This is an ongoing situation, the side yard along the right side of my home is collapsing and washing away into the lower portion of my yard due to improper installation of the foundation drain system. Due to the sink hole that has formed along the back corner of my home it exposed the foundation drain. The foundation drain was laid on compacted earth and was supposed to be surrounded by drainage gravel and filter fabric per International Residential Code 2003. I purchased my home in June 2004, moved in October 2004.
Desired outcome: I would like a Ryan Homes representative to contact me in regards to the deficient installation (non-code compliant) of the foundation drain that is causing the earth to collapse along the side of my home.
