San Bernardino County review: Child protective services

I was recently accused of inappropriate acts with my 10 year old nephew who said to EVERYONE including the worker that he said he lied because he didn't like my rules about being on his video games too long. My family members all stand behind me because he has lied so much about serious things including one of his previous teachers taking him home to her house during lunch time. He on his own a day or two later walked up toy grandmother on his own stating he lied, he was sorry, and he didn't mean it. I had attempted no contact with him at all because I'm familiar with investigations. Also the person who called the police that led this course into play was my Aunt Renee Vera who was highly intoxicated at the time of which she questioned my nephew before calling the police, and once they arrived, they were informed by my Grandmother that she Renee was highly intoxicated. They asked her to confirm intoxication and she admitted to it. They still interviewed her knowing it would be compromising to the investigation. Second, I was never informed about anything until I received a letter that listed my identity as very inaccurate. The details of my description would be unrecognizable in comparison. I have knowledge that after he was taken from his home and placed into foster care, he and his mother were making contact via a video game console of which the foster parent was NOT aware of. His Mother Nicole Gebara has fled the state to Illinois because San Bernardino County was ordered to retrieve her new born because she was declared unfit. She has a long and verifiable history of making false accusations to CPS and currently plans on returning to our county thinking she will retain custody of my nephew considering previously to her plan on coming back, she made myself and Grandmother look like bad people and I see this as a motive by her own play to have my nephew removed to regain custody. I believe she has led my nephew to make false allegations as she had in the past and I have several people who can and will testify to that. She also stated that's she is going to kill me, she would have his father kill me, and she posted this accusations on Facebook. Keep in mind I was never contacted my anyone and this investigator who instantly saw me as guilty with a thought and she has been sued previously for defamation. This it what is being done to myself and family.

I would like, on the grounds of such a horrible chain of custody and investigation overall, keep my nephew elsewhere if it please county, but don't charge my self with a horrible crime to serve prison time and a stolen future. I have a spotless record/no record, am currently a Google Developer, Have government and state certifications, worked at Upland PD, Serve the community, have been live scanned, and more. I am TRULY INNOCENT AND SOMEONE IS RUINING MY LIFE AND PROMISING FUTURE. I even have clearance to volunteer at his elementary school that he was also removed from. I am a very credible person with never an intent on harming anyone , especially my own nephew Now I have threats on my life and being railroaded by the very county I am proud to be part of. I also volunteered at the Sheriff's Academy.

I'm a good and honest person.
