My name is Refiloe I went to sasol maqelepo filling station on the 24 October I was served by the guy Vumile or Vukile was paying with cash money I counted my money in front of him and put the rest in the car while he was still there. I was with my 4 years old baby. while he was serving me he was busy talking with his colleague, Then after I pay him I asked him to check oil for me while I was going to buy airtime. when I come back he said the oil fine he didn't even show me. then he asked if he can check the tyres said please he must do them after l drove 7 minutes to my mother's place when I get there I realised the money is not there immediately I drove back to the guy I asked him for my money he just stood there said nothing to me. then I left him went to ask for manager to look at the footage because I'm sure my money was stolen there. she told me she can't help me she needs to call her boss I told her I'm going to call the police maybe they will help me so I went . when I came back with the police the boss lady by the name of Pulane told me she won't let any costumer to abuse her employees. I asked her for footage she told me she doesn't have keys for the office and her manager told her I wasn't polite, I was rude and my baby was pointing at every one that they took my money and she won't let me see the footage because there is money in that office all I need to do is to leave my numbers she will call me till today she hasn't called me.
Good Morning, i went to Sasol filling station at Sasolburg this morning at 7am sharp near Natref as im working at Sasol 1, they put a poster that they are trading from 7am till 6pm, the staff was waiting outside but the store was still closed and i wanted to buy from the store and also fill up the petrol, when i ask the staff what the problem is, they said the manager is not yet in.My question if you are starting at 7am are you not suppose to be at work 15 minutes before to prepare, if the whole manager is late and the customers and staff are waiting for him or her, what kind of management is that?
