Biggest scam out there. In the time we have had the share we have only be able to use it 2 times.
They keep wanting more money and tell us we cannot use our points or dates are not available. They take our points away. We have had this stupid share since 2017. I want a full refund of our money.
Called today to schedule a time and they said we had to use point before the end of the year but there is nothing available until February of 2024. So we will lose our points and not have anymore until 2025.
Been like this every time we call to schedule a vacation. Like I said since we have had this we have only been able to use it 2 times.
Everything they advertised is not how they operate. You don’t get to schedule times because there is never anything available. You can’t use the reserve the 30 days or less and you surely cannot schedule a month out like was promised. So when can we use the damn thing?
Where is my money going and why have I not been allowed to use a share that was purchased?

We got sucked in when they offered a free night at one of their resorts but of course had to sit through the presentation which was about 3-4 hrs. Signed up and then read all the reviews and canceled within the first 10 days. If they do what they say it could be a good thing but after reading about the lies and all the maintenance fees I was super quick to get out of it. Thanks to everyone that comments on their experiences. Saved my butt a lot of frustration.
