Car lease
Stay away or you will end up in court like me! I would give The Lease Outlet 0 stars if I could!
They are a classic bait and switch business - I waited 2.5 months for a Audi A6 but Joe Lopez could not get me the car he promised and kept increasing the monthly price from $530 upto $608 and money due at signing he promised me $5000 and at the final stages of the deal he made it $6000 due at signing. This company not only charges a service fee of $595 but also tries to make money from the dealer as well. I was able to get the same deal Joe Lopez promised me from a legitimate Audi dealership near my house. Joe Lopez, shockingly told me to go
"f myself when I questioned his tactics and he told me I have to accept his deal or he keeps my money- which they only accept via Zelle or other e-transfers and not thru credit cards so you have no recourse once they have your money. Never ever deal with this company- you have been warned!
Claimed loss: $2500
Desired outcome: refund

"DO NOT GIVE JOSEPH LOPEZ A SINGLE CENT AS A GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT!. I just learned my lesson the hard way. I reached out to him to secure a car I was interested in and provided a $4,000 Deposit. Joseph did find a car for me but unfortunately by then, I had changed my mind on the exterior color and interior so I wanted him to find me a new car that met my needs. I asked for my $4,000 deposit back until he could secure me a new car.
This is when he had a complete Nuclear meltdown over the phone, started swearing and cursing (based on past reviews looks like he has a history of doing this with past clients) and told me he was not sending my deposit back. At this point, he is refusing to give anything back. I have contacted the Secretary of State's office, Better Business Bureau, CA Attorney General's Office, and the Department of Occupational Licensing within the DMV. I plan on having this case prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law. I pray that I am the last person who gets his deposit stolen from him "
Car lease
These guys try and up sell you as soon as they got your credit. They will give you some numbers regarding a lease only if you push them and threaten them to not do business. Then after they got you they tell you that car in no longer available. This has happened twice. I even found out where one of the dealers was and called them and they said the car was still available.
Typical used car salesmen mentality. They do not car about you one bit.

Liars
Do not do business with these people! They are the exact example of why car dealers have a bad reputation and people get anxiety when just trying to get a vehicle. I talked with ryan and j. Lopez for days on end who claimed to be highly experienced and promised not only an approval on a specific car but a percentage rate and a soft hit on my credit since that was all i authorized. He reassured that they as a compnay could not do anything unauthorized as it would be illegal. After weeks of talking i decided on a vehicle, was again reassured of the soft hit and was told which specific bank would see it. Low and behold they did a hard hit that docked me 9 points. When attempting to contact the salesman ryan he could not be reached by phone, text or email all of sudden. This went on for days. Finally after speaking with j. Lopez i was told ryan was ducking me because my application was denied. He further stated that i could get financed with another of their bank so i should allow another run and that the inquiry would fall off in 6mos. Another lie as the credit bureaus stated 2yrs. To top it all off i received a denial letter in the mail from a bank completely different than the one i was told would be reviewing my application. Mind you my car credit was in the upper 700's. This was a nightmare. They can be convincing but are shrewd and dishonest. Don't believe a word they say and don't waiste your time.
scam
Joseph Lopez - SCAM ! SCAM SCAM ! SCAM !WARNING! WARNING ! JOSEPH LOPEZ ! The owner is a SCAM ARTIST - This company will ask for money upfront before they even try to locate a car for you. Please do not fall for this trap, it is the oldest scam in the book and it is so easy to fall for. I did!..I gave them my car specifications and with in one hour Jose[h had located a car for me "on a ship" on it s way to NJ port. He asked me for a $1, 000 deposit to "secure " this car for me. He told me if i did not want the car or if i found another car at a dealer, Joseph, the lease outlet owner would refund the $1, 000 in full within 2-3 business days. WHICH HE DID NOT OFCOURSE, and this is why i am writing this review to warn you and hopefully you will not make the same mistake i did. Please find a REAL car dealer and DO NOT fall for their cheap prices - IT IS A SCAM!

I had the same experience. Wanted the financial documents with all the specifics. all I got was a list in the body of an email of the items on the car. I was very specific what I wanted. the information was incorrect, but he kept pushing me for a deposit. I was concerned of the time frame as I needed to turn in my existing lease at the end of the month, that the new car wouldn't be here. My local dealer couldn't me the car and had to special order, so how can the lease outlet get it? Very turned off by his pushiness. I wanted the contract in writing with all the details before paying a deposit. I didn't get it so I told him to take me off their call list.
Stay away
The Lease Outlet will not return my refundable deposit. They took advantage of me because I have never leased a car before. I found the same car for 4k cheaper. The sales guy was a smooth talker and pretended he was my friend until I asked for the deposit back. Then he hung up on me.
I just want the deposit back. I need it for bills and to buy a new car.
Do not do business with them
I sold a car under consignment with these guys and 6 weeks later they still have not paid me. Every week they will reassure you they will pay you next week and something always comes up. Everything you HATE about dealing with car sales people is all wrapped up into one bad expeirence after another with these guys! BE WARNED DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I just got a new car from dsrl leasing . That went really smooth. I'll do business with them again for sure!
