Racial, intimidation and assault Sasol Melmoth
Good day
I am not a happy customer. I am sick and tired of being treated like a piece of garbage at the Melmoth garage by your cleaner. For years we have tolerated the cleaners disrespect and Friday I cracked and lost it when she shoved my 3 year old child into the bathroom.
What happened is totally unacceptable and every single time we go to that garage that old woman is rude, arrogant and just disrespectful. For me that is pure racism towards me, my child and my mother. We have been going to that garage for years as it has the baby facility. All of a sudden after so many years I get told by the man, who so called acted like a manager who has no customer service skills telling me that only one person is allowed in the baby area. He intimidated and provoked me aswell and I completely lost my cool with him. For years now all of a sudden this is an issue. Secondly there is no notice on the door specifying that only one person is allowed.
What pissed me off more was the fact that the cleaner shoved my little one and closed the door on us. How stupid can you be. Anyone with an IQ must know that you can't leave a small toddler on their own in the bathroom and my child will not be alone without me. No person has the right to touch my child in any way whatsoever.
Then the petrol attendants didn't want to give us petrol. Seriously, what is going on with that garage. This is unacceptable to be treated like this.
On previous occasions the cleaner either when we ask for the key for the baby room either ignores us, or shuts the door close on us or hits our heels when she shoves the door closed. She always treats us in a disrespectful way and I am done with this type of treatment. She needs to go on pension. If she is not happy with her job then don't take it out on me. But I am seriously not going to take this from her anymore. You need to discipline her harshly as this is years of being like this.
I am so angry that the owner of this garage needs to phone me and has 72 hours. If not then I am going to the media about this. ANd no it is not defamation as the newspapers and everywhere on social media it will be posted via a news company. I am sure you don't want your garage to be labeled as a racist garage.
I expect if I treat someone with respect to give me the same treatment but if you disrespect me, then I will match your disrespect.

Sasol lyttelton garage - loud music
This will be the third official complaint that I have with Sasol lyttelton Garage playing loud music outside over the speakers. This garage is sitting in a neighbourhood and its unecceptable that I have to listen to their music.
SASOL SA - I expect of you to make an end to this, how many more complaints do you need?

Cheated on petrol
On the 17th of May I went to sasol middelburg next to mhluzi mall I was assisted by Nkululeko I asked him to pour 200 petrol and I went inside to buy bread.. When I came back to pay he said I must move to the parking surprisingly there was no car behind me.. I pai the 200 and I saw my petrol did not go up and I asked him and he said he did pour petrol he even told me some story about the machine and the I left but I quickly came back and saw that he only poured 100 this kind of behavior is disgusting

I had purchased a bunny chow from you guys on saturday 14/05/2022, I called in to place an order, and I was asked at what time I will be collecting, I got to sasol salt rock to fetch the mutton bunny, when I got back home, I was absolutely disgusted at the state it was in, majority of the gravy had fallen off, it was put into a plastic packet and thrown into a brown bag then given to me. I have the pictures on my phone however it is not allowing me to upload it, if you can provide me with an email address I would kindly have the pictures sent.
Desired outcome: i personally think that Sasol Salt rock should decide on the outcome as it is the worst service i had received,
Insufficient Staff
I have been to Sasol Dorandia a few times and at any given point it time there are only 2 petrol attendants.
The service is so slow as a result. The guys are trying their best but they can only do ao much.
Please assist with more personnel.
I was there today 10th May 2022 at 5h30 this is around pick hour but there is still only 2 guys to assist a number of cars,and theres loadshedding inbthe the area which makes it worse because people buying fuel for generators are alos queuing.

Gooday, my name is Mrs Sherilee Coon, and I have been a customer of Sasol, Kommetjie Rd, Cape Town, now for the past 7yrs. I buy from Sasol more than once a day and spend close to R200, if not more daily and am absolutely disgusted at the service of this sad, as well as the fact that a person still after spending so much money there on a daily basis has to pay to be use the toilets..E.g, this morning as per usual, I went across to Sasol to use the bathroom, which they said I could not use as the door where you have to put money in To use it is faulty, but there was a Sasol employee using the bathroom. So when he came out I asked if I could please quickly just go urinate, I would not be long, he closed the door on me and said I had to go somewhere else. Not only that the garage is constantly running out if petrol, and not to mention most of the petrol attendees are very unfriendly and super slow. Even in the garage in the bakery section, you have to wait forever to get service. I would appreciate it if someone professional could look into this situation as I am very upset, considering I am a everyday regular. Thanking you in advance, Mrs S Coon!
Poor service
I have never experienced such poor service as I have received today on 7th May 2022 at Blue Downs Sasol. I waited more than 20 mins to be helped because the Petrol Attendance kept on helping taxis first even though they came after me.
I have never experienced good service from this petrol station but today was the worst ever.
I will never make use of this station again. I will much rather drive past it.

Too much fuel added
Today (26/04/2022 -11am) I attended the filling station in braamfischer asked the petrole attended to fill up my tank to the brim, knowing that my car takes about 45liters of petroleum on empty. on this occasion I had about 5 to 6 liters in my car.
When I got to my car, there was fuel spillage on the ground and my charge came to R1058. which it didn't make sense, I questioned it but the petroleum attendant generalised my situation with any other car stating that all cars fill up to R1000 and over.
I've requested to speak to a manager but they didn't want to speak to the manager.
Desired outcome: to get my change back of 6 liters of petroleum
Rude and arrogant service at sasol corner pretoria road and van wyk street
Filled up with 93 unleaded, R1103. Because I made a quick stop for some reason mistook the company. Thought was Engen. So I had my credit and clicks card ready for payment. Attendant asked 'Tap or insert. That is all.
Instead of politely telling me that they do not use clicks poont system attendant continued to stare at me and repeated what he said. I asked about ckucks card and he smirkingly told me tbey do mot used that. Tben I realises I am at Sasol not Engen which I said and he just smirked and sarcastilly asked tap or insert.
This is why I prefer Engen. Seldom receive such service frrom them

The rude till whatever
First of all I was not speaking to him but he felt the need to interject. I bought a ice and on the merchants it had a price of R9.50 to my surprise when I get to the till the ice cream is retailed at R12.50. I proceeded to politely ask the lady how much is the ice cream on the system she then says its R12.50. I then go back to the fridge to ensure that the price match with that one. So I make her aware that the retail price on the fridge is different then the one on her system she tells me that she will give me the ice cream with the price on the system I then ask her to call her manage to resolve this she then tells me the manager is unavailable. As I was about to speak Siyabonga interjects and asks me what should the lady do because she doesn't work on merchants and then ask him if I work with merchants he then says hawu and nxa and his tone changed to thrn try to intimidate me. I then tell him it is not my problem because I want the ice creams with the price on the fridge he starts speaking in a high pitch voice saying I will NOT get it with that price because the system says otherwise. All this happened at Sasol Sebenzile in Meadowlands zone 6 at around 20:45.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and take him back to training on how to conduct himself with customers
Sasol Lyttelton Garage
I previously filed a complained at Sasol regarding the loud music / radio playing over the loudspeakers outside at the lyttelton Sasol Garage. The garage stopped playing the music after the Sasol representative spoke to them. But it started again, as I indicated, I don't think the manager of the garage understands that music travels very far, and sitting in your house and there is this constant humming noise from a radio, that I cant stand anymore... Can Sasol please make a permanent end to this!
Desired outcome: The music needs to stop permanently!
Garage ruimsig roodepoort dirty fuel
Yesterday afternoon I refueled at Sasol Ruimsig Roodepoort in Gauteng. When I was 50m away from garage the enginr of my Jeep lost power and all engine lights came in briefly. Engine light started flickering and no power in Jeep when stepping.on excellerator. While I was refuellng there were 2 other vehicles, mazda 323 and a nissan whom continuously reffed their engines. I asked attendants why and they said something wrong with the cars. The mazda stepoed on excellerator a reffed enginr but as if car could not gain speed. Shortly after I had same experience. When trying to contact garage, they are not picking up phone.
Desired outcome: Prepare Jeep and refuel and inspection must be done to ensure they stop messing up peoples cars. I am a single parent and cannot afford these expenses thAt is now being forced on me
Suspected overcharging for Diesel @ Sasol Northwold
On the 17/03/2022, I went to the above mentioned Sasol fuel station and told them to fill up my car (2021 GWM P-Series)
I was shocked at the price which I was charged (R 1,710.22) but I was expecting a high price so no problem.
The shocker was the amount of diesel that was put into the vehicle, 83.5 litres into a 78 litre tank (there was still a approximately 65km before empty).
Is there a satisfactory explanation for this (I would love to know) or is this a scam on all the client's?

Good day.
I live across the road from Lyttelton Manor Sasol garage, they play music / radio over the speakers outside of the garage, I have to close my windows at night to block out the noise, I have phone the manager Anton van der Walt [protected]) numerous times, I even went to the garage and complained about the noise. They did indicate to me that they switch of the music at 5 o'clock in the afternoons when they leave the garage. But this is not happening, now even during the day (I work from home due to covid) the music is to loud. Can Sasol please intervene to stop this garage from playing music/radio.
As per the provincial laws and municipal bylaws - if I hear your music in my house its to loud.
Sasol station walkerville cnr. fourth/old jhb
I have been a resident in walkerville jhb since October 2021. I have managed to get petrol out of this station 3 times since moving here. They are always without fuel it is extremely inconvinent as they are the only 24 hour station within a 10km radius. They never have feul available like today no 93 octane (usually 95) unfortunately my car does not perform well on 95 and hubby's canr needs 93. I cannot understand why they are allowed to operate as this is hardly convenient. The convenience store never has stock of anything besides crappy kids toys flat sodas no pies and confectionerys that most garages offer I can also never even buy a cup of coffee in the morning.
Please address this or shut them down as I am loosing serious confidence in the brand

Horrific Service at Sasol Heidelberg, Voortrekker Road
It is the umpteenth time that I have gone to the Sasol Garage in Heidelberg, Voortrekker Road for fuel and I wait for more than 10 minutes for a petrol attendant to even pitch up to assist me. Last night I waiting for 15 minutes as I was embarking on a trip to KZN and need to fill up. No petrol attendant pitched up and went to fill up at the Shell Garage up the road which was extremely busy (Probably because car owners were waiting to be attended to at Sasol). These needs to be sorted out because they will lose business. Sasol Heidelberg has officially lost a customer and I will encourage all my friends and family members to refrain from using this filling station.
A reply a month later? Forget about it!
Please provide me with the approximate time of your complaintas well as your registration details so I can look into your complaint on our CCTV footage. I find it extremely hard to believe anyone would wait 15 minutes at ANY fuel station for service.
Never any Diesel or petrol when i get to the gerage
I have stoped at sasol accros from thavhani mall in thohoyandou 7 times now in the last week and a hallf and all of the seven times there was no diesel, today when i stoped there was neither diesel nor petrol
The person in chare of arranging feul should consiger retirement as the feul industry is made for fast thinkers.

No sanatizers of sanatizing equipment that work
Visited Sasol Rose Haven on 16 Dec 2021. While the country is fighting a Covid Fouth Wave there is absolutely NO Sanatizers in the shop or restrooms whatsoever! All the electronic sanatizer machines is either broken or empty! Very shocking indeed! A company like Sasol must set an example. It also is start of the holiday season. How must we combat a pandemic with this approach!
My goods are sold by the petrol attendant
My nephew did not have cash on him and ran out of petrol so he went to the Sasol garage in Meadowlands Zone 6 and spoke a petrol attendant who poured R100 petrol for him and left Car Amplifier and subwoofer. When we went back to fetch our stuff, the attendant took the money and said we will get the goods tomorrow until today i havent received my stuff back. I raised it with the manager but he told me that there is nothing he can do. Please assist.
