Top notch professional company! On time, then took the time to do the job correctly. From Terry confirming the order to Joey making sure everything was installed correctly. When a problem with the house frame occurred they were ready to bring in the senior man Tony, to come up with a solution. I would highly recommend Western Windows for any replacement windows work! Western Windows lived up to their stellar reputation. They turned up on time and replaced 9 windows in our 56 year old Calgary home. Their work looks great and so far the house is much quieter. Time will tell how much warmer it will remain. We would recommend Western Windows to anyone who asks. Their final invoice matched their estimate to the penny, a rare feat these days. Bruce F

Turned up on time and replaced the windows and patio doors. Very professional and cleaned up afterwards. A very good product. They were not the cheapest quote but they were local, had good reviews and the only company I checked that had zero complaints. Small issue developed where a screen was the wrong size but they got a replacement sorted out before the end of the day. It pays to deal locally.

Very friendly and great people to deal with, they are true to their word, you get what they promise and the crews they send out clean up after themselves and are super friendly and knowledgeable. I had them put window in over 8 years ago and was so happy with the service I called them to replace my old door and I was as happy with that as I was with the windows, I will continue to use them and refer them to everyone I know

Excellent service very good experience right from the measurement of the windows to the install process. Not a dollar changed hands until I was satisfied and they never required a downpayment of any kind. The Installers where professional and very knowledgeable of what they were doing and the product they were installing. The windows are very well built and excellent quality. I do recommend this company for any replacement windows you require.

Based on a good job done on a minor window repair, we chose Western to replace our front entry door. Terry did an excellent job of helping us select a totally different style to replace our older double doors. He was informative and patient, even persuading his shop people to do some very specific painting for us. The installation crew did a great job and took time to explain their work and cleaned up perfectly when done. Our next step is replacing some older windows - Western will be our first choice for sure.

We are delighted with our new window. Joey and Darin did a wonderful job of installing it on Tuesday. They were friendly, professional, and confident. We admired the way they tackled and solved some construction-installation challenges. They worked well together, like a veteran team. Western Windows installed 4 windows for us and we couldn't be happier. The installation crew did a great job installing the windows, including explaining how to remove and clean. They did a great job in cleaning up afterwards. Friendly and respectful of our place during the installation time. Kevin was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable in the first visit from Western windows. Not pushy for us to purchase from them. We can't say enough good things about Western Windows! Right from day one, I knew instantly that I wanted this window company to replace ALL my windows in our home. The quotes, the service and the follow-ups were done with professionalism. So many recommendations were given to us about changes and in the end we couldn't be more happy with our new windows! A special thank you to Tony and Joey for over seeing the immense job. In addition to the new windows, we had a new back door and screen door installed, which we absolutely love! We recently had our front & back doors replaced by Western Windows and they did a great job. We selected them because they are a family business, in operation for a significant number of years and are reputable. Darryl & Jason did the install. They were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. The job was completed in a very timely fashion and they cleaned the work areas to perfection. The doors look great and I'm sure we will really appreciate them once winter arrives. I would also like to add that it was a real pleasure dealing with everyone from the owners (Kevin & Jeremy), installers (Darryl & Jason), and Nancy Accounting Manager/Scheduler. (The individual who painted the doors, do not know their name, also did a terrific job!). Once it comes time to start replacing our windows Western Windows WILL BE OUR FIRST STOP! This is a great company to work with: from Jeremy doing the consultation and updating me on delivery, emails from Nancy regarding invoicing and scheduling, to the crew of four doing the install. They are friendly, quiet and amazingly efficient - each person has a job and they do it well. Work potentially could take 1 1/2 days but they did it in one day. It didn't feel like our life was turned upside down to get all 12 windows replaced in our 46 year old house. The windows are so soundproof when closed and the opening windows give us so much ventilation. During the installation, some spray foam insulation wanted to ooze outside [ and not set due to the heat.] Joey advised me to call and get them back to trim it off in the future, and it was easily dealt with. I highly recommend this company for the above reasons plus the quality product, post-install walk-around, cleanliness, being a local company and making the product locally. Not the cheapest company but I feel we got very good value.
