.
I bought a 2016 Kia Optima from RPM Automotive Group like six months ago
I bought a 2016 Kia Optima from RPM Automotive Group like six months ago. The car had some lights on the dash and the tires were worn down. I took it to the dealership and they said the frame was bent, the car had been totaled before, the airbags were not original and the ABS sensors were not original either. I talked to my finance company and they said to take it to Sparks Motors because they were taking back the loan. We took it there and the owner started getting aggressive with me and he even hit me. We had to call the cops. The car was like $20000 but it was only worth like $8000.
ComplaintsBoard.com needs to step in, it's illegal to sell a vehicle in *** without title
ComplaintsBoard.com needs to step in, it's illegal to sell a vehicle in *** without title. I been calling and calling to get title of our vehicle and still no proof that one ever existed and no title. Many people have same problem IT'S ILLEGAL why they not shut down!? People in office are VERY rude when you've had enough of there excuses there tactic is just to have office lady get on phone and be out of line with you. What they doing is wrong and illegal this needs to stop.
They shud lose they're license
They shud lose they're license. My name is *** I am a disabled 42-year-old man and I was swindled into purchase any vehicle and such a hurry I didn't even read the paperwork I had signed and he told me he wanted $4,900 for the vehicle the exterior may have been worth have that but the interior I've seen better conditions and salvage yards and the vehicle in top condition is *** by *** standards and 500 is the lowest and this car was lower than the lowest as far as condition wise every check engine light that can come on did come on and is on and I left the lot without a title or registration or even a temporary tag on the back of my vehicle nothing more than a few papers. So I paid more than I should have as a down payment then the cost of the vehicle is worth. He refuses to accept the fact he swindled me and took advantage of me because I was in a bind and needed a vehicle right away so I don't want my money back I want the car I purchased and I wanted to fix because it will not pass safety or mentions in the conditions in and should not be allowed to be driven on the roadways. I need help these people have wronged me severely and I need the vehicle to get back and forth to my treatments for my congestive heart failure.

I've bought several cars from RPM automotive and crystal city Missouri
I bought several cars from RPM automotive group in Crystal City at first I thought that it was reliable and trustworthy partners of business that I was closing a deal with but instead I have bought cars from RPM automotive group and a month or two months in they have all broken down on me I remember buying a 2013 Buick verano which the transmission went out in less than 2 months I have also bought a 2014 Smart car for two which I was set up with a finance company to make my payments and after I have made my payments I was dropped from that same finance company so I went to RPM automotive group to take over my payments and I was reset to make my payments all over again as if my car was not already paid off and and I've never received the title to which I was agreed upon if I made my payments I will receive my title I went into RPM automotive group to figure out what was going on with my title and was told to repay $5,000 so in reality I was still paying for a car that was already paid off
Desired outcome: I would like reimbursement for all of the money that I have wasted paying for a car that was already paid off and also reimbursement for the cars that I did finance I and one to two months later the transmission has failed
I bought a car from RPM Automotive Group and they didn't tell me it had damage
I bought a car from RPM Automotive Group and they didn't tell me it had damage. The car's frame is all rusty and broken and they just used foam and paint to cover it up. They didn't even give me a salvage title.
I went to the Bonne Terre spot and swapped my car for a truck
I went to the Bonne Terre spot and swapped my car for a truck. They said I had to sign the title when it arrived. I've called them a bunch of times, but they're not picking up. They sold my old car without me signing the title, so now the new owner doesn't have the title.

I got a 2012 Dodge Charger on June 6
I got a 2012 Dodge Charger on June 6. The window said it had Bluetooth, but it didn't work. They said they'd check it out, but I never heard back. The lights flicker and the AC doesn't work right. I called a bunch of times, but no one answered. I went in person and they said they'd fix it. They took it to the Bonne Terre spot last Monday, but when I called yesterday, they hadn't done anything yet. They also don't have the title and don't know where it is.
I got a BMW 3 series from RPM Automotive Group in 2019
I got a BMW 3 series from RPM Automotive Group in 2019. We traded in a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire. They said we couldn't get approved because my fiance's license was suspended. In 4, they took the BMW back and said they'd get us back in the car in a week. On 6/28, we signed papers but I thought it was for a Jeep Liberty until they gave me the keys to the BMW. The car was running bad. It died down the road. They let someone test drive it before we got it back. We still have problems with the car. The catalytic converters are clogged, oil is leaking, and it smells like it's going to catch on fire. There are issues with the manifold. Sparks said to contact the warranty company, but nothing's been done. I can't even drive it. I'll pay if I can drive it.
I bought a 2003 Cadillac CTS from Dalton Hampton at Sparks Automotive, also known as RPM Auto
I bought a 2003 Cadillac CTS from Dalton Hampton at Sparks Automotive, also known as RPM Auto. He said it was all good and had no problems, and wanted $4900 for it. But when I checked later, it was only worth $2600 in great shape and $500 in bad shape. This car was way worse than bad, and I have pics to prove it. The inside was trashed, worse than a junkyard, and every check engine light came on as I drove home. They lied about the car's condition and didn't even give me temporary plates to drive it. They just gave me papers and said "good day." I've never heard of a dealership doing that. Then I got a letter today, 11/13, saying my credit app was denied. But the car is already in my name on the papers. I need someone to check this out, 'cause I don't know all the laws, but I do know it's illegal to drive without tags and registration, and that's how they sent me off the lot, all the way to Cahokia, IL. Please help me.
Me and my hubby financed a 2014 GMC Acadia on January 3, 2022
Me and my hubby financed a 2014 GMC Acadia on January 3, 2022. After three days, we told the dealership that it wasn't driving good. Mid-January, they had us bring it in for a diagnostic test at J&M Autoshop in ***. They kept the car and within a week, we heard that it was the transmission. A former employee there gave us a loaner car. Later, we got a call that the transmission was still not fixed, so we decided to get our car back and terminate our contract. However, RPM never took back over the payments from United Auto Credit and they also never took over payments on our car when we traded it in. We had to pay $715 to catch our van paint back up and on top of that, we paid $710 on the GMC. Now we are getting letters stating that we owe *** and some odd dollars for the GMC that was apparently sold, scrapped, or whatever. It's on our credit reports and we want it removed and noted that we no longer had the GMC as of January 2022. *** is not returning our calls and they never fixed this problem. I have emails and pictures of conversations from *** to support this matter. Please help us renew our credit and have RPM take fault for their shady business actions.
Me and my son bought a 06 dodge ram3500 from RPM Automotive Group
Me and my son bought a 06 dodge ram3500 from RPM Automotive Group. We paid more than its value to teach my son the importance of good credit. We also got an extended warranty for 2500 from integrity warranty. But, the truck started having transmission trouble just after 2 weeks. We are having a hard time getting it fixed. My son drives on a busy highway daily and if the truck doesn't go, he could get hit. Sparks motors is aware of this. I received a letter on 8/16 saying Sparks never paid for the warranty. We went to the dealership on 8/17 and they said they paid it. But, when I called integrity, they said they haven't paid for any warranty since April . I'm not the only one having this problem. My son is now out 2500 and he can barely pay insurance and payments. We went back to Sparks motors, but they refused to call integrity. They wanted to work out a deal, but we walked away. This is heartbreaking and scary. Who will replace my son if he gets hit and killed? No one cares. I need the warranty or truck returned with all the money paid by my son given back asap.
I bought a Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ from RPM Automotive Group for $27,900 on 1/26/22 and picked it up on 1/27/22
I bought a Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ from RPM Automotive Group for $27,900 on 1/26/22 and picked it up on 1/27/22. The owner offered us Gap Insurance, Warranty, 90 days no payment, and said he would buy the truck back if anything happened. On 4/7/22, the engine started making loud noises and the check engine light came on. We contacted the dealership, but they said it had to go through warranty. The employee was rude and said they wouldn't give us a loaner. We reached out to the warranty company, but they said we had to pay out of pocket. The documents we received conflict with the contract we signed. We haven't heard back from the owner and the dealership is closed down. We want them to fix it or take the truck back. It's causing unnecessary stress for our family.
