paid final bill in feb 14 still getting bill
I had my STC Land line 4092942 and wanted to cancel my land line, I went on 18th Feb 2014 STC king fahad office and paid last bill due at that time, but still I am getting sms message to pay bill, fist three four months there was no message, now frequently message is coming, I am really fed up with STC.

Salam hi i have a big problem when ever i call my dad and he have a stc no too means if i call stc to stc so there is a disscount and i already put my dad number in faimly service in family service they give us 25%off and when u call stc to stc there is 20% disscount but the stc company cut 2sr for 1min thats not fare where is the law i want justice

delay in deactivation of the services
Dear Sir,
I Sunil Kumar Chopra (Iqama ID Number [protected]) is your customer and enjoying “Hatif Package” . I have visited STC office on king Fahd road 5 times in last 2 months’ time for cancellation of my STC line. First time, I visited STC on 31/08/2014, and made full and final payment of SR 299.70.
In order to confirm the cancellation, I visited them again on September 2nd 2014. I was asked to make an additional payment of SR 13.26. I was told that the line will be cancelled with immediate effect.
Despite of assurance for line disconnection, I was surprised to see the monthly bill. I visited in the third week of the September to enquired about my cancellation request I was told that the system were not working/no power in STC office.
I decided to visit the STC office again on October 11th 2014, in order to settle the final amount and for cancellation of the line. Again I was assured by the customer are executive that the line was be cancelled.
I request STC to update me on my request for line cancellation.

From long time STC is cheating me with excess bills, every month my call will never exceed more than 10 to 15 SR, but STC is charging me huge bills, my Bills from the last 1 Year,
Bi Monthly 20/10/2013=175.92, 18/12/2013=188.66, 15/2/2014=156.31, 15/4/2014=146.16
now bills are monthly, in this case they charge me one month with a bill of SR 50+ and the next month SR 100+
14/5/2014=45.91, 13/6/2014=144.88, 12/7/2014=51.88, 11/8/2014=114.77, 10/9/2014=45.45
for this month just for 2 days they have already charged me SR 11.38 (last updated 12/9/2014), expecting a bill of 100+ this month, I have been to STC office at Exit 9 (Imam Bin Saud Bin Abdul Aziz Road), they are not providing me call summary of local calls, it is mentioned only in minutes, How can I get a Call Summary for local calls
stc 4gquicknet speed problem.
Salam, I bought STC 4G quick net (so called 150mbps) unlimited but I am getting speed only 1mbps and less even strong signals in my locality .
I visited STC service center they just replace they router after 15 days, but speed problem not solved. I complain also on 902 many times they just gave ticket number and closing complain them self no solving problem.

The speed is so bad at my location that sometimes I can't even browse simple webpages. I thought STC is the best, but I'm regretting now. 650KBPS-1.2MBPS maximum in LTE mode.

Beware STC is CHEATING customers with quicknet 4g unlimited package offer. They cant even provide a good gprs downsized on that.
Customer care calls are useless. They take the complaint and next day close it, without putting any effort to resolve it.

Using
STC APPS, I subscribed to 7 day Jawalnet Internet Package on 29/08/2014
and promptly STC deducted SAR 99 from my Sawa balance and sent a
message to my iPhone saying the package is active. However, when I
started using Internet, this was not so and instead STC started
deducting further amounts from my remaining Sawa Balance based on usage.
I have complained several times to 902 and via My STC(
complaint number #1-[protected]( financial) and 1-[protected]) and
despite getting verbal assurance of assigning high priority to the
complaint, nothing finally happened. STC has misused the trust
and taken SAR 99 from my balance without providing a minute of Internet
service. I strongly object to such poor customer service provided by STC
and demand refund of the amount deducted from SAWA balance.

Since May 10, 2014, I am not able to receive calls on my land phone. Even after repeated complaints no action has been taken in this regard. STC is eager to upgrade your services, so that they can get more money from you, but negligent on complaints, as they raise invoice as per the package you have subscribed, regardless you are getting proper service or not.

Iam staying in Dammam, i purchased 2 sim cards 1 year back using my Iquama id, recantly i came to know that shop keeper has issued six sim cards without my knowledge.
i went to STC local center i gave complaint also but that person told it will take 15 days block the sim cards, i don't know why it takes such a longer time to block sim cards.
Iam not responsible for anything happens with that number, Please help me out to solve this issue.

I am subscribed to STC's Facebook SMS Alert Service through the short code 86677 and it is getting charged every day 0.40 SR.
STC is the only operator that is charging for Facebook SMS Service and all the other telcos in the world are offering this service free.
Even your competition Telco Zain in Saudi is also offering this Facebook SMS Alert service for free.
It is shame on STC that it is cheating its subscribers by charging the end users like this.
If STC need, I will give STC charity and please do not abuse the end users privilege.

I want to report a problem with stc (saudi telecom) you should enquire into and publish as a headline.
Stc is stealing customer's money by upgrading the contracts of customers without their knowledge and sending them very high bills which have to be paid, otherwise they will cancel you service. the upgraded contracts are bound by 1 year contracts, so you have to pay the higher amount for the entire year before you can downgrade back to the package customer wants.
I myself have been a victim and lost thousands of riyals on this. I have complained against stc again and again through their proper channels. they complicate the situation so much, that a normal person can not even understand what the problem is. my neighbour lost sr4000 when he change his house and asked stc to close the previous telephone line. many of my friends have been a victim.

On every week tuesday morning, 12 SAR get deducted from my mobile.
Till date I have already lost 60 SAR.
My mobile number is [protected]. I have not activated any special services and neither I had received any sms relating to any service getting activated on my number.
I tried to contact 902 customer care, but no one picks the phone which is absolutely terrible.
I tried STC outlet and they were unable to help me as they did not understand the problem.

Just now I was victimized by a fraudelent person who disguised himself as an STC employee coming from Dubai and was based in Riyadh STC and phone call came in my mobile as of 2am saying I won gthe lucky draw of 200.00 Saudi riyals and ask me transfer worth 100sr denomination prepaid cards even though my money that time was only 200 sr. He forced me his tactics to borrow money from friends and colleagues to complete the said amount. He took all the PIN number of the 7 SAWA cards worth 100sr in denomination and gave me the check number6320074569 and fax number [protected] and cash number [protected] after each number was worth 500sr. Told me the amount would be doubled and received cold cash the 200.000 thousand Saudi riyals which will be forwarded in Al Rahji Abha.Only to find out after the conversation he closed his mobile number which was [protected] by the name Mohd nasser Al Assiry.Hope this will serve as a lesson for others just liked me who was victimized by these faked person and want to share my experience to other expats to be extra careful.Moral of the lesson I did not listen to my gut feeling. cancellation/deactivation home phone service
1. Its about cancellation/deactivation of home land line phone service.
that time i want to cancel/deactivate my home phone service, but they did not want to cancel the service because they said i just registered already so they give me suspension until next year. the worst thing is at that suspension time they charge me 50 riyal every month which this money only for non-sense waste of time waiting. if i didn't want to wait, they charged me 900 riyal for installation & monthly fees which they said it was free installation (it is mentioned also in the internet commercial) and i didn't even activate the service yet !.. if i knew they charged that much amount i will never ever registered my home phone with this STC company. that time before i want to cancel/deactivate the service, i ask from customer service 907 but they told me with the very worst manner and impolite speech, i have to come to STC center but they didn't tell me the exact location. but alhamdulilah i found the STC center from a friend instead from STC employee or their customer service (i don't know what is exactly their work as customer service.. maybe their work only sitting and shouting on people who call 907)
2. Service at STC Center
Only in this country that is the worst service ever i found from all over the world. when i come there only one staff could talk in English. Saudi Arabia is well known as the biggest population of expatriate from all of the world, how come they didn't talk in International language.. anyway, that time after i succeeded meet with the STC staff, i ask them about this home phone service but they just clarify my payment and this staff doesn't even want to explain more detail.. instead, he is shouting impolitely and complaint to me why i am asking too much. From what i have seen and heard, if i have problems, it should be i as the one make complaint to this service and they must be patient and listen carefully for our complaint right? that time i realized how very worst this Company are.. the lying Services, the stupidest Staffs and every single thing is only disappoint there.
Now my total payment to cancel this STC home phone service are reach until 1000 riyal, which i didn't even have enjoyed even a second.
My advice, DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM STC (Saudi Telecom Company) PRODUCT. They have the very ###ing liar & worst Service in whole over the world. Other wise you will have experienced same like us.

I reached Jeddah airport on 30th April 2016 for Umra, and bought three SIM cards from the airport in my name (Raja Khalid Iqbal) and in the names of my wife (Zahida Khalid) and son (Raja Abdul Moiz Khalid). i. [protected]. ii. [protected]. iii. [protected]. STC staff did not inform me the ID numbers for recharging balance in the SIM cards for which I had to face lot of problems later. I visited STC office near the Haram at Makkah and the staff gave me the ID numbers. But one ID number for sim No.[protected] did not work however they uploaded some amount in my SIM card. Again I visited STC office in front of Haram Pak at Madinah for recharging 20 Riyals in my No. [protected] on 07th May 2016 they people gave me a receipt and said that after 24 hours I will receive the balance in my SIM card. After 24 hours, I again visited the office and told them that I had not received the balance. They again asked me to wait for another 20 hours. On the next day after 20 hours I approached the manager and told him my problem. He checked the system and informed that 20 Riyals were credited to some other number. I told him that this was not my fault but he did not listen to me.
Sir, the staff posted in STC office in front of Haram Pak in Madinah is:
1. Incompetent
If the officials were competent they had not credited my money in someone other’s account.
2. Nonprofessional
If they were professional workers, they had not tried to procrastinate me for three consecutive days instead they had to satisfy me.
3. Disloyal to STC
Had they been loyal to the company, they had avoided to damage the reputation of the STC.
I informed the manager that I will log a complaint against him he started shouting in Arabic (I could not understand).
20 Riyals is not a huge amount, but the actual loss is:
1. I visited that office thrice and each time I had to stand in the queue for over an hour, if you add the time of going/coming to and from the office in total, the loss of my time is approximately four hours plus. Had I spent these fours in the Masjid-e-Nabvi (SAW) in prayers for which I had traveled from my country, I would have gained more blessings of Allah the Almighty.
2. I was given mental stress, besides that I had to talk to my relatives/friends in Pakistan which I could not.
Next time I will visit Saudi Arabia Insha Allah, I will not purchase STC SIM card and I am advising friends/relatives who intend to perform Umra in Ramadan to avoid purchasing STC SIM card.
You are requested to kindly make good of my financial loss and mental stress. Moreover the concerned staff should be reprimanded and they should be properly trained to satisfy the customers by proper behavior. Expecting a thorough investigation and reply from you to make good of the reputation damaged by your own staff.
It is further requested to kindly provide me e mail address for future correspondence, as I had tried my best to find e mail address from net but I could not find.
