Same as previous review. Constant calls and texts even after being asked to stop. I have told them I do not need a roof inspection at least 10 times and still I get calls and texts. Because of this mobile harassment, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

From start to finish, our experience with this company was excellent. Within a couple days of calling and speaking with them about our roof inspection. It was a pleasure to work with these gentlemen. They were punctual, courteous, and professional. They did an excellent job repairing the roof. Their fees are reasonable and competitive. I strongly suggest this company to anyone in need of roof repairs.

After a very positive experience, I believe this company deserves good feedback from me. These guys are pros at what they do! Not only they gave us a very reasonable bid, but help us save thousands of dollars on our budget, yet they did not compromise the quality of the materials, as well as the quality of the finished work. They finished our project on time and with great details. Furthermore, everyone on the team, from the office personnel down to the working crew members, was very professional and honest from the beginning. The project manager always follows through and is very easy to get a hold of when I have any issues, big or small. Use these guys, and you can't go wrong with them!

Reprehensible marketing activities by this company
Reprehensible marketing activities by this company. They are texting people out of the blue with simply "[first name]?" in order to get a response, then following up with their storm chaser sales pitch. It appears that this company has now had so many negative reviews on Google that they removed their business listing entirely. Rarely am I compelled to review on ComplaintsBoard.com but I cannot believe this company operates with such blatant disregard for ethical business practices. Truly shameful. There will almost certainly be a reply to this review to the tune of "This system was set up by an outside source; we didn't know it would work this way -- oopsie-woopsie!" They know exactly what they are doing, and the word is out.
Below is the review I posted on Google 2 weeks ago about this business. I just got a Generic reply to call the Owner to discuss my dissatisfaction with the job they did for me. And when I called the #, I found out, the the guy that wanted to talk to me was at another phone #, that in fact, was the Supervisor of the original Viking Rep, that I had, that I complained to him about, and had REMOVED from my job due to issues dealing with dishonesty and lack of communication. This was a truly horrible experience overall. and I caution anyone using Viking, so they do not have the same poor experience I had. I was not happy with Viking rep. He did everything to sell me on how great they were until I gave them the deposit, and then communication was unresponsive and to say he was "upfront and honest with what Viking would do and not do" was lacking to say the least. If you use them I suggest recording every meeting and phone conversation, to prove what was said at a later time.
I was harassed with daily text messages about a 'free roof inspection' for three consecutive days. On the third day, I received two back-to-back phone calls, each a minute apart, followed by a text message. They didn't leave any voicemails, just persistent phone calls and texts. On the fourth day, I replied with a text asking 'How did you get this number?' but received no answer. Half an hour later, I sent a 'hello?' text, which was also met with silence. After 43 minutes, I sent another message: 'Why are you not answering me? You have been calling and texting for 3 days and now you won't respond...sounds like a great company to work with.' This was followed by another message expressing my frustration at their tactics, 'This is becoming harassment...STOP... you don't text a potential client daily, call them twice in a row a minute apart on a SUNDAY...followed up with a text... and no voicemail left... I'm filing complaints with the ComplaintsBoard.com, Angie's List and will be leaving reviews online about this approach. Out of the recent 18 reviews on Google, 16 are negative from the last 3 months, with the other 2 being from a year and 7 months ago, respectively. There's also a negative review on Facebook. Do not ever contact this number again. The online complaints are clearly justified.' After demanding they never contact me again, I received a text two minutes later with a nonchalant response, 'Feel free to give us a call to talk about this. Sorry for the inconvenience.' This completely disregarded all my previous communications and my explicit request to stop contacting me. This company does nothing but harass potential clients and dodge questions. Their business model is reminiscent of opportunistic storm chasers, and their generic responses to online complaints are unhelpful, always suggesting a call to discuss the matter without addressing the issues raised. This company is deplorable, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I regret that I cannot give a rating lower than zero.

Sent another text 30 minutes later stating “hello?" with again no response. 43 minutes later another text sent stating “Why are you not answering me? Do not ever contact this number again. The complaints online are clearly 100% accurate". After being told “Do not ever contact this number again" I am sent a text 2 minutes later. I finally get a response saying “Feel free to give us a call at *** to talk about this. Sorry for the inconvenience." They very clearly ignored all of my communication and my statement to “never contact this number again". They do nothing but harass potential clients and refuse to answer questions. It's a classic storm chaser business model and their responses to some of the complaints on Google are always the same “Hello (customer name). We always strive to provide the best possible service, so we are sorry to see that didn't happen on your project. If you give us a call at (***) *** to discuss we would appreciate it." This company is at best trash. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I wish I could leave negative stars.
