about sim registration
Respected Sir,
I'm use in a stc number, but it is now expires, Number is :[protected]. Now I knew that another sim registration with my passport Number, but I do not know about this.My passport Number is J8718487. Now I want to deactivate all stc number and want to take a new sim by showing my Iquma ID Card.
So please take a neceassary action as soon as possible and doing others stc number deactivate.

Dear STC Team,
I am trying to close my open ticket under landline [protected], but no one is responding. I went to STC headoffice in Riyadh also they are unable to do so, they suggest to call on 900, when I called on my number its on recording, that your request is under consideration. When I was at STC headoffice I asked one of the STC customer service person to speak on 900 also they refuse to close it. I contacted on my STC application several times but didn't get a proper response. My initial order no was "[protected]" which was not resolved. Then I asked to cancelled it and they provide me a complaint no i.e 1-[protected] without any resolution I received a msg that my issue has been closed., then again I contacted them and they provide me a new complaint no: i.e. 1-[protected], without any response, then again I contacted on STC phone app and received a new complaint no i.e 7823602. I would highly appreciate if could you please close my open ticket as I need to cancelled my service completely. Please I am not using my service for one month but I received bill amount. Kindly look into this matter ASAP please. Thanks

I lived in different countries in the world but have never seen worst quality service than this company. I went to their office for a simple case for 4 times each time they had a reason not to complete my request. first time they said 'not possible', second time they said 'system is currently out of service', third time 'system is not working' again and just 15 mins ago the officer refused take an action and he asked me to come back at 5 pm again and they laughed behind me with his colleagues.
I have nothing else to do rather than writing this complaint here. It is really annoying.

i started using 149 plan internet package by mid of may 2015. upto november there is no problem, by the end of november one representative from stc called me and told me about the landline features(outgoing calls for stc landline and mobile numbers free). they told me 99 sar will come excess for the landline usage. but landline number not worked properly. i complaint to them, they told within 24hours technician will come.
i wait for 2 months, nobody came. so i asked them to cancel the landline on february 2016. i even paid the amount 149 + 99 = 249 sar every month without the landline usage. because, they told me, if you pay the amount without using landline, now they will deduct, but they will return back my money. but continously until april 2016 the bill came including landline. so i asked them to cancel again.
but on 16th may they canceled even my internet connection and sent message want to pay 251 sar. within 10 minutes i paid the amount in al-rajhi atm, and called them. they told me to wait for 24hours. but still it is not working for the past 3 months. but day before yesterday on 12th august 2016, i received a message that i want to pay 439 sar. why i want to pay the amount without using anything.
please cancel my outstanding amounts and return back the amount which i paid you excess.

Dear STC,
My complaint is regarding STC internet Jood package.
My account number is [protected]. Landline [protected].
I subscribed for 149 SR/month package (10mbps) on October and was happily using it untill one of your customer care service representative called on 15 March 2016 and informed me that i have a special offer. For just an additional fee of 10 SAR my package will be upgraded to 40mbps plan for 1 year. That makes my package fee 159 SAR. But my bill for the month came 178SAR.
My plan was never upgraded to 40mbps eventhough after repeated calls to customer service from where i got very bad service. STC customer service rep told me that they cant do anything regarding this. What kind of explanation is this! Your agent make a fake offer and take more money for it!

I used 199 SAR, 20 MB properly, But I received same call, to update 20 MB to 40 MB with just 10 more offer (199+10 = 209) from stc customer support, But bill was coming 349 SAR, I went to Customer Support, their response is very bad, Why STC behave like this...? Calling 900 many times, they doesn't solve problem. Bad STC. Instead of cheating customers, they can beg from everyone to earn money...

I get internet package from STC jubail office 149 SR/month (10mbps). I already paid my last two month January/February 2016 bills on date of 287/02/2016, Now my two month bill will be 298 SR, But two days before my new bill coming 510.72 SR.
STC customer service never attend a call. STC make a fake offer and take more money for it! Please resolve my problem.

I applied for STC DSL 20 MB in 2014 and I also provided my building STC box number to customer care executive over phone. A STC technician came to my home to install the line and to my surprise he told me that my building STC box doesn't support 20 MB but 4MB max. Then I asked him to provide 2MB and I also make sure that it is 2MB before signing the form.
As expected, STC ( is a cheat and eat up money of customers) send me the bill of 20MB. Then I called STC customer care executive and he assured me that bill will be adjusted next month. Again they charged me the same amount. I went to STC office in King Fahad road, they were not ready to listen to me and insisted to pay the bill.
Where and who should I complaint ?

The worst service & customer support company in my opinion... Eating peoples money without getting there agreement. Just last 3 months they double my billing & when I visit there support center. Those non-serious guys says they cannot fix... Plz call 900... When I call 900 more than 20 times call reach to technical department & they excuse... Saying we at stc helpless... Plz submit complain online portal... When I submit complain online after 2 days message received we cannot serve your request here... Helpless in saudi arabia... Knowing they keep charging & customer donot gurantee how the service close.

I had been using a monthly package of SR 149 per month. Which was included 2 MBPS unlimited internet and land line calls free inside Saudi Arabian territory. Suddenly I received a bill of amount SR 536.00 and at the same time my lice cut off. I immediately visited STC office where they said this services was offered and charged by STC marketing department without my request. How a company can offer and charge additional fees without customer's request?

I am also one such customer facing the same problem.I am using a monthly plan of 149 per month.They offered me 2 months free for higher speed but could not provide me as my landline is situated in balad old district and the cables are old here.To my surprise and shock i got the bills for higher amount.All my efforts to solve this issue till date has been futile.Kindly le me know if there is any authority wherin we can make a complaint regarding such un ethical practices of this company

HI I applied for STC internet 20mb plan to my home in 2014. When STC technician visited my building to provide connection, he told me that 20 mb speed is not possible as your building supports max 4mb. I told him to change my plan to 4mb. I even called customer care executive to make sure and requested to change my connection plan to 4mb. But to my surprise STC charged me 20mb plan charges. I called STC customer care about my bill, he told me that my plan has not yet changed and he will raise ticket to change the plan. After few months I visited STC office in King Fahad road, they told me to first pay the bill and then apply for plan change. I told him why would I pay for 20 mb when my connection is 4mb? He also told me it is must. I request STC to look into these kind of issues, not to neglect customers and have common sense.

I have no idea if this complaint will be submitted to the correct person, I visited STC tahleya branch and asked of the customer service for some
very basic services tha are done for telecommunications, ofcourse I went out without having any service, the guy target was only to push me going to other branch becasue he didn't want to work and even he told me, "If you want this service, go to the other branch becasue the officer who is expert in this, he is absence most of the time"
what is this? it is really amazing ? everytime if I want to visit STC, I have to prepare a plan for it.

Our Internet line is not working since 2 Weeks. I already complaint to STC and they send technician. But he couldn't found the solution. Then we complained again and out complain Number is stop open. Unfortunately they didn't fix this issue. Losing our amount monthly charges.

On 15th of June 2015, I called 907 regarding Internet DSL, New Connection. The representative was like a Boss and was behaving like a manner less Brute. I asked him about the Internet Connection Installation Process, he said " BOX INFORMATION."
Being a new Customer, I DONT KNOW what A BOX would be? I asked him what do you mean by BOX.
He behaved very rudely and said " ONCE YOU HAVE IT, Tell me then". I don't know what he meant by BOX.
I tried to ask for Explanation, but he HANGED-UP.
I am so astonished to find out such People in Customer Care. If people don't know how to behave, then why take such Insolvents in Customer Care?
This really was A JOKE and for the first time in life I came to know that "IN CUSTOMER CARE, RUDE PEOPLE ARE MANDATORY".
consistent connection drop, broken 4g
I have been with STC for 2.5 years with acceptable service. For entire contract duration I have had 4G sim card data unlimited plan. Starting early May 2015 I have not been able to connect with 4G on STC anywhere in Eastern Province (Jubail, Al Hasa, Khobar, Dammam) or in Riyadh. The only connections that can be made are to 3G (or HSPA on phone). Connections to 3G last only 2 to 10 minutes and consistently drop off for periods up to 1 to 2 minutes. I have tried connecting through multiple routers and multiple smart phones with same results throughout. This issue has been raised with STC call center multiple times as well as raised complaint ticket with the STC live chat; in both forums the answers to the concerns and status are always the same: "The problem will be fixed in a couple of hours". Needless to say the bad connection still remains a problem with no solution in sight.
To make matters worse I received a bill this month for the full amount even though I have only been receiving less than half service for 3 weeks of the month..
Has anyone else been facing this issue? Any ideas of what is causing the connection problems? Any one have a solution that worked for them?

I have never had the worse feeling than visiting one of the STC offices near Haram in Madinah. I visited the office at 9:40pm (20mins) before the closing times mentioned in entrace. The tokken number machines was broken and no one was present at the entrance for guidance so i went up to one of the customer care officers who was serving a customer already and i stayed there waiting for him to finish. After 2-3 mins, the officer asked a bangali origin gaurd to inform me that i wont be served as they will close the office in 20mins. The gaurd advanced towards me abruptly shouting "yalla out we closing, yalla yalla go..." He grabed my arm and tried to drag me out of the store without even letting me speak a word. I reacted and i pushed the gaurd away. Another gaurd appeared on the scene of black saudi origin and continued to push me out while all the staff present at the office just sat there and watched. I was shocked and i told them i'll complain against them to which they said "do whatever you want to...".
I cried the way i was treated, i was humiliated. I tried to call customer services but nobody answered. I urge STC to see the CCTV cameras dated 26/04/2015 at 9:45pm for the proof and take an action accordingly.
It is shameful for such a big company to have worst people working for them.
