Customer Help Desk Makkah Haram
April 30 2023. I purchased 2 STC sims to use in my two phones. One had problem getting LTE signal. I have been going to Makkah office in Makkah tower and Dar tauheed. Both offices refuse to communicate other than Arabic and not helpful. All I wanted was to convert sim to Esim. It took me 2 weeks to finally get someone to help me who told me that it will take SAR 29 to convert.I told him I will buy a new Esim whic was SAR 35. So he proceeded, scan my finger and the reader did not work 3 times. He said sorry, you cannot buy sim try other STC office.
1) how is it my fault if your reader doesn't work?
2) STC, if you are posting a staff in Haram office at least station someone who can communicate in English. People all over the world visit here and your staff is proving Zero help to non-Arabs

I would like to ask for a refund regarding the roaming service I've subscribed without success while my vacations to Mauritius.
I was deducted 7kds and never used the service as the server was not good enough
After contacting STC via WhatsApp after subscribing the service, my problem as not solved so I ended up buying a local SIM card to be able to have Wi-Fi.
I've reached STC several times after arriving from my vacations and I was told the refund can't be made as I should've call the company within 24h?!
This is not acceptable, I’ll spend a fortune to reach the company by phone call while abroad!?

Our internet at home was working well but one day, it suddenly become so slow that we can't even browse. It's been two months and we tried everything we know to solve it own our own. For the past 2 months my internet has been less than what is was when we first got it. For the first few weeks it was extremely fast at around 100mbps with a upload of around 8 mbps with a top speed of 140mbps at 12mbps upload but now it won't go past 30mbps and 5 mbps. Lately, the internet has downright stopped working for minutes at a time which is very annoying as I must attend meetings on Zoom. I want to understand what is changed since Fall of 2021 that is causing this pause of your service every hour of every day. My solution is turning the internet on and off but I would rather not do this.

Since more than 15days I am complaining about my suspension of landline but no person came to resolve my issue. I have open many tickets but no use. I paid the bill also without any usage. FTTH Fibre optic broadband extremely slow and always lags
I work from home and need a consistently fast internet connection. For the last 2 months my fibre optic connection (which should be faster than what I get) has become so slow that I cannot do my work or even stream a youtube video without any lag. This is ludicrous. It has happened for the last 2 months on and off. The latest incident being now on 12/12/2020 at 22:29 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This occurred in the Munusiyyah neighbourhood close to thumamah road.

I received call from one landline number they told me this call from stc so there is some bill on you you have to pay that then I asked bill for what I don't have postpaid sim card then they told me this bill for landline number that on your iqama I told them I don't know about any landline connections they said to me go nearest stc branch and check there when I go there they told me there is 2 landline connections on my iqama you have to pay that kindly help my how can I resolve this issue?

I reported this mobile # 0572779960, Incident happened on 11:20 am, 15/4/2020. asking my credit card information, calling it will block if I'm not given full information including security digit code of my ATM card.
When I found out I have sms message from the Bank which prompted about online purchasing code. I stop his call. his name was Abdullah Ibrahim.
