this compny is amazin! dominic is so nice & has a great personality i wud recommend this compny to anyone lookin for an honest bid for a great price!

This company did my mom dirty. They convinced her to drop $6600 to level her mobile home, and then hit her up six months later for another $10,000 in repairs. They prey on old folks and rip them off!

Quality came to give us an estimate and it was a good time. The guy who came was nice and explained things well instead of trying to scam us. We decided to go with them and now that everything's done under our home, we're VERY HAPPY. The crew was on time, polite, and even fixed our doors. We're happy with how professional they were and we'll tell anyone who needs repairs to call them. When we save up more, we'll call them again. Thanks Quality Mobile Home Services, we're happy customers.

Quality Mobile Home Services, Inc. did a bad job. They didn't finish the work properly. I had to get an HVAC guy to fix the under-house ventilation because it was done so poorly. The HVAC guy said it was a "hack job." I had to pay $350+ to fix it temporarily until I can get it fixed properly. I told them about it when they called to schedule a home warranty inspection, but they never got back to me. They messed up the plumbing under the house too, even though it wasn't part of the repair. They made it harder for a professional to fix it. There are still nails sticking out that I keep finding. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone in the Farm community of ***, CA.

We got an ad from this company and checked them out on ComplaintsBoard.com. We called them and made an appointment. They answered quickly with a good attitude. That's what made us like them. They came fast and the first guy was polite, knew his stuff, and explained everything we asked. He stayed and didn't rush. When we signed up, two workers came within a week. They were polite and did the job fast. When they needed to come inside, they knocked and took off their shoes and wore masks. I was impressed with the owners too. They were polite and the crew was great. We want to use them again. We really recommend them for fixing mobile homes, leveling, and other repairs. One happy customer.

I hired Mobile Home Services in Oct 2021 for fence and awning work. I gave them $500 upfront. They said they couldn't finish until April 2022 due to material issues. I called in April and talked to ***. He said I was first in line and they'd get back to me, but they never did. I called again in June and July, but no one answered. I checked with the park management, but they haven't contacted them for permits. I also saw on their website that they have an A+ rating with ComplaintsBoard.com, but now they have an "F" rating. I want my deposit back.

I called Quality Mobile in June to level my house. They sent a guy who said I needed new supports and pier pads that would cost me almost $4,000. On 6/13, workers came and put in the new supports and pads, but they didn't level the house because it was still wet from a leak. Months later, Quality Mobile called me to schedule a quality control, but they stood me up eight times. Finally, on 3/4, Ron came to check the quality, and I told him that the house was never leveled. The next day, someone from Quality Mobile called me to say that a crew would come to level the house. One worker came, but he didn't finish the job and said that someone would call me to schedule another visit. I haven't heard from them since, and I'm worried that my house will split in two if they don't level it soon.
