Work of the highest quality. The installation of a furnace humidifier involved complex electrical and plumbing work. The two technicians from Russo Bros. & were experts and took the time to show us how it worked.

Russo Bros replaced our furnace 12 years ago. When we realized there was an issue with our heat, I immediately phoned Russo Bros for service. I was pleasantly surprised that a technician would be able to come to the house on the same day. Their technician Anthony was prompt, courteous and very polite. Anthony was able to diagnose the problem and replace the necessary parts during the service call. I would recommend Russo Bros, and especially their technician Anthony to anyone.

Having difficulty with my water softener unit, I called Russo Brothers for service. They scheduled me for the next day. My technician, Paul, arrived on time and was friendly and very professional. He assessed the situation and resolved my problem in a timely manner. He then explained to me thoroughly about how the unit operates, and helped me to understand why I was having this issue. I was completely happy with the service provided, and I would definitely recommend Russo Brothers to others...

Russo Bros. replaced a hot water heater and a sump pump. They came on short notice and arrived on time. They needed to go back to the place of business and retrieve a slightly different heater, which they did within a half hour. They were very careful about not tracking toxic sediment about the house and completed the task in a very reasonable time. I was also apprised of the total cost and informed of inspections, etc. I was totally satisfied with their service and highly recommend them. Please also note that this was not my first experience with their services and that is why I call them first!

Have used Russo Bros. Plumbing & Heating for the past 5 or 6 years. 1st experience was replacing a failing Water Heater. They were very efficient & professional. Came the same day and were completed in a few hours. No going without hot water. When we moved to a new location, I have been using them for regular maintenance on 2 HVAC Units in the house. The service techs are always professional, efficient and friendly, and usually have any parts they might need on their trucks, so no waiting and them coming back later. When we have a breakdown, they are usually here the next day. I will continue to use them and would definitely recommend them.

I have been a steady customer of Russo Bros. for 10 years now, and they have always been highly professional, responsive, courteous, clean, and thorough. Recently I had a furnace issue which was caused by complications with the exhaust pipe cap on my roof. Pat, from (Russo Bros) was instrumental in clearing up questions between the roofing service company, myself, and my Homeowners Association. He responded promptly to emails and phone calls. Augusto, (from Russo Bros) identified the problem and replaced my furnace. He did a comprehensive job of explaining the issue; his service was expert in all areas, and he is a nice person! Who could ask for more? So, if you need a HVAC work, you can't go wrong with Russo Bros.

We were very pleased with Russo Brothers Plumbing. They were prompt, thoughtful, and very thorough in dealing with a persistently clogged kitchen sink drain. It turned out to be a much more complex and time-consuming issue than originally contemplated. After snaking the pipe from under the sink didn't help, the plumber got onto the roof and snaked the vent. When that didn't clear the clog, he and a helper checked the path of piping in the walls and eventually went into the crawl space to replace a section of the original pipe that had clogged internally over the years since the house was built. The plumber explained each step of his assessment, informed us of the charges involved, and showed us photos of both the old pipe cross-section and the new pipe installed, answering our questions fully. He also had to replace the original pipe/trap under the sink, which had given out as he was reassembling it.

After he left, the newly replaced pipe under the sink started to leak a bit, so we called Russo Brothers Plumbing and expressed our concerns. They remained very courteous, apologizing and promising to send the plumber back by 8 am the next morning. He came on time, fixed the leak, and explained that sometimes joining new pipes to old didn't seal thoroughly. He apologized for the extra trouble, sealed the joint carefully, and tested the readjustment thoroughly before leaving. We have had a free-flowing sink drain and no leaks since. Again, we appreciated his care and thoroughness.

We also very much appreciated that he and his helper remained masked the whole time they worked in our home and valued their care in wearing booties when walking in our home, showing respect for our carpeting and especially for our health during Covid. Russo Brothers Plumbing was extremely professional and competent, and we would recommend them highly (and definitely use them again).
