Sapphire Resorts review: Complete scam

Sapphire Resorts lied about what they were selling. They advertised this as an investment we would see a great return on if we later sold it or decided to rent it out. The representatives told us it was an asset and would appreciate in value, like a house. Furthermore, they said because we would own it, it would give us the ability to take vacations not only whenever we wanted, but we could also use it in all kinds of different locations.

It has never once been available for us to use it. It does not matter when or where we look, there is nothing available. Our family has paid thousands of dollars for no reason. Sapphire made a lot of promises on services they don’t have the ability to provide. They lied about everything and continue to charge us annual fees they swore would not change but have continuously gone up.

Sapphire is happy to communicate if they are collecting money from us, but each time we ask them to cancel and hold them accountable for their lies they have nothing to say or blow us off. Sapphire’s best suggestion was to sell it or gift it to someone. Timeshares do not resell. No sane person would take this as a “gift” either.

The only reason we fell for this scam was because they lied about their capabilities and the benefits we would get from it. Sapphire has purposely been avoiding the issue by responding with vague information instead of acting professionally, having some integrity, and taking responsibility for their actions
