The phone service don't work when power goes out. They said they fixed it but they didn't. They charge to disconnect. During the last hurricane, I had no phone or security service when power went out. They came and said they fixed it. During this hurricane, I still had no phone service. Since my security system relies on the phone service, I was without service again. They said they would send someone to fix it during the last hurricane, but it wasn't fixed. I called today and they told me that it still doesn't work during power outages, despite their promises. When I wanted to cancel, they changed their story and said they can make it work. Since they lied to me about whether it works during power outages and then said it does, and since they claimed it was "fixed" during the last hurricane, I asked them to cancel the service. They're charging me $250 to cancel, even though their own repair service said they can't provide the promised service.

Installer damaged property and I haven't been able to get anyone to contact me about the cost of repairs. The installer came to my house and while installing the rg-6 line, he flattened my havoc duct and pulled it loose from the air handler. He also damaged the drain pipe next to it. I contacted the company and they sent a supervisor who took pictures. But when I asked them to credit my account for the repairs, they referred me back to the same guy who said he couldn't control my account. He promised a manager would call me, but it's been 2 weeks and no word. I contacted the company again and got transferred to a voicemail. I left my information, but it's been almost a week and still no response. I want my account credited $200.00 for the repair work. If I hadn't fixed it, I would still be without heat or air, and my washing machine wouldn't drain properly, possibly causing more damage.

After movin from upstate N.Y. 5 year ago, I hired ATMC for telephone internet and cable t.v. I recently found that I was charged for items never received. I have been charged $5.75 per month for the entire time for 5 boxes even though I have only 4 t.v.s. I have been charges approx. $350.00 for a instrument that I never received. After attempting to rectify this over-billing with various employees of ATMC, including a Regina at XXX XXX-XXXX, a supervisor Brenda at XXX-XXX-XXXX, and a Leslie @ Mr. Keith H's, (ceo/General Manager)office. I am totally shocked with their collective offer. I have been offered a immediate correction to the billing of the over charges for their mistake, and 6 months free for one cable box. This offer amounts to Approx. $35.00. I feel that that offer amount of approx. $35.00, does not equal of to the $350.00 of my overcharge. I have a direct payment plan with my bank checking account, which has paid my bill monthly. I am seeking to recover my over-payment. The reps of ATMC seem to think I should have brought this over-payment to them earlier. I just became aware of their mistake.within the last week. Any help that you me render will be appreciated.
