I have sent numerous complaints about the unfulfilled promises and deceitful marketing tactics that led us to the purchase of a timeshare membership, but the responses have been nothing but dismissive and unhelpful. We feel cheated and deceived by the entire process, yet they continue to charge us more money just to make this program work the way it was supposed to originally. It is overwhelming, how much money we have already invested in this timeshare, over $12,000, and yet we have nothing to show for it, no vacation or travel experience designed the way it was sold to us. It's time to stop making excuses and start finding a solution to this problem. The responses have been unfair and dismissive, their insistence that we pay more money is unethical and unacceptable. Instead of showing compassion and understanding towards our frustration, they continue to keep us trapped in this situation, blowing off our complaints, with no solution insight. We have been asking them to cancel our contract, but they refuse to help us, making it clear that they are more interested in profiting from our misfortune than serving our needs. Our ultimate goal is to have this membership canceled and our money returned. We would like for Sapphire Resorts to give us an option to end this as soon as possible.
